Great location close to the lake. Cozy and clean rooms.

No household equipment for the bathroom and kitchen. Need to pay extra for towels and linen.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Campeggio del Garda. The location was amazing, situated very close to the beach. However, do keep in mind that it is a rocky beach, so special shoes are recommended for your comfort the views of the lake and mountains more than compensate for it.The staff at Campeggio del Garda were incredibly helpful and nice. I had no issues with the check-in or check-out process. In fact, our holiday home was cleaned earlier than expected, allowing us to check in at 11 am, which gave us an extra day of holiday—an unexpected but delightful surprise. Local shops and restaurants are literally just a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient to explore and enjoy the local cuisine and shopping. I would definitely recommend Campeggio del Garda and look forward to returning for another stay.

This is our first time at this campsite. The bungalow is big and there was enough space for everyone. The proximity to the lake is great!

We had to bring our own sheets and towels. They asked us 1 euro for an extra roll of toilet paper. Garbage is collected separately, but there are no sacks or buckets in the bungalow and they had to stay on the floor. The shower water cannot be adjusted, it is either cold or very hot. It got very muddy on the driveway when it rained. The shed was leaking. There were no sharp knives. We had no outside lighting in front of the bungalow. For 4 days they did not clean a single road.

The mobile home itself was good, two rooms, 1 1/2 bath, kitchen and patio area. Perfect for one, a couple or small family. The location was great, walking distance to train station and the town center (~15 mins to each). The rocky beach was also very close. Great IF you have kids.

The WiFi was only available in the main office, didn’t even work in the restaurant, huge disadvantage. This is like a campground with small children everywhere. You needed a head cap to use the swimming pool (I don’t know if this is normal in Italy). People were very loud nearby. You also had to rent towels and linens for the bed - this is just weird, I’m on vacation!

The location was very good, facilities clean and easy to get around it felt safe and secure

Renting the bed linen and towels when travelling from abroad should be made clearer when booking more international TV and better Wi-Fi would be a benefit

All but 1 staff member at the resteraunt were excellent, helpful and very friendly. The site was very clean, accomodation comfortable, lovely walk along the lake to get to town. The land train in Peschiera appeared to do drop offs in the evening at the camp sites but we did not use this so cannot confirm. The food at the resteraunt was outstanding for a camp site, not like the wetherspoons type food at UK caravan sites. We didn't use the kids clubs as we were too busy exploring but the kids entertainers were very welcoming. Fresh baked pastries at the shop in the morning was a winner! Thank you for a lovely stay. Air con was worth its weight in gold in August! The cleaners do a fantastic job keeping the site clean and tidy.

Pool doesn't allow floats so we used the lake more. Shop quite expensive but to be expected on a camp site. Must Wear swimming caps in the pool but these can be purchased at the shop on the camp site. Bed linen purchased was not really necessary as the beds had sheets and pillow cases on them, I was expecting duvet covers but there was no duvets - probably because it's sooooo hot. There were blankets in the cupboards so I wish hadn't bothered with purchasing the linen. Only one pillow per bed/side of the bed also.

Pool was really lovely. Loads of loungers. Kiddie’s pool was great. A few of the days they organised water polo for adults and kids. Second pool outside the gates was much quieter. Run by the local council but free for CdG residents (loungers cost). Lovely to be right on the lake. Only approx 20 mins walk to the station (free shuttle to GardaLand from there) and into the town of Peschiera del Garda, which is a gorgeous town and has some lovely restaurants. We had a bungalow: more expensive than the mobile homes but loads more space and more sturdy; worth upgrading imho. Decent size. Nice and clean. We arrived at 2pm but our bungalow was ready, which was great (not guaranteed). We had a late flight home; I asked and our bungalow was not booked the night after ours so we were able to pay €100 to keep it until 8pm, instead of checking out at 10am. Well worth asking if you have a late flight - they did not offer/look up, I had to ask. Very tasty fresh baked items in the supermarket. Decent cafe/restaurant.

Like most of these places you need to buy toilet paper, soap etc for a few days. Washing up liquid was provided but not a cloth or tea towel. Shower didn’t have a bottom seal and first time I used it I ended up unintentionally flooding some of the floor; including where our electricals were charging! Was more careful after that. Small supermarket on site but expensive (as usual with these places). Most days there was music booming out at the main pool. Loud euro- entertainment in the evening. Same awful songs each night. We were not near the sites entertainment area but closer to the adjacent sites entertainment. You can’t escape it but again it is common on continental sites like this. Lfmf- take insect repellant!!

It was great to have some down time in self catering after a hectic few days in Venice. The cabin was clean and perfect for us three for a few days as a vase to visit Lake Garda. The location is excellent and an easy walk into Pesciera where we found good restaurants and cafes and boats to Sirmeone and beyond. The laundry facilities were excellent and enabled us to refresh our clothes rather than having to pack for a two week holiday.

We stayed mid September so the site was quiet. I don’t think I would like to stay in the height of summer when the camp is full. Our cabin was at the very back of the site, away from the pool and entertainment area but we could still hear music and the DJ over the tannoy. If our cabin has been next to that, I’d have had to ask to move. It was too loud.

Our stay in this mobile home was truly a delightful experience. Its location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the lake and the nearby beach. We loved being able to enjoy walks along the water's edge. The mobile home itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. The on-site shop was a convenient addition, providing us with essentials without having to venture too far. We also appreciated the swimming pool and restaurant, which offered a great way to relax and enjoy coffe and meals at reasonable prices. Overall, our stay in this mobile home was fantastic. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway near the lake.

Accommodation was nice with good Aircon and comfortable beds. Swimming pools were good and my kids enjoyed the activities.

Mobile homes are very close to each other. Internally they were a little dusty and as others have mentioned a toaster and kettle would be nice additions. They have improved though with toilet rolls, washing up liquid and shower gel now included. All the additional charges are annoying for towel and bed linen hire and swimming caps. I would suggest that the hire is included for the bedding and towels.
