Location, Breakfast, Pool, Staff, all really perfect for us and our holiday plans. Location is perfect for exploring Lake Garda, breakfast was great and would fill us till the evening dinner, pool was small but perfect to cool down and relax, staff was super friendly...so yes, all good, but, we did not realise there was the SOGA going on the week we visited, really great if you love modified loud cars, but annoying, if you just want to relax with family, and some drivers, also staying in our hotel, were ignorant, we thought. But that's not the fault of the hotel management and staff.

It’s just a five minute walk from the port, so getting on and off the boat is easy. The hotel itself is well presented, very clean and tidy. Warm welcome from staff upon entering reception. Rooms are really well presented too. Safe and small mini bar fridge available. Comfy beds. Linen and towels changed frequently. Had the best breakfast, great variety. Breakfast staff were very lovely. In fact all staff were lovely and very helpful. Hotel is about €10-12 from train station. About a 10 minute walk to the old town area. Some very nice restaurants.

Location of the hotel overlooking Lake Garda was perfect. The room was a little functional, but had a side window with a view of the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant recommended and with a 10% discount to hotel guests was good and had wonderful views over the lake. Pleasant walking or cycling route around the lake from the hotel.

The breakfast was OK but the hot dishes were kept warm and did not stay warm for long. More information about getting to the hotel from the train station would have helped us.

Location is perfect, it has the most amazing views of the lake and is a 10 minute stroll into the town, restaurants, shops and ferry’s and 10 minute stroll to the beach. Hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent looking over the lake. Staff very helpful.

It would be useful for guests checking out with a later flight time, to have the use of a shower room. There are toilet facilities in the basement of the hotel but the addition of a shower room would be very useful. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.

This is the third occasion on which we have stayed at the hotel. The hotel is modern, with a good location for those using Peschiera as both a destination and a base to travel within the region. Our room was reasonably spacious and comfortable. During our stay the room was maintained to a high standard, especially as regards cleanliness. The breakfast menu offered a good range of quality food, with attentive staff on hand to help as necessary. Indeed the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff is a key strength of the hotel.

Two minor suggestions for improvement. Firstly, given the room accommodated three persons, a second chair in the room would be beneficial. Secondly a short guide on the air con controls would be helpful

The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh fruit, and a wide variety of offerings in a continental style buffet. Bacon and eggs were also available. The breakfast was always to an excellent standard. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The building is maintained to a very high standard and was scrupulously clean throughout. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to assist with any questions. Overall my experience of the hotel was excellent.

No shelving in the bathroom

The location of the hotel is perfect- a short walk into town. It’s easy to stroll to the ferry landing for boats to explore other towns around the lake. The train station is a little further but still walkable. The hotel booked a taxi for us when we needed to catch an early train to Venice .The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast .We enjoyed the wide choice each morning ; there was plenty of fresh fruit, croissants, juices, pastries - something for all our different tastes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower good.

There wasn’t much to dislike ! The only problem we had was that in 2/3 of our rooms , the adaptors we brought from the uk wouldn’t fit into most of the sockets which meant using the one bathroom socket the adaptors fit into , for everything.

Really modern, refreshed and spotless hotel with newly renovated facilities and rooms. Great location on the lake, away from the business of Pescheira. Amazing breakfast, great choice and quality.

It lacked some atmosphere and personality and the staff were a little stiff and lacked personality also. It just felt a little too quiet and lacking atmosphere at times. A little music, warmth and friendlier service would turn this from a great hotel into a real gem. The pool was also very cold!

Location from the lake and view were perfect, easy walk into Peschiera. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Swimming pool was welcome due to the heat when we were staying. Provided some good suggestions for eating out.

Breakfasts were nice and sufficient. To improve, provide boiling water to make tea, it seems that continentals just don't get it. Choice of fruit was limited and sometimes their were no boiled eggs.
