The staff was amazing. Very nice and helpful. The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The room had a window to the pool and full of light.

The location was uncomfortable. Very far from the center. Around 25 minutes walk. I thought Peschiera was small and I didn't check how far from the center was the hotel. That meant taxi to center and to the boat for going to other towns. The breakfast could be better. Small selection of cheese and meat. No fresh veggies besided small tomatoes that weren't to good. Possible to improve.

Ziba is a beautiful, small, well-run hotel. Every detail is carefully considered, from the beautifully crafted furniture to the multiple lighting options in the room. The Spa area was one of the best I have seen in a hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Close-by, there is a walkway down to the lake and from there a pleasurable 30-minute walk takes you into Peschiera del Garda.

It's a 10-minute walk to the closest bus stop. Buses only run every 30 minutes even during the day and are usually quite crowded. Nevertheless, I would stay at Ziba again, as the hotel itself is gorgeous.

lacking in evening atmosphere which we believe due to restaurant and bar contracted to external company who also run the pool bar until 7pm. Few people seemed to use restaurant & hence bar often unavailable The information given by the hotel states bar open until 10.30pm. This was never the case Restaurant and bar closed on Tuesday Having said that, the food in the restaurant was very good Good location. minutes from the lake & short walk to local town which has good selection of restaurants Minor point, no English TV news channel

Location is convenient, but not near the lake, so views are of vineyards and the main roads. Breakfast choice was excellent. Highlight for us was the spa, sauna, steam and jacuzzi were a nice way to finish a day. We used the hotel as our base for visits to Canevea, Movieland and Monte Baldo. Close to Verona, so trip back to airport was 40mins. There is a very nice resteraunt, with what appeared to be a very nice menu. We didn't try it, simply due to the extensive choices and locations on the doorstep.

Overall we were happy. The staff were professional and polite. But not friendly, thats not being negative. Because the hotel is clearly aiming for a more adult only, relaxed and peaceful vibe. There were children here, but I'd go somewhere else if you have young children. It was mainly couples. So would be an excellent choice for any couple seeking a child free break.

Very pretty hotel, located in a good spot to discover Lago di Garda. The rooms are spacious with a view to a winery and they have a very nice pool to relax. Breakfast is good.

It’s kind of like a self-service hotel, which for a 4 star, you would expect a bit better in terms of service; no towels in the pool area, quite a few times there was nobody at reception, … but overall it was good

Very nice and spacious room with gigantic terrace, staff was super friendly on every time of the day, nice and versatile breakfast.

I needed an iron, there was none in the room. Wanted to call the reception but the nr wasn’t written anywhere. So i ended up calling the general nr from my cell phone just to find out that they don’t have an iron for the guests to bring to their room. I was there for a big event and had to iron my dress, i found it really frustrating that a 4 star hotel wouldn’t provide such a simple thing.

The location is good, within walking distance to the lake, restaurants and the centre of Peschiera. The rooms and hotel in general were super clean, pool as well. Everything nice and modern, food in the restaurant was excellent.

The rooms were supposed to be noise proof that wasnt the case unfortunately. We could hear baby crying and people walking outside the room etc.. Breakfast was nice but there wasnt much choice for change, also there was always something missing as there was not enough staff to fill the breakfast bar. I had to always ask for ketchup, this is something that should be displayed as I am sure I am not the only one who likes that with the sausages that were served there.

Staff were excellent. Spa was nice and cosy, there are many different saunas. Room was big, bathroom was a larger one too. Bed was firm and comfy. Lighting was nicely designed. Parking options are nice: garage or backyard or even in front of the hotel. Navigating to the hotel is easy.

Breakfast was okay, wouldn't say it was good. Eg. no salmon, boiled eggs, and very limited fruits variety: apples and banana. They were also short staffed, so if something had to be restocked people were forming a line to wait for things to be brought out from the kitchen. Line was sometimes long. And we arrived 1-1.5h before breakfast ended. Spa is a small area. Room had very limited options to hang clothes.

Stayed at the Junior suite, which was very nice and spacious, but got two twin-beds instead of one double-bed. Liked the roof windows with automated open/close. Nice sized bathroom, larger than average. Good facilities despite we didn't have time to enjoy everything.

Breakfast could be better; every limited options and availability, would take quite some time to get food replenished. A/C on the room was either under-capacity or had its cooling power limited so despite lowering setpoint temp would not cool down. Location is ok, but not great for walking to downtown.
