The staff working there is extremley friendly and very helpful and polite.

Minor things on lack of flexibility: - we were given a discount voucher if we dined at the hotel that I fogot to use on our 1st night (the bill was charged to the room), the next day when I presented it to the hotel they categorically refused to validate it, and said next time we had dinner we can only use it on the spot, which didnt make sense given the fact that the bill was charged to the room and not paid on the spot - we had booked a non refundable option for 8 days, but we arrived 4 days late because we had a medical emergency that prompted us staying in the hospital back home (the rooms were already prepaid). We were kind of expecting a small gesture (not a refund), but the hotel management was blunt about it.

We booked the "Standard room with Lake View and Spa Access" plan. The room was quite spacious with nice lake view and the huge bed (2 double beds attached). The bathtub was also large. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. The staff at the breakfast was very friendly and nice.

There's no tea/coffee & kettle service in the room. SPA needs reservation in advance which we didn't know at the time of booking hotel, so we couldn't use it on the day we arrived because it was full. SPA is only for 2hours and the temperature of the indoor pool was too cold for late November, it was too cold to stay still in the water to relax. The parking in front of the hotel is not enough for customers, when we came back late at night, it was full and the reception said we need to pay €5 for underground parking. It should be for free for all customers.

The hotel was very well equipped and has all the facilities one would want. It's a bit of a maze, so make sure you explore the whole hotel including the below ground passage that leads to lakeside garden and jacuzzi, that like a little hidden oasis. Indoor and outdoor pools were great. Plenty of food options at breakfast. Manuel in the bar was a gentleman, looked after us the whole week we were there with drinks and complimentary snacks.

The location is a little far from Desenzano especially in the high summer heat it's a bit far to walk during the day. Bus service is poor and taxis hit and miss.

Location is really good to explore Garda lake. Hotel is a bit outdated but still good value for money. Amazing is cleaning group which change bad and towels everyday.

Temperature of indoor pool water is on a limit to be cold. Breakfast is quite poor choice, we stayed 6 night absolutely you are disapointed on 3rd / 4rd breakfest time.

Nice size room overlooking the gardens. We enjoyed a great breakfast. The hotel had nice facilities including a pool and spa, but sadly we didn't have time to use them. It was in a nice location, a few mins walk from the picturesque Lake Garda, as well as some nice restaurants and a fab family-run gelato (ice cream) shop.

We had ants in the room. No kettle. Location was further than anticipated from the town city - 25 mins walk. Taxis from the hotel were fine, but harder to find in town. There are buses near to the hotel that go to the town centre and train station, but not very often and the service seems ends mid-evening.

Entrance and reception were big, clean, and had great atmosphere. Calming water sounds from the 2 water fountains. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Room 304 was big with a beautiful view of the lake. Powerful shower. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we did a drink at the bar. The sitting area was in like 3 sections, but they were more cushion covered benches, so we chose seats in the reception area, which were comfy. The cocktails were fab 👌

Bed was hard, I prefer a soft bed, but my husband liked it as thats his preference.

The stay exceeded our expectations: a picturesque view from the room, pleasant and well-managed facilities, very helpful and amicable staff, excellent breakfast and an opportunity to enjoy SPA centre. The surroundings were great for a walk along the Garda lake shore and visits to Sirmione and Dezenzano del Garda. We were able to refresh and recharge in only a couple of days. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fabulous stay here! We were able to check in very early which we were grateful for as we had an early flight the next day and wouldnt be staying here for a full 24 hours! I wish I took the name of the lady that served us at reception as she was so helpful to us and even had the kitchen prepare us 2 breakfast bags for us leaving the following morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the use of the Spa was great after walking to Sirmione and back :-) Would come back again!

The beds were a little too hard for us, and we couldnt work out the AC as the room as too hot

Perfect location, amazing staff, exceptional quality - a dream holiday We stayed for 7 nights and each one was perfect! Breakfast was excellent - there was always food stocked throughout the whole shift, so there’s no stress of arriving late and having nothing left. Varied for meat eaters, vegetarians, full breakfast or a light snack. We opted for dinners and didn’t regret it! Every night we were served four delicious courses. The staff are exceptional. Whether you wish to practise your Italian or speak English, every member was accommodating, friendly, and happy to help. The spa and pool facilities were spotless, the gym works 24/7, and again, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re enjoying your stay - even starting up conversations, which is very welcoming and friendly. The bar and restaurant staff were very kind and bent over backwards for our requests - late dinner, trying things off menu, even a birthday surprise which was organised by them! The location of the hotel is ideal and the staff combined make it paradise. I couldn’t recommend a better place to spend your holidays and we’ll definitely be back! Grazie mile di tutto!

I loved the private garden next to the lake. The room and the terrace are big enough, good breakfast and friendly staff.

The bed and the pillows were not very comfortable. I was travelling with my dog and needed to pay 15 EUR/day for the dog. One time cleaning fee would be totally acceptable for dogs, but an extra fee per day….!? That’s outrageous.
