Although our room was very small, the place itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. Very good breakfast

The pillows were really hard and the mattress was uncomfortable. At this price I would have expected a luxurious bed. It was really disappointing

We absolutely loved our room with the stunning lake view! While we were hoping for a sunny day and a breathtaking sunset, we made the most of our stay by relaxing at the spa and enjoying a fantastic dinner at the restaurant. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. Price wise is definitely worth it.

The spa was enjoyable, but we expected a larger jacuzzi and more spacious facilities, especially given the size of the hotel and the number of guests it accommodates. It would have been great to have access to the outdoor pool as an option, even in winter. Additionally, having outdoor fire pits or heaters would have made it more inviting to relax outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, like the fountains. Since it’s a 4-star hotel and we were celebrating a birthday, a welcome drink or a small gesture to mark the occasion would have been a nice touch to make the experience feel more special. It’s a lovely hotel, but these additions could really elevate the overall experience. We still want to thank all the friendly staff

The hotel was just amazing. Very great swimming pool for children and adults. Very peaceful location, close to lake Garda but still quiet and away from tourists. The food in the main restaurant is just amazing. Everything in the menu was so good, I would go back there just for the food. This is definitely one of my favourite hotels in the entire world since it ticked all the boxes for me. Would definitely go back there again.

The grounds are stunning. Really liked that there was an adult only pool. Breakfast was good. Our original room was a bit small and dark so we paid to upgrade to a different room with a balcony and view of the lake which was beautiful. We had a couple of treatments in the spa and they were great!

The food in the main restaurant was average but quite pricey. Simple things missing from the room like a full length mirror and conditioner.

The property was beautiful in a stunning location. The staff were all friendly and attentive. It was not busy or crowded when we stayed in May. Loved the hotel and all its features. Especially the brickwork and all the vines. Would stay again but rent a car.

The price of taxi's was extortionate and it was not easy to grab a taxi. Every 4-5 min taxi ride we took into the centre was 18- 20 euros. So that made eating out or visiting the Ottella winery very expensive. The shuttle service from the hotel was good but at 9am 1pm and 6pm the times were not always suitable.

The place is a cocoon next to bergamo and sirmione, but far from the crowd. It felt very intimate and the services provided were so perfect : -parking -bar -spa with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, hydrojet massages… outdoor pool. We did make one error : check in late, and left early, if you go there, be sure to take the time to enjoy the place. The restaurant was very good as well, and will suit every taste ! The breakfast is also a must, especially if you wake up early : you can have your table next to the big window, above the lake.

Restaurant. Food was very good. Massage was very nice as well. Room was big. Breakfast was nice. The stuff kindly let us leave our suitcases in a delegated room while we were having a city tour after checkout.

The structure is far away from the train station. If you don't have a car it will be a problem. From 8:00 if you have your windows open, you can hear the cars passing by it is very very loud especially when moto is passing. My shower was dirty, full of ex guests hairs.

Everything worked fine, met our expectations. The room was very nice. We had also a good dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was good to have option for a late check out at 15:00 with a supplement. The Spa and staff is nice but with some reservation as mentioned below to improve.

SO IF YOU BOOK ROOM FOR THE SPA SERVICES, check before : The personnel was satisfactory but fell short of our expectations. Despite booking and paying a considerable sum for a weekend at the SPA, we were informed upon arrival that we could only reserve one hour initially, with a possibility of extending to a second hour if not too crowded. While circulation remained low and we could stay longer, it's evident that better management of expectations is needed. The size of the SPA should prioritize hotel guests' needs over outside visitors. My suggestion is to either expand the space to accommodate increased circulation or restrict access exclusively to hotel guests without imposing time limits.

What a fantastic little spot! Absolute bargain too. Noting that its off season not everything was up and running but it really didn’t affect us. We actually really enjoyed the quietness! I would just like to say how exceptional the staff were! They really went above and beyond to ensure me and my friend had an enjoyable stay. They also run a handy shuttle into the town a few times a day. The spa was divine! Quiet too, so we got to enjoy it a lot on out stay. 100% returning!

Nice ****S hotel with authentic buildings and most (?) rooms in a recent construction beside. Outside the busier center on a smaller lake. Spacious pool with shallow areas ideal for families with children. With a bar & small food kitchen nearby. There is also an adults-only pool. Fitness is not so large, but equipped with recent and maintained Technogym gear. Friendly staff except 1 elderly lady at the reception, but I think it had to do with the many concerns due to the recent events of the intense hailstorm they've had 2 days before our arrival. Their roofs broken, solar panels broken, and so much more.

Small critisism ... a) For 2-3 days from 8 am we had noise from saw engines and heavy vehicles because they were deforesting the strip along the small lake. Was this related to hail damage? I do not think so. If not, I personally would plan these works outside the high season. Maybe there was a reason they absolutely had to do it now. Nevertheless it felt a bit annoying. b) Lady at the wellness area only spoke a few words of English. BUT it is only up to me to speak their language. Although from a commercial point of view I would expect that they should be able to provide a basic explanation. Even if it's just that they read it from a document. But again, it's a good reason for us to learn their language. Something we do step by step.
