This is a family-run hotel and the friendly service and attention to detail were excellent. My single room was small but spotless and comfortable. The hotel is situated at a busy intersection, not the prettiest but would be convenient if touring the area by car and there is parking. Twenty mins walk to the lake, most direct route along busy roads but you can branch off to the prettier little old parts of Desenzano, worth investigating. The breakfast was wonderful and generous. I was greeted on my first morning and the buffet explained to me. They even helped me find a taxi to the station when I left.

Only the rather noisy location

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was very clean and from the window you can see the lake, which is beautiful and relaxing. The yard is full of plants and there’s a hammock where you can lie down and read a book — it’s such a peaceful place. They even offer you loquats to enjoy, which was a lovely surprise! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the town center, where you’ll find supermarkets and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose it again for my next trip!

Lovely hotel , great value, very clean, great location, only about 10 minutes walk to the town centre and about 10 to 15 minute walk to train station. My single room had a small balcony overlooking pool/garden. I had no issues with road noise. Bonus, little fridge and air conditioning and safe. My friend's room was a double with small balcony and she also loved her room. Beds very comfy, rooms very clean. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice from bacon, scrambled eggs to cereal, yogurts and various pastries and cold meats and cheese. The one special thing about this hotel, is the staff. The maids were amazing and front desk were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had time to help us with our plans. Special thanks to Simona who helped from the booking process until we left, the staff are the true stars and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody.

Very great staff, so smiling and always ready to help. Thank you. Special mention to Simona, a real passionate person for hospitality. Room was confortable, services like swimming pool very well maintained. Location is okay. I advise, if you don’t have any car I recommend to rent a bike. But anyway you’re not too far from the city center. Thank you for this amazing experience.

Atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming by all the staff, breakfast choice was quite good aswell. Great place for a family close to train station and ferry port to use as a base to explore lake Garda districts.

The host and personal were very friendly. The breakfast was very rich, everything you can imagine with no limits. I liked the fact that there was a swimming pool with yakusi. Cleanliness everywhere

The parking places are a bit too small for longer cars.

Very friendly staff and we felt very welcome. The pool is clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Good and tasty breakfast with a lot of choice! Close to the center (walking distance) of Desenzano. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The friendly atmosphere at this hotel was amazing, couldn’t fault the staff. Pool area was so clean, as were the other communal areas.

My only improvement would be the fridge in the room not keeping things cold.

Everything was just perfect, friendly staff, very clean room with balcony, great location, 10-15 minutes walk to the lake where all the restaurants and shops are, 3 minutes walk to the supermarket, a nice bar and some good restaurants. Perfect place, I really enjoyed the stay and the good area the hotel is located at. I highly recommend it.
