Great location, lots of restaurants around, very close to lake! Also very clean and friendly staff. Great value for money!

Some rules and facilities that are fair and I was okay with, but just would be good to be aware of before booking: • Have to pay for towels for pool if you don’t bring your own • No food in room • ‘Coffee bar’ is just a coffee machine in reception you do have to pay for • Bring flip flops as you are not allowed to wear shoes around to the pool

Nice modern property. Our room was a terrific size. The reception staff very helpful and great breakfast.

A little far out of the town centre for walking, particularly as it was wet the day we were there.

What a lovely hotel, our room was upgraded on arrival and I’m sure it was the best room in the hotel, the view was simply stunning, we had our own car parking space and double sun bed with our room. The room was large and spotlessly clean and smelt beautiful. Everything worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bidet as well as a large walk in shower which was perfect for me as I’m disabled. The breakfast was stunning, all lovely and fresh and very well presented. The staff were wonderful, they went over and above to make sure your stay was a happy one. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more it was wonderful and one day we’ll definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for everything you did.

This hotel located in perfect location, it is not in loud tourists center bet a little bit away, in the end of central promenade, and for my family it was huge plus. Near the hotel, some 4 minutes walking, there is fantastic beach for swimming, but also hotel itself has nice outside pool. Rooms are clean and fresh. Breakfast was good and tasty. Big and comfortable parking lot is also available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The only thing I can mention here, is that there is no towel and other wet clothes dryer in bathroom. Despite on so good location near the beach and with it own pool, this is not nice not to have possibility to dry out wet clothes.

The hotel's proximity to the old town was convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy the historic area. The pool was nice and provided a refreshing place to relax. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The parking facilities were convenient, allowing for easy access. Moreover, the breakfast provided was good and satisfying.

Very welcome to smoking people , not family next to pool . After we complain smoke affecting our child, the hotel took action by implementing smoking signs in designated areas.

The Hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly as well as communication from booking up until arrival. We had a quadruple room, which had a double bed and 2 single beds, for 4 adults. There was plenty of room, 2 balconies which allowed a great view of the town and Lake Garda. Breakfast was included and there was a great selection of local and traditional foods and all you could eat! A very scenic 10 min walk from the hotel into town along the Lake shore where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We were on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator but where our room was located , after you come out of the elevator you have to go down a set of stairs which was difficult for my elderly mother and for anyone that has mobility issues, especially if you also have luggage.

The quality of fittings and furnishings were exceptional, it had triple glazing and quiet air conditioning which provided a very quiet and comfortable room. The furnishings, beds and linen were of high quality and very comfortable. The shower was refreshing, powerful with well controlled temperature. As much hot or as chilling cold as you like anytime of day or night. The breakfast was very good with a varied choice and plentiful, the coffee machine worked well and was decent coffee, the hot foods scrambled,fried eggs sausage were hotter than all other hotels in Italy we stayed at. We always have breakfast as it opens. The balcony was spacious and with a side lake view was very pleasant, despite overlooking the camper area and pools this was not an issue and was quiet during the day and totally silent at night after 22:00. The pool area was relaxing and not overcrowded, it is well kept and clean, no outdoor shoes around pool and no pet policy makes this a very hygienic hotel. The hotel and rooms were spotless throughout, even the lift was clean, the maids cleaned our room to high standards while we were having breakfast, this hotel cannot be faulted on cleanliness or quality in all aspects. The location is good in a tranquil area about 15~20 min pleasant stroll along the lake to town, the area has a beach near and restaurants. The hotel recommended the restaurant on the hill with a view, it was very good, but for the best experience book a table on the front row and enjoy the view over the lake and harbour, so relaxing. This is a 3 star hotel by name but it certainly should be a 4 star by the quality, cleanliness and professionalism of the friendly staff that we experienced. We will visit again in the future just for the enjoyment of staying at the hotel.

Very nice small hotel around 15mins walk along the waterfront to Peschiera centre. Very large room with sofa and comfortable bed. balcony faced a quiet street with a side view of the lake. Unfortunately the weather meant we didn't use the balcony or pool area. Really good breakfast, limited on hot food and don't expect a "full English" but lots of choice of continental meats, cheeses and pastries. Really helpful reception staff who sorted us a taxi. Good resteraunts and bars in town,.. recommend L'Osteria on via cavalotti. easy getting around on boats and trains to other towns on the lake. Would happily stay again if we come back to the area.. hopefully for better weather!

not the hotels fault but biblical levels of rain did dampen (quite literally) the days we spent here.

The staff are lovely, really helpful and responsive. There is an extensive buffet breakfast and plenty of choice. Pool is great but you really need flip flops as the artificial grass can get very hot especially on young feet. Great location and proximity to the beach, about 15-20 min walk to the main town, ferry’s and restaurants. There are some restaurants on the way that are ok. The hotel, rooms and pool are immaculate - could not fault the cleanliness.

Lunch options in the hotel are very limited but there are bars close by on the beach and there is a shop on the camp site next door. We didn’t know, but there was a super car meet up in the town for a weekend so the roads were very noisy at the hotel. Afterwards it was ok, but there is road noise especially from the motorbikes. There are some cabana beds which are reserved for specific rooms, and not available to all to use which is a bit irritating when they sit empty most of the day.

The standard, size, and cleanliness of the rooms were very good. It's a small, quiet hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The swimming pool and sun loungers were excellent. Breakfast was nice, with a wide variety of choices from a buffet, Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of this hotel for a 3* rating, and we would definitely recommend it.

Bare in mind that check-in is after 2.30 pm and check-out before 11 a.m., with little flexibility. Due to our late evening departure flight, we requested the use of the pool area until mid afternoon. The manager reluctantly allowed us to stay for an additional charge of €15 per person, which seemed expensive. There are no indoor changing or showering facilities once you've checked out of your bedroom. Pool towels were loaned at €5 each and chargeable each time they're replaced.
