The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome from the very first minute to the very last. The room was quite basic however it was comfortable and from certain angles the balcony had a great view of the lake. There is a fridge in the room with water and other drinks which is reasonably priced. The bar downstairs doesn’t have a huge amount of choice but more than enough for what you would need and you can take drinks to your room or to the roof. The roof is great with a hot tub and loungers which has an amazing view. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the town and to the train station. The breakfast was very good, buffet style, with lots of choice (not as much hot choice) and all very tasty…the red orange juice was divine! Overall an excellent stay and we would highly recommend this hotel due to the very reasonable rates, comfort, location, staff and hospitality.

Not a huge amount around the hotel however the walk to town is easy. The roof is lovely but if the weather is very good it can get a bit crowded. They don’t do any kind of food other than breakfast so you can’t stop in for evening food, which is a shame especially if the weather is bad and you fancy a night in.

On a quiet street with little traffic and few people passing by. Possibility to sit at the tables in the hall any time, also without taking anything at the bar. With nice weather, there are etabrla outside and a beautiful terrace on the top. Nice breakfast buffet, both for savoury and sweet. Wardrobe and small desk in the room. Tv with large choice of channels.

The coffee machine at the buffet was of poor quality, IMO. That coffee or cappuccino are to pay extra was a bit of a bumper for me. A few more hooks to hang jackets in the room and a chair to put clothes on would have been nice. Shower floor too slippery for me to relax (my husband didn't mind).

A perfect location next to the lake, easy access, on foot, to the town and transport links (short walk to railway station) easy access to Airport by public transport and Taxi. Breakfast selection was wide and very good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and very clean with bright and pleasant decoration. Bathroom also a nice size. Good restaurants and bars in the locality or a short walk into the town for a wider selection. Sun terrace with jacuzzi and excellent lake view a nice place to relax. Will definitely return.

Pillows were a bit hard for our taste. Thought that there was a restaurant for evening meals but that may be due to outdated photographs on review websites as it is not a listed service on the hotel website so my mistake.

Breakfast was delicious very fresh every morning and the roof terrace was amazing the views was beautiful. Location was perfect for us.

No coffee & tea facility also would be nice to have an Ice machine in the lobby. I know you did offer glasses , ice & bottle opener for 5 euros but I feel this isn’t a lot to ask for it to be included in the room price.

The hotel is located at the outer port - but your in the city center in 10 mins without the hustle and bustle at night! Also the train station (+buses) are less than 10 mins and Peschiera is pretty! + Super friendly staff, good breakfast, rooftop jacuzzi and not to be forgotten an excellent wifi connection in the room (even handy for surprise system updates...) We didn't expect so much, wondered why it didn't have 4 stars (it's better than some 4 stars hotels we've been to!)

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They offered us a warm welcome, showed a map of the city, and pointed to local restaurants and points of interest. They made it feel like we were special guests. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, as all Italian food should be. The cornetos and bombolonis are incredible and their selection of cold cuts are fresh and tasty. The location is perfect. Close to everything, right by the lake, not too close to the bustling of the historic center, not too far from it either. Walking distance to groceries stores, restaurants, and amenities.

the property is located across from lake Garda. there is an excellent breakfast menu and there is a bar if wanted. close to town and train station. staff very friendly and helpful
