Great hotel just next to the train station. Good location. A few minutes walk and you are in the center of the city. food, port, bus station walking distance. Breakfast was good(we are vegetarian so can't say much about other options). Friendly staff. Nice clear room , same as pictures.

We were in a joint double room sharing 1 bathroom between 4 adults. Would have been great if there were mirrors outside the bathroom to get ready. The balcony was big and nice but the table chairs were covered in spider webs.

The room was large and very convenient for the train station and all amenities.I liked the modern decor and the roof terrace provided great views of the town. The reception staff were excellent in providing advice and resolving any issues especially Michelle and Giuliano

No tea or coffee making facilities automatically in the room. No sockets at the side of the bed for charging phones etc The mattress was very hard Maybe a welcome pack would be useful in the room More than 3 coat hangers required in the room Breakfast items were not replenished very quickly eg bread and fruit.The juices were poor quality

If you are traveling by car, it's a great hotel to stay in for being close to Gardaland, Sirmione and other areas around Lake Garda. Staff was very nice and professional, breakfast was very good and diverse and the room was spacious and clean overall. The parking spots in front of the hotel can be used for up to one hour for unloading bags, but we received directions for a free parking area nearby (during week days). During the weekend it was a paid parking area. On the last floor they have a very nice terrace with a great view. It would be nice if they arranged some happy hours with cocktails or any other events in the evening for guests.

Unfortunately, we found some ants in the bathroom. We notified the reception and they seemed very responsive, willing to look into the issue as soon as possible. The fan in the bathroom was quite noisy and there was no way to shut it down for a long time after turning off the lights in that half of the bathroom. The fan would start working again as soon as we turned the lights on. The same fan had gathered quite a lot of dust and it was visible that it needed to be cleaned.

Great location just close to the train station in Pescheria. Easy walking distance to the old town and the lake. Nice big room, all in a very modern, industrial look, completed with polished concrete floor. Nice big bathroom, beautiful towels, nicest I'd ever seen in an hotel. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, catering for different European tastes as well as British with hot food. Friendly staff. Would recommend as a great place to stay.

The location was fantastic and the amenities were superb for a young family. We had 2 young kids and the room we got was like an interconnected hotel room. Two big comfortable beds in 2 separate rooms and a really nice spacious bathroom. The breakfast in the mornings was very well catered. The car parking situation was also very convenient as we could park the car in a paid parking lot for EUR 13 per night 5 minutes walk away up the road towards the train station. This meant we could easily do day trips to Gardaland and drive all the way up the East side of the lake towards Lasize, Malcesina (which were our personal favourites). Walking distance to Pescheria DG was also easy for dinners in town. Would definitely recommend!

The wifi was a bit patchy and unreliable. We couldn't always stay connected on all our devices, which got frustrating at times, especially in the evenings.

A great hotel and location. A neat and nice breakfast, calm and near to useful places such as the rail station, pizza, gelato, and car parking. I must say that the staff is very friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Chiara, who advised us to visit very nice places. I will return to this fabulous hotel indeed.

Great breakfast — peaceful, well decorated room, wonderful coffee, great variety of fresh options (cooked and cold), attentive staff. Comfortable beds, nice shower, professional/helpful staff, and convenient location (quiet, even though close to station).

Climate system in room was initially difficult to work but front desk later explained it well. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast typically consisted of bread/pastries fruit, and some bacon or eggs, and offered coffee tea, or fruit juice. Breakfast tables were available and the dining area was clean and bright. staff were polite and welcoming, offering their knowledge on the local areas and transport. the bedroom area was clean with luggage space and the room was a good size for 2 people, facilities in the room were in good order and the bed was comfortable. we slept very well

The roof terrace could have offered more facilities there were only a few seats/loungers and there were no bar or refreshment facilities other than a vending machine in the main reception area.

The breakfast room was in the basement with good options. The room was large and the on-suite was new, with a very good shower. It is a modern hotel for travellers. The reception area is a medium size for this small hotel. There are staff there from 7am. It is only a few minutes' walk from the station, so no taxi is required. It is within walking distance of the public ferry.

It was an awkward walk to the centre where all the restaurants and activities are. Like the ferry.

The location was very good for families & travelling to verona by bus or rail. Reception staffs were really helpful & friendly. Only 2 mins walk to main train station,and local bus stops near by . Town centre only 10 mins walk,and the lake promenade,with pebbles beach was just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hot stuffy room , and we had some problems with the card entry key for our room. The hotel had electrical issues with their systems,so ended up using a manual key .
