Absolutely perfect in every respect... everything was better than we expected and the staff were brilliant. A small family owned and run hotel making our stay more personal. The room we were given made our holiday - it was a good size, larger than we had anticipated spotlessly clean having all the space and facilities you would need for a very comfortable stay. The uninterrupted view from our room was absolutely stunning and we had a balcony you could hold a private party on if you had wanted to as it was so big. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel its location facilities breakfast owners management and staff who couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great comfortable relaxing time ... Without hesitation it was just perfect. When we are in this part of the world again I will happily try to book this hotel again and again and again ... it's that good!!!

Pillows were not very comfortable, hair-dryer is not powerful enough, but in the sommer-time it is not very critically.

Very good breakfast with freshmade orange juice, fresh fruits and cooked options. Very friendly staff. The hotel is located at the end of the pedestrian area where it gets less crowded but is still very close to the busy center. We parked our car at Grifo parking - all organised by the hotel. The service with the shuttle from parking to the hotel at arrival and back at departure worked excellent. Our room was on the second floor and it was located in the corner of the building and thus had a very large balcony around the corner. Therefore we even had a view on the lake although it wasn't an explicit lake view room.

The room was not so well insulated against sound so that one could hear the cleaning machine on the street in the morning and the delivery vehicles. But after 2 nights we got accustomed to it.

Great place to stay in Sirmione. The location was ideal- really short walk to the bus stop/ferry, but also close to a lovely beach/swimming area. Not right in the centre so not so busy. The breakfast was great (even options for vegans, including different alternative milk), loved the fresh fruit, bread, and making freshly squeezed orange juice from the machine. The breakfast area was also great. Staff were friendly and helpful, and always said hi and bye to us :) Loved having a balcony we could sit out on, though next time we’d pay extra for the lake view. Air con was good!

There was a razor left in our bathroom from the previous owner, and our door left open one day after being cleaned. These weren’t major issues and we didn’t feel we needed to mention them as I know staff would have been apologetic, but maybe a reminder for staff to check after being in the rooms.

Lovely room, really comfortable beds, lots of natural light and a brilliant balcony. We paid extra for a lake view, and you couldn't really see much of the lake, but it was still a nice view and not overlooked so worth paying for it if you can afford. The breakfast was tasty and great to have it included. Staff were really helpful and friendly. It was right next to the thermal spa which I'd also highly recommend.

It was a bit confusing getting the bus from the train station as the websites said we only needed one bus but were made to change part way - which wasn;t a bit deal and our ticket was still valid, just meant a bit more waiting around. The taxi we got back to the station was pretty expensive so something to factor in if you need one.

Location is really good with easy access to a beach 8 min walk and to town shops and centre as well as ferry all within 10 min walk. Good sized room and large balcony with chairs, ours had a side lake view . Air conditioner is great! Tolietries provided , daily complimentary water bottles provided with room service. Breakfast was good with a variety of sweet and savoury items and some hot breakfast items as well. Staff are great, very friendly and very helpful , and made us feel very welcome!

Pillows are a bit flat , but that could be a personal preference. Beware of the small lizzards in the evening out on the balcony ! Laundry service is outsourced, and it's a certain day /time, so check with reception if you're on a long stay

This is a small, quiet hotel in a quieter part Sirmione, away from the tourist crowds. The rooms are fairly small, but very comfortable and we had a balcony with lake views beyond the thermal spa. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, including freshly squeezed orange juice and home made cakes. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

A minor point was the lack of electric sockets so it was difficult to charge phones etc. Another thing which didn't bother us, but might affect light sleepers, is the fountain outside the spa, which is not turned off at night and is quite noisy.

Breakfast: good selection, lovely terrace. It is better to leave your car in the outdoor parking provided by the hotel. Hotel location: good spot "outside' the crowded areas. Rooms are not too spacious. Lake view is worth the extra cost. The terrace is a good size. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR FOOD ALONE ON THE TERRACE - otherwise, the sparrows will eat it.

Spent a week with a friend in beautiful Sirmione and stayed at this lovely, small family run hotel. Very conveniently situated opposite the Thermal Spa and within walking distance to everything. Our room was an adequate size, very clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Breakfast was fresh and varied. All the staff were polite and friendly but the receptionists Danielle and Sylvia were also extremely helpful and informative.

Location of the hotel is perfect in front of Aquaria Thermal SPA and many restaurants around. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beautiful terrace for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices and nice coffee! The staff were all helpful and friendly. We had a lovely holidays ! This is a great place to stay in Sirmione. Highly recommend it and we will visit again !
