Excellent hotel, lovely family run establishment .The rooms are very modern and comfortable, cleaned every day, jacuzzi and rooftop lounging area brilliant. Fantastic views of lake garda. Plenty of breakfast choices to choose from. Staff very helpful and friendly.

No Kettle to be able to make a drink in your room, drinks not always available in lounge area, kitchen was shut on one of the days and nearest shop, restaurant was good 15 min walk away, not always ideal when you've been out walking all day. Location is a bit out of the main areas and buses usually not on time or don't show up Breakfasts are lovely and a great variety but more hot food needed, maybe with lids over food to stop flies landing on it, as a bit off putting. Also would be helpful to provide a net by the jacuzzi to get The flies out before using. Fantastic Hotel and lovely staff but for these reasons I would not stay there again.

Well kept hotel, very clean. Rooftop terrace with two whirlpools and the swimming pool in the garden both very inviting after a day of exploring the region. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of different foods. Bikes can be hired from the hotel. Bus line LN026 stops in walking distance.

In my opinion, the hotel is best for guests arriving by car. In cooler months, the bike hire is a great option to get around, but if you rely on public transport in the heat (August), buses don’t always run to time. A supermarket is 10min walk away, and a nice neighbourhood pizza restaurant as well. Restaurant options are easier to get to if travelling by car.

Everything was perfect rooms very Cosy and super clean breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful and that smile on their faces makes you feel welcome

Nothing at all

I was hesitant to book a 3 star hotel but I’m so glad I did. The place is super nice ! Everything was clean & we even had a cleaning team come in every day to straighten up the rooms. As a family of 4 I also really appreciated the two separate beds for our kids. Our beds were all were comfy and the room (room 113) came with a cute little balcony. The outdoor pool looks amazing and the jacuzzis on the roof top were our kids favorite! They even change colors at night and you can bring up fancy drinks from the bar. Hotel staff was super nice and friendly and breakfast was superb. We had so much to choose from and it also varies a little bit each day so that you wouldn’t get tired of it. We had no problem finding parking in off season Also it’s located perfectly - close to restaurants, supermarkets, Sirmione etc. we totally recommend staying there Also note that I feel like our room was recently renovated as I didn’t feel like anything was old or needed any work done … I read the reviews on here before booking and I saw that some mentioned outdated furniture) I would even consider giving 10 stars - however the bathroom was a little small I also appreciate that we only had to pay 10 eur a day for a dog … I had found other places that required 20 eur a day or more But yes overall a 9.8 ;) Great hotel that I would book again

Nothing to mention here - we liked it all

Breakfast was by far the highlight of the hotel! They offer everything! Seafood, sausages, pork and beef cold cuts, fresh fruit, yoghurt and lots of more stuff. Truly an incredible spread! The room was good, but not particularly remarkable.

If I had to mention a few negatives: the shower space is a bit small, so it felt a little cramped. Also, I arrived late at night and there was nobody at the reception, plus no available parking. I had to park blocking another car.

A spacious and modern room in a charming hotel that has a really welcoming feel to it! The room had fabulous views across the lake from the balcony but we could also see the lake from the shower, which made the room feel extra luxurious! All the staff are so incredibly lovely and welcoming and couldn't be more helpful! The hotel is really well located and we'd recommend hiring bikes from the hotel to get around locally, it was easy to get to Desenzano train station and Sirmione as well as just getting around the local area! The hot tubs on the roof were a nice touch and never busy when we were there (just a shame we didn't get a chance to use them more as we were out and about so much!) A lovely hotel that was perfect for a romantic trip but also would be a good choice for families! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Not a problem for some, but the fire alarms in the room have flashing lights on them so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you bring an eye mask! Little bit of road traffic on some days as well, so again ear plugs are beneficial if a light sleeper! We always travel with both and so didn't find it a problem at all when they were used, but worth packing as a light sleeper 😁 Also, maybe a few more signs near the hot tubs to encourage people to shower before they got in, as they got a bit grimy near the end of the day, despite being cleaned midday!

Staff were very friendly and helpful- room was a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Loads of choice. Good views from the rooftop hot tubs. Nice pool area.

The location - although there are quite a few hotels about, not many restaurants or shops. €15-20 for a taxi to Desanzano. Buses but unreliable every hour. But good if you can catch one! Still lovely to be by the lake but you may spend more than expected on taxis.

What a wonderful hotel. We had a lovely, three night stay here. The hotel is fabulous in every way. It is a family run establishment celebrating 50years this (2024) year. The family feel and care and attention runs through your stay. The breakfast truly is exquisite and something to behold, you will be set up for the day. I would advise experimenting and taste some of the delights you might not ordinarily see out at breakfast time. We can’t rate the place high enough and in a great spot to see local towns and villages. Enjoy enjoy enjoy.

It was perfection.

Very clean and great service! Italian style breakfast, mostly sweet. Also eggs in several versions and savoury snacks. Not a large selection of cold cuts, but I think everyone will find something for themselves. If you are looking for a place off the beaten track, this hotel is perfect. Getting into town by bus is not the best idea as the buses run as they please. Plus access to a rooftop jacuzzi and sun loungers.

Great location, lovely staff and generally a pretty little hotel. Rooftop terrace offered nice view. Nice touch to offer complimentary snacks with drinks. Loved the renovated snd clean family rooms!

A few hot choices for breakfast would be nice. Maybe just warm eggs (eggs were cold) and bacon? Too many dessert options for breakfast but maybe they prefer sweet to savoury for breakfast in Italy?
