The views from the balcony were amazing! Even though it was already mid-October, the pool was warm enough to swim (at least warm enough for a Nordic family :-D ). We liked the breakfast. You would expect make-to-order omelets, crepes, etc., at this hotel level. In Vision Hotel, the staff served them to the table. We had two birthdays during our stay, and the lovely staff exceeded our expectations by fixing us with overwhelmingly nice decorations and special treats. Convenient parking compared to other Italian hotels. I have a feeling we will revisit Hotel Vision...

A wonderful new hotel, squeeky clean and comfortable with very friendly and welcoming staff. I stayed on my own and felt fully recharged after a couple of nights. I had a large balcony with a view of the lake and enjoyed just listening birds and watching the blue hills in the distance. Also, I was staying on my own as my husband, who I had been traveling around Italy with, had a work event elsewhere. Thankfully the hotel offered their delicious menu as room service so I was able to enjoy tasty meals with Netflix ;-) The location is great, there is a bus stop nearby for train station, Verona Porta Nuova or even the airport. It is a relatively short and flat walk by the lake to the village of Peschiera and also it is great for running, swimming or cycling. I will definitely want to return with my husband to explore the area more and make a better use of things like bike hire over a longer stay.

Nothing to do with the hotel staff, and I appreciate that each country has their own approach to smoking, but as an asthmatic, some of my enjoyment of the balcony was slightly reduced by neighbour puffing away on theirs. It would be perhaps good if a section of the building could be totally non-smoking, including the balconies, so everyone could enjoy in the way they prefer.

Hotel was beautiful, very clean rooms were beautiful with stunning views. Staff went above and beyond always. Ladies at the reception were a pleasure to deal with and so welcoming. Used the shuttle service to get to train station for day trips and made it very convenient 😄

The location is stunning and very safe. The photos don’t even do justice to the amazing relaxing feel and sounds of birds & sailboats in the morning. The hotel is kept very clean and I noticed constant attention by the groundsman. Breakfast was amazing which the best apple strudel and fresh cheeses (even champagne). The rooms were very luxurious and we loved the balcony.

There were 2 male barmen who were quite rude and always looked annoyed at our presence during our weeks stay - often would clear empty vacant tables or do paperwork and ignore us. They really did impact the satisfaction of our stay. It wasn’t professional to see the staff member on the bar have a go at a staff member for being nice to customers. Gabriella however and the front desk staff were just lovely and welcoming.

Vision Hotel is located between two large campsites but it is entirely private. It was built only a few years ago which means that everything is in excellent condition and cleanliness is of the highest standard. More than that, the staff are exceptional: truly, they are this hotel's greatest asset. Nothing is too much trouble and always done with a smile. I will mention Gabriella specifically. Then, there were some unexpected little touches like a complimentary small glass of prosecco before evening dinner. Our flight home was not until late in the evening and, although we had checked out, we were able to use all the hotel facilities for the entire day including a private room to change our clothes (this was particularly appreciated as a disabled person).

One specific suggestion: for a wheelchair user, the route from the hotel down to the harbour area is challenging (either by the road outside, or by a very steep ramp at the bottom of the property). A strong and physically fit companion is essential ! Consideration could be given to creating a zig-zag path of lower gradient as there appears to be an area of gravel that could be developed for this purpose. The hotel pool looked very inviting to cool down from the summer heat but we did not see an easy way to access it as a disabled person: could a hoist be made available?

We loved Everything! The staff is very kind + the view is absolutely incredible. Breakfast is very good.

Stunning location. Almost a stones throw away from the Lake, and a 30 minute walk from Peschiera. Superb breakfast and fabulous room( junior sweet , ground floor; room 002). Outstanding customer service from the hotel staff., especially the front desk team.

Very minor point. Guests were permitted to smoke in the outside dining area.

Excellent choice for breakfast. We also had lunch most days and an evening meal. Located in prime position at Lake Garda. Superb views, we had a lake view room. Very quiet location, away from the main road. Safe area. Staff very friendly, couldn’t do enough to help.

Can’t say a bad word about anything

Fabulous choice, both cooked and buffet. Plenty of room to sit inside or out on the terrace. Staff very pleasant and helpful. View of the lake and garden made it a special occasion. Highly recommended.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We had an evening meal on our first night at Vision; after that, we walked into Peschiera every day along the coast and had meals and drinks there. Restaurants there and along the coastline offered so much choice, we were spoilt really!
