All facilities were very good and the attention of the stall was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was very good and some days we used the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The slight downside was that the menu was the same every day and the choice of vegetarian dishes a bit limited. Nice touch was the putting out of water melon in the pool area in the afternoon. Would recommend the garden view over the street view.

Gym was a bit cramped and with no a/c not great to use. Felt like a bit of an afterthought, But I did get use out of it. The big problem I had was the shower was very slippery and I had a bad fall. After rubber mats were provided, but if you stay, ask for one on arrival.

The staff make this place. They are exceptionally friendly. They all speak multiple languages. We were there as a couple but we admired how much they engaged with the children staying in the hotel, chatting about their transformer or other toys they brought to breakfast and getting them excited about the day to come. Breakfast was fabulous. For being in the busy season the hotel was not packed and there was plenty of room to relax. The ladies on reception were also extremely helpful, kind and always smiling.

It was clean, modern, bright and the location was perfect. Freshly made beds daily, with excellent Air con. The pool was great. The restaurant and lobby areas were comfortable and relaxing. The town itself was beautiful and the location of the hotel was perfect to walk to the town and to explore other towns on the lake. Walkable from the train station aswell. Couldn’t fault the hotel Or the staff who provided exceptional service.

The staff couldn't do more for you. They were just lovely and helpful. Good breakfast and such a well cooked evening meal. We were bed and breakfast but ended up eating in most days as the food was so well cooked and tasty. Drinks were reasonably priced with good local wine. Good sized pool. Since this is also a cycling tour hotel the pool was quiet as lots of guests were cycling through the day. Very handy for transport. The train station for Verona and Venice is about 5 minutes walk away and the ferry port about 10 minutes.

There was nothing I didn't like. It would be even better though if there were a pool table or table tennis table somewhere.

Great staff - super friendly and helpful , great breakfast - everything you could want and flexibility to access rooms early. Loved the pool too. Rooms were clean, spacious and functional. We paid extra to have balconies overlooking the pool rather than the road, this meant we also got free water, juice and snacks in the minibar each day and a free cocktail all of which were much appreciated.

Location not very scenic at the front .. opposite a petrol station and the outside of the hotel does not look attractive, it’s a 12 min walk to the centre with all the restaurants and but the experience was great. This is not a luxury hotel but great service , cleanliness, the breakfast and pool all made it a great place to stay.

The hotel location - 5 minutes walk from the Pieschiera railway station, with bus stops outside the hotel in both directions and less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and with good facilities. The public areas both inside and outside were also nicely decorated and very clean. The quality of the breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of hot and cold items. And very enjoyable to be able to eat breakfast outside on the terrace.

Only two minor points. First, at breakfast there were at times a relatively lengthy delay to replenish popular items. Secondly, the room balconies all have a metal frame from waist to shoulder height which partly spoils the experience of being on the balcony. These higher frames look unnecessary and it would be beneficial (in our opinion) if they were removed.

Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and very clean. The closed/secured parking accessible with the room key was a real bonus! Walking distance to the old center of Peschiera is another bonus.

I found the bed a bit too hard for me, for my wife it was OK. The front of the hotel is along a busy road which is a bit annoying when you come out of the parking.

Great location - close to the train and a short walk to all the restaurants and the waterfront. The room was lovely and beds were comfortable. Spent an afternoon by the pool which was also great. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were outstanding! Loved the staff working in the bar and the restaurant - they were amazing! (I wish I’d asked their names as I can’t rate them highly enough!)

Great breakfast and food in general, but no food available between lunch an dinner service which starts at 7:00pm. Bar is open. Enjoyed the pool too.
