This is a clean Hotel with a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable with a good clean bathroom . It is just 10 minutes walk from the promenade and the staff are very helpful. Good parking next door.

The room was tight . If you intend staying in your room for long periods, this is not the Hotel for you. If , like me , all you need is a clean room to sleep and shower but want to spend your time outside exploring, its excellent.

The room service was impeccable, you would come home every night to a fully tidied and clean room. The hotel gave you two bottles of water each night (fizzy and natural), which were perfect for hot days when you needed to hydrate. For breakfast they gave you a choice of croissants, which would always fill you up for the day.

Although the croissants were delicious, sometimes they were a little cold when arriving for breakfast. It would have been great, if there were some reheating appliance for the croissants.

Locations, if you want to do the parks especially, very close Close to city center, closer by foot than by car Big room, bath and sufficient parking, including garrage. Balcony was also a plus Staff was very friendly We had water every single day, both with and without gas

It’s a modern building with lift the car park is at the side and close to the entrance of the building.

There’s was nothing I didn’t like. I had a little difficulty locating the hotel even though I appeared to have arrived according to the Sat Nav. It was dark I got out the car and saw a restaurant that I had noticed on google earth and knew then I had to go further up the road to reach the hotel.

Rooms were clean, stuff very friendly. Breakfast was ok, kids loved the pancakes. There is a nice Italian restaurant nearby, which is very useful or short stays (Gardaland etc). Parking is big bonus.

Rooms were very smal. We are family of five, but we were several rooms apart (but on the same floor, which was nice). Hairdryer didn't work, but we didn't need it, so we didn't report it. I'm sure staff would help if needed.

We were touring around Lake Garde on Scooters. They had a secure underground car park which was perfect. The pool was nice with a small view of the lake. We used the Spa facilities which were included in our room deal and they booked a restaurant locally for us later that evening. A 10 minute walk into the local town so perfect!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The family room was spacious for 3 people and the beds were very comfy . It was quiet and the breakfast was very good.

It was quite far out from the centre of the town. The reception/bar was quite small and limited facilities- bar shut very early. The shower was very poor - very little pressure.

Hotel is located about 5-10 min walking from the historical center of the town The room is small and cozy with a generous bathroom. Also very clean. Friendly staff at the reception and at the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel serves fresh delicious croissants every morning and has a machine which prepares fresh orange juice. Underground parking is available at no additional cost.

The bed mattress wasn't comfortable.

Garage was very useful for us on those hot days. AC was very efficient in the room. Balcony was nice to enjoy the view and evening relax. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was good but it has room for improvements.

We liked how helpful the staff was and the fact that our room was changed as it was too close to the breakfast room and we were being woken up very early because of the noise. Breakfast was very good and varied.

Location is good if you have a car. If you are relying solely on public transport, be prepared for a steep walk uphill. Everything else was perfect.
