Absolutely perfect in every respect... everything was better than we expected and the staff were brilliant. A small family owned and run hotel making our stay more personal. The room we were given made our holiday - it was a good size, larger than we had anticipated spotlessly clean having all the space and facilities you would need for a very comfortable stay. The uninterrupted view from our room was absolutely stunning and we had a balcony you could hold a private party on if you had wanted to as it was so big. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel its location facilities breakfast owners management and staff who couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great comfortable relaxing time ... Without hesitation it was just perfect. When we are in this part of the world again I will happily try to book this hotel again and again and again ... it's that good!!!

Location is really good with easy access to a beach 8 min walk and to town shops and centre as well as ferry all within 10 min walk. Good sized room and large balcony with chairs, ours had a side lake view . Air conditioner is great! Tolietries provided , daily complimentary water bottles provided with room service. Breakfast was good with a variety of sweet and savoury items and some hot breakfast items as well. Staff are great, very friendly and very helpful , and made us feel very welcome!

Pillows are a bit flat , but that could be a personal preference. Beware of the small lizzards in the evening out on the balcony ! Laundry service is outsourced, and it's a certain day /time, so check with reception if you're on a long stay

This is a small, quiet hotel in a quieter part Sirmione, away from the tourist crowds. The rooms are fairly small, but very comfortable and we had a balcony with lake views beyond the thermal spa. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, including freshly squeezed orange juice and home made cakes. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

A minor point was the lack of electric sockets so it was difficult to charge phones etc. Another thing which didn't bother us, but might affect light sleepers, is the fountain outside the spa, which is not turned off at night and is quite noisy.

Spent a week with a friend in beautiful Sirmione and stayed at this lovely, small family run hotel. Very conveniently situated opposite the Thermal Spa and within walking distance to everything. Our room was an adequate size, very clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Breakfast was fresh and varied. All the staff were polite and friendly but the receptionists Danielle and Sylvia were also extremely helpful and informative.

The staff was excellent and very helpful with all of our requests and were kind to us. It was in a good location for us to access everywhere we wanted to go. It was very picturesque and quite beautiful. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose. The freshest orange juice squeezed by a machine. You just insert oranges from the table. Rooms were nicely maintained and cleaned daily. Cleaning staff was great. Hotel was beautiful.

Be careful in and out of tub.

The location could not be better, as it it right on the quiet edge of the old town yet a stone's throw from the castle, heart of the old town with multitudes of restaurants and cafés etc and pleasant, scenic walks in all directions. The staff were most helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast was one of the best in any hotel I've ever stayed in. I would not hesitate to recommend it to any other travellers.

We found the reception staff exceptionally helpful and breakfast and cleaning staff cheerful and diligent. Breakfasts were healthy and delicious. Bottled water was provided daily in our room. And the plumbing was faultless with reliable hot water We happened to have a lovely lake view and a spotless terrace from which to enjoy it! Thank you Hotel Luna!

Rather too many white notices and instructions in the lift probably left over from COVID concerns. Included advice about the bar but there wasn't one. A second bedside light would be helpful.

The location was perfect, right across the street from the Aquarial Thermal spa and within the town, but still very quiet. The room was spacious, the shower was good and the bed was comfy. The air conditioning was great and the room was spotlessly clean. It was also so nice to have a balcony and water views and the breakfast had a great selection.

The eggs at breakfast were not very good, but the rest of the buffet was great.

A spectacular hotel located right in the very historic centre of Sirmione, across the street from the biggest spa. The room was very nice and functional with free water bottles provided daily. The best thing about the stay for the insane breakfast, easily best breakfast I have ever had in any 3 star hotel. An incredible selection of fresh fruits, an option to make a fresh orange juice, homemade cakes which could not be compared to the typical supermarket cakes and simple croissants, selection of nuts and juices etc etc.

The overall experience was great. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and the location on Sermione is superb: just outside the busiest area on the peninsula.

The wall between our room and our next-door neighbours was quite thin. We could overhear their conversations when they would come home in the middle of the night, costing us some sleep.
