Nice terrace and pool. The standard of the apartment is high, locks very modern, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Air con in all rooms. We can really recommend this apartment. Short walk to the beach. No problem with parking the car in the street or in the backyard.

We expected the walk to the city center to be more interesting, no lights on the path by the sea, ended up driving.

The apartment was so comfortable for a family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds. The AC was great to cool off inside as we were there during the hot July month. We also took a dip in the pool every day, so refreshing! The host Patrick was wonderful. Always there to help with questions before and during our stay. He was able to organize a rental car for us that was dropped off and picked up. Desenzano was perfect for us to explore the rest of Lake Garda as well as well as relaxing after exploring a lot of cities. Also to note; there is a washer and dryer to use for a fee at the complex which was a bonus - I thought :-)

We had a spacious apartment wich is also very tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable. There is a nice small pool with a beautiful area around to rest. Not far away there are bars and restaurants and a bit further the lake. For arrival I had some problems with the train and Patrick was so helpful. :-)

In the bathroom there should be more opportunities to hang towels. In the bedroom there should be chairs where you can put on your clothes in the evening and at the kitchen a cutting board was missing.

The location was great, a short walk from many nice restaurants and the lakeside. Also not too far from desenzano and the ferry port. The apartment was clean and Claudia was an excellent hostess.

We decided to have a quieter night one night and watch a little bit of TV after a few tiring days of walking and exploring, but all of the channels were either french or german and the TV wasn't a smart TV so we couldn't use Netflix or anything. Maybe a slightly more modern TV with smart capabilities could be an investment for the future but this is being nitpicky and it definitely wasn't a deal breaker.

Spacious and comfortable flat, handy location for restaurants, cafes and to walk to the lake. Also in the bus route to the train station to easy to access Verona without using the car. Lovely service from Patrick who was helpful throughout

Kitchen was v small, although not an issue as we ate out each evening. Would have been cramped for a family of four to prepare meals there

We liked the living room and kitchen area. There was enough room in the closets, and the kids liked the bunk bed. Also, the terrace was nice with morning sun. Everything was very clean and new. We especially liked the host Patrick, who was very helpful - he even brought us a bottle of wine during very late hours when we arrived... Very welcoming, flexible and approachable.

We loved the location of the apartment and its proximity to the water. Shops and restaurants are nearby, too. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you need, from a coffee maker to wine glasses and even a toaster! Modern furniture and comfortable beds, too, as well as a big TV and sofa. The host is very responsive and helpful. Great experience overall and we’d be happy to stay again!

Our host Claudia was very helpful before and during our stay. The pool was perfect to cool off in during the hot summer days. The apartment is in a good location, just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and the lake front. It is 2 kilometres from the centre of Desenzano and there is a regular bus service. We did not need a car during our stay. It is ideally situated to explore both the Lake Garda region and wider afield - we visited Venice and Verona by train.

Great, well equipped and appointed apartment, which was huge. Absolutely spotless. Patrick (manager) was absolutely fantastic - so helpful and accommodating.

Quite a small carpark and narrow access, but there is some (limited) free on street parking available.

Beautiful property, less than 5 minutes walk to the lake. You can walk to both desenzano and sirmione from here. Patrick was a wonderful host - he went above and beyond to make our trip a good one!

If i absolutely had to say something, it would be that the second room had bunk beds and would prefer singles - but this was all as advertised so can’t complain! Wish we could have stayed longer
