Customer service really good especially the breakfast staff. Pool was nice and easy to get a spot on the loungers. Spa was great! There was literally just us at the spa, the steam and sauna are powerful and work properly. The jets were powerful which i liked. The changing toom is small and can probably fit 2 people. I liked the beach bag and towel concept and the sweets left by the cleaner. The juice selection was amazing. For non vegans I think it was a good breakfast.

The room was nice, furnishing and decoration could be better and more luxurious for the money I paid. The shower is very small and no place to put toiletries. Breakfast was good, for vegans it's limited. There was vegan cookies and a vegan pate.

Good breakfast. A bit disappointed that omlettes, etc. were an additional cost - particularly when we had already paid top dollar for the room. Staff was outstanding - perhaps the best I've experienced anywhere. Hats off to them, particularly Elvis.

Extra cost for some breakfast items. A sewer smell in the bathroom. Smokers right below our balcony every morning with smoke coming in our room. At this time of year it would have been nice to have had a hot outdoor hot tub.

This hotel was like a dream! Beautiful lemon and olive tree garden. Spa facilities super and very relaxing space. Big shout out to reception staff for sorting a change of room for balcony lake and poolside view even though the hotel was full the staff managed this request with so much efficiency and helpfulness. This hotel was perfect. Also staff in poolside bar and bistro very friendly and looked after us so well. We hope very much we can return to this wonderful hotel. Restaurant staff very good too and lovely breakfasts 👍👍👍

Fantastic location with beautiful gardens, outstanding spa and pool.

Received a free upgrade into room 135, which was spacious and airy with restricted sea view. However, the bathroom was dated and in need of an update. There was also an awkward step leading to the bathtub, which could be a problem for some people. On a positive note, although I wouldn’t really call this an upgrade, it came with free spa access, which was much appreciated. Overall our experience in this hotel was great, but this is the first hotel where you receive •one* free sachet of coffee and have to pay from then on.

Lovely hotel in perfect location in stunning Sirmione. Really peaceful and quiet, but just a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of the historical centre, and a tiny stroll down to the lake. Hotel staff were always incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. Room was stylish, clean and spacious. Pool was lovely and refreshing and the pool bar was wonderful. Would definitely return.

Although the restaurant was stylish and atmospheric, I felt the food was a little overpriced for what you got. Also, no milk for tea/coffee in the bedrooms. But no serious complaints!

The hotel is situated nearer the end of the peninsula, so nicely outside the crowded part further down in the midfle near the castle. The staff in the hotel are excellent. Very good 3-piece band playing in the bar on one evening during our stay - very friendly with a great singer, excellent acoustic guitarist playing some nice jazz solos and drummer also very good. The few people listening appeared to be enjoying the band very much. Even though hotel was full, it never seemed crowded, and the pool was great. Starling murmurations at dusk an added extra!

The view from our bedroom was really lovely. We were half board so often ate in the hotel. The lunch menu was ideal - pizzas and salads etc. pizza was very good. Dinner menu was good too but didn’t change much day to day. Thermal spa was lovely!

Our room had an odd “loft area” above it. Not necessarily a negative thing but maybe not the best utilisation of space. You had to pay to use the thermal suite, I thought this would be included in the rate. Dinner menu was very formal - casual options (pizza / pasta) would be beneficial as well.

This pet friendly hotel is set in a lovely quiet location yet still only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the village and busy harbour. The room were cleaned daily. The self-service breakfast was very good and the food offerings were excellent and the staff very friendly and attentive. The staff on the front desk were always very helpful and gave great advice regards trains, taxis etc. The harbour has a great choice of boat trips and ferries to other towns along the lake. We took a ferry to the town of Garda for an afternoon.....lovely to spend time seeing another part of the region. We also hired our own boat for a full day....we travelled up the lake as far as possible, it was a fantastic way to really see the vastness of the lake and we pulled into a few of the little harbours along the way. We also did a day trip to Verona which is about an hour away. We went another day to Venice which was a 1.5 hour journey from the Desenzano train station by fast train.

I'd like to see the use of the spa facilities included in the overall price of the stay. We did use the spa one day and also had treatments which were very nice. The pillows in the bedrooms were quite hard but maybe thats just a personal choice....the very nice lady who looked after our room immediately gave me a memory foam pillow which was an improvement. Only news channels available in English on the TV.....need more choice for english speaking guests.
