- strategic location close to the lake - plentiful breakfast - the owner of the property was really kind (at first, we were a bit intimidated by the reviews claiming how overprotective of the property the owner is and she did indeed point out to various rules just after our arrival, however, if you treat your room with respect you won't have any problems) - there are bikes available

- you can hear the neighbours laughing, the soundproofing of the rooms is not that good

Very cozy location, we felt like home and the host was very nice, very polite and took good care of us. The host treated us like her own family. The breakfast was excellent with fresh products every day. The rooms were always clean, and they had air-conditioning and a nice balcony. The location was very close to the beach, restaurants and also supermarkets. We had a very good time and will 100% come back again soon !

I love this B&B. Flora was a great host. A typical italian woman with her temperament and passion. She has a good heart and good intentions. Always asking if we need something. She is also strict and has her rules ( wich is needed ) and loves people who are understanding and respectful. Every morning we had good talks with humor. Breakfast was very good. Everyday she did her best to provide you what u need. Location is for me was nice. Its good for people who wants to stay in a quiet area. That means you have to keep it low also at night to respect the neighbours. Gardalake is around the corner where you can swim.. rent boats.. there are restaurants not so far from the b&b with good food en good prices. I would recommend this place for people who would love to relax..zen moments.. enjoy silence and eat a good breakfast from a goodhearted pure italian woman! Thank you for everything Flora.

This was our first time staying in a B&B and we were very pleased. The housing is located in a quiet area, almost on the shore of the lake. The room is clean, has everything you need, private bathroom with shower. Flora is a wonderful hostess, the rules of residence are simple and clear, there is silence around and in the house. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates a relaxing holiday at a reasonable price.

It was lovely and clean, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, loved the balcony to sit out, very close to the lake front,walking distance to shops and lots of restaurants. Flora was lovely, kind and very helpful.

Peaceful place with gardens, birds. The accomodation is located near the lake between other holiday resorts, narrow streets actually without traffic. Very kind and attentive owners - Flora is wonderful: gave us everything what you need for a perfect vacation -thank you!

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. Our hosts made sure we were super comfortable and fed well :) They even went out of their way and provided a vegan breakfast for us. The location was perfect, the beds very comfortable, the place super clean, plus our bedroom had a nice balcony, where we were able to relax in the evenings. We would be happy to stay here again! Great location, very good breakfast. A very kind owner Flora!! Perfectly cleaned. Quiet area, close to a restaurant a cafés. The perfect place for people who like quiet areas and family atmosphere.

Everything was very good as we had expected.

Good localization. Around 2,3 km from city center but you can walk close to garda lake. Around 5 minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants around. Clean room.

Flora and Carlo were great hosts! I cannot thank them more for the hospitality! Excellent location, very close to the lake. It was great to have the bikes to cycle to the other areas around the lake! Grazie mile per tutto!!
