Great room - very modern and looked to have been decorated recently. Unreal bed - very comfy. The host was brilliant and very helpful 😄 We could not recommend this more, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was able to use the kitchen and keep things in the fridge and self-cater. Room had private balcony which was amazing.

Nothing, it was all great! One thing to note if booking is apartment/kitchen is shared between the three rooms.

An immaculately presented en suite room with a similarly immaculate shared kitchen/dining area. The building was easy to find, located just 20-25 min stroll from Arena di Verona and the historic centre of beautiful Verona. Restaurants about 10 min on foot. It seemed a nice neighbourhood and we paid to park on the street outside, although there was a secured car park 5 mins away on foot if preferred. Our host was a delight to deal with throughout. Friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages - it felt we gained a friend. Our stay included one of the hotest days and the air conditioning was a life saver. We really really loved Verona, classy, clean, beautiful, calm and romantic.

This was the second time that we’ve stayed here. The communication with the host is really good and very friendly. The check in process is all done through a link on your phone including entrance to building, apartment and room which makes things really easy. You never have to worry about losing keys. You actually have a room with shared kitchen. The room was simple but very nice with a lovely balcony. It was spotlessly clean and the shared kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own breakfast. Parking is on the street and we used the app EasyPark to pay for it. Both times we found a space outside the apartment for our car. Borgo Trento itself is a lovely area with plenty of bars and a lovely residential feel

We would have loved a couple of chairs to enjoy the balcony attached to our room but there is a balcony off the shared kitchen if you want to eat or drink outside

The apartment had a communal kitchen which was well laid out. Perfect area to have as a base for touring. Airconditioner worked well in the heat wave. Communication from our host was very prompt. Accommodated our bicycles to be safe in the apartment.

There was no iron. Even another traveller was disappointed as, like me, she was going to the Opera in a wrinkled dress.

We have stayed here before. Excellent apartment for a short stay. Communication with the owner was good. Self check in - access to the building and room via mobile phone. Room was very comfortable. There is a shared kitchen/breakfast area with fridge, kettle etc. Location is good - paid on street parking - we have always managed to find a space. Bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walk - an easy 20 minutes walk into Verona centre.

A table and 2 chairs on the balcony would be nice

The place is beautiful and very clean. The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to the historic center. It’s easy to get around and explore the area. I definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again when I come back!

Even though the building doesn’t have its own parking, we had no problem finding a spot on the street right outside.

The host, Valezia, was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was great to have air conditioning as Verona gets very hot and humid in the summer. There were good basic kitchen facilities. It was also great to have a lift up to the 2nd floor, especially with a heavy suitcase.

We stayed in room 1: a very clean and bright room with balcony overlooking the street. Residential quiet area. It's a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city centre.

Check-in was very anonymous which is something we don't really like. We received instructions on how to check-in via whatsapp and via too many e-mails via the automated system of booking.com (received no less then 7 mails in the days before our arrival). Which was rather confusing. To check-in you need a smartphone with internet connection to open the doors of the building, the apartment and you room. Please be aware of the parking options. It is easy to find a parking spot on the street but it is not free! You can park in areas with white lines for free BUT only during 1 hour (when using a blue parking disc). When you park in the blue zones you need to pay until 8pm and it was (I think) 1 euro/hour.

A very nice modern building and the decor in the room and shared kitchen was great! It is close to a few bus stops which was very convenient, and there were a few nearby shops and small restaurants. Communication with the host was good and she was available on WhatsApp for any assistance.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was fine for the three nights.

Firstly the communication with the friendly owner is excellent. The online check in is really easy and we loved using our phones to access the building, apartment and room. Everything is spotlessly clean, the room was comfortable and we enjoyed having the balcony. The kitchen is shared with other guests and it was well equipped. The location is lovely - a great 10-15 min stroll into the historical centre and there are some lovely local bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying here again.
