From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated. Our host was communicative, kind, and extremely welcoming. He went above and beyond to sit with us and give us recommendations for local restaurants and directions. He also did an amazing job making us feel at home in a country unknown to us! The location was ideal and we were able to park our car we hired comfortably and safely. We were still also in a good location to take a nice stroll to the restaurants in the evening. It was also extremely convenient to have breakfast included right downstairs and we were able to order anything which was a really nice touch. The host also kept our bags safe for us after check out so that we could explore and do our excursion without any worries of our luggage safety which was very kind of him too. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

From the moment we booked Paolo and Priya (owners) were so helpful. We arrived late In the evening to a warm welcome with a refreshing cold beverage and were shown to a beautiful room. Very clean and modern, overlooking the pool on the top floor. Breakfast was more than you could ever wish or need and the teams availability to help with any local knowledge was unbeatable. Great location for travel to and around Lake Garda, Verona and Venice. So pleased we didn't choose to stay closer to the Old Town as traffic there was a nightmare. This location is perfect for strolls, restaurants (although the in house restaurant was super), local shops and beaches. Couldn't fault anything and we travel a lot. Great pool, great room, super great hosts.

We had to leave :( after our holiday. Would have stayed for the rest of the summer if possible.

We just loved everything! The staff, together with the lovely owner-family, Paolo and his wife, everyone was very helpful and friendly, did everything to make our stay wonderful. The hotel, the rooms, and the restaurant were immaculate clean. The room was spacious for 3 of us. There was even a coffee maker and water upon arrival. Not to mention the restaurant where the food was really delicious. The hotel was designed and is being run with a great sense to details to make the guests' stay more comfortable.

We were met by a friendly and helpful young woman, who escorted us to the room and provided us with a map of the area and information about parking, directions, etc., in Sirmione, which is pedestrian-only on the peninsula. The room is small but very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is included in the room rate, cooked to order, and is well prepared.

The shower head. Anyone who needs two hands to shower, or simply has arthritis, would have a hard time with the telephone shower head being at waist height -- there is no way to affix it to the wall at a higher level.

There is absolutely nothing NOT to like about this hotel. This hotel encapsulates everything one could desire, leaving no room for disappointment. From the impeccable service to the exquisite decor, every aspect is designed to delight and impress.

We liked that the place had a homey and personal feel, as if we were visiting someone’s house. Paulo made us feel very comfortable and we would surely stay here again. We also liked that the property looked new, fresh and modern and that rooms had wooden floors, not tiles. But the highlight of our stay was breakfast (big and varied) and the host’s impeccable service, we’ll surely remember this visit!

Everything single part of the place was very nice. Everyone’s always kind and helpful. The room including a bathroom is very modern and clean. It’s got basically everything you need. The pool wasn’t very big but I could tell it’s well managed so the water was very clean even in the evening. It’s located in clam and safe place and has many restaurants you could try. There’s Coop in walking distance. Breakfast is lovely as well. I would highly recommend staying here. I stayed another hotel in the town which is within ztl but this place is way more worth staying as the one within ztl is very hectic and if you have a car it would be crazy driving there. I absolutely loved staying here and wished I should have stayed here more nights!

The accommodation is fantastic, with every attention to detail taken care of, just like the host. Il Mosaico is characterful and spacious, beautifully designed, good quality furnishings, very clean and neat! Paolo is an exceptional host and he made our stay truly extraordinary! He welcomed and accommodated us with care, provided information about the city and surroundings, he has attention to every detail, very cheerful and genuinely helpful. One of the top hosts we have met during our travelings. Massive thanks Paolo! Breakfast is very tasty and plenty, it is served at the table based on your wishes, a rare thing these days. The location is easily accessible, close to the old city centre and tourist attractions, a nice walk. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious dishes and friendly staffing. There are parking spaces available. Check in was smooth and easy. The roof top has wonderful views of the city and mountains. We look forward to going back to Sirmione and will definitely stay there again 🥰

Paolo and his wife are very friendly hosts and will answer any questions you have with a smile. They gave us some recommendations for delicious pasta in the area and it was indeed the best! The rooms are very clean and the beds are amazing. I slept in them like I was at home, so very comfortable. You need a car if you do come here for your stay, as it's quite far away from the Sirmione center but this was not a problem for us :) I would stay here again!

The window was across the neighbours house, so if we wanted privacy we'd have to close the curtains at all times which made the room very dark. One time one of us decided to use the bathroom in a hurry before leaving the hotel and we forgot to close the curtains so the neighbours could've seen us lol. Maybe it's an idea to hang extra curtains underneath the blackout curtains so there is privacy without complete darkness.

The architecture of the hotel was pleasant, everything was close, but far enough to offer privacy. There is a nice pool and a rooftop where you can go to enjoy your nightly glass of wine. The breakfast was for kings with various foods of which you could order all of them if that were your wish. And ask for seconds... The staff was very welcoming, over and about to meet the customers needs. The hotel itself is located in the middle of the city offering you an opportunity to choose between the many restaurants the city has to offer. The walk to the top of the half island was also very nice from the hotel. Excellent service. Excellent room. Excellent food. Perfect people. 100% recommend
