We spent one night at Matteo’s place and everything was perfect. Access was super easy, the app-based check-in system was very well designed, and even the keys matched the color of the doors — such a practical and thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. The room was beautiful, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast area was great, with coffee and nice snacks included in the price. I would absolutely recommend this place! The location is also ideal: in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk from the city center. And to get there, you cross the most beautiful bridge in Verona — simply magical!

We stayed for two nights and it was definitely a pleasant stay. Communication with the owner was very smooth, via WhatsApp, where we got all the details needed to access the property. We arrived by car and parking at an additional charge is possible in a nearby underground garage, just a few steps away from the property. Location is also good, around a 15 minutes walk from the city center. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, with an an outdoor sitting space where we also had our breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful, with bread, ham, cheese, croissants.

The mattress was a bit too soft for our preference

The apartment in Verona was beautifully decorated to a high standard, with real attention to detail. Whoever designed it clearly has a great eye for style. It had everything we needed and more, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Although we didn’t get to meet the host in person as we arrived late, communication via WhatsApp was excellent. They were really helpful, even sending us details of where we could park for free with a disabled badge, just a short walk from the apartment. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk to the Arena. Verona itself is absolutely stunning and I would highly recommend a visit. Honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

It would be good to have a suite with twin bed option as I visited with my sister.

We loved our stay at the Arsenale Suites, super central and with parking really close by which was ideal. The host Matteo was amazing, super friendly and available for anything we needed, he even let us borrow an umbrella after checkout as it was pouring down! The breakfast was also great, we could pick from a list of things such as orange juice or croissants but there was also a fully stocked fridge with milk and even lactose free yogurt and soy milk which made me really happy! Despite being more of an apartment setting sharing a kitchen vs a hotel setting it was extremely quiet and private. I'd definitely stay again!

Matteo offers a great accomodation with nearby parking, easy access to the old town, and a convenient ordering system for breakfast. The room was very clean and had a small garden with two chairs and a table where we typically ate our breakfast. The rooms have individual AC units that you can control, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There is parking in the nearby underground lot for the Arsenale. While somewhat expensive (20EUR/day) it is very convenient and also secure (you can only access the garage via your parking ticket). Breakfast is via an online ordering system for things like bread, cheese, ham, etc., but there is also a small communal area with a couple fridges, toaster, cereals, and more. One fridge has freely available yogurts, milk, and butter, whereas the other one has drinks to purchase (beer, soda). Matteo himself is very friendly and willing to help in any way - recommendations on food, tours, additional items for breakfast (eggs).

Two night stay on road trip through Italy. Conveniently located just across the river from the old city. Within easy walking distance of the center and main attractions. B&B is a converted apartment in a private building with three rooms, and a shared kitchenette for breakfast, etc. with fridge and a selection of snacks and drinks for purchase on honor basis. Free coffee and tea provided all day. Breakfast included with the possibility to order specific items the day before. Everything nicely decorated. Good size room with sofa. Comfortable bed. Parking garage close by. Overall good value. Nice and attentive host.

Due to the set-up of the place the noise level depends on the other guests in the B&B. In our case the two other couples were very considerate, so no problems throughout our stay.

Fantastic location right near all the old town attractions. Very quiet and peaceful despite the great location. Nicely decorated. Very clean and spacious. Generous breakfast included. Friendly host. Overall a recommended stay.

Description says the property has parking available but it’s just (paid) parking on the street which in some cases has to be renewed every hour. A lot of check-in administration for the guest. I do not like my personal phone number being used after I have checked out to solicit a review.

Location was great for family. Lovely park nearby for a play and run around. Car park was right next door making it easy to drive and stay overnight. Easy walk across the bridge to centre of Verona. The check in was easy and the breakfast was delicious and generous. Our host was lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and well decorated. All in all a wonderful stay!

Nothing. It worked well for our family for location and ease. Four in a room was probably a push for us to have our kids settle to sleep but that was our choice to book this type of room - can't fault anything the accommodation provided

Everything was nice and clean. Suite is located only 2 min from old city gate so it was very easy to get a quick walk to the city center with a liitle 1 year old girl :) Verona is beautiful,l we are sad we didn't have more time to spend there, but it was beautifull anyways. Mateo (the host) was at service at all times, what ever we needed. Parking garage is located right under the block, literaly 20m from the suite. I'm highly reccomending Arsenale Suites to everyone.

The host, Matteo, was very kind. Before arrival he sent us all information and video how to come to the suite. I liked how well digitalised is opening the doors via app, ordering breakfast and paying extra costs. Breakfast was very good, room was clean, location is perfect - near the castelvecchio and close to the city centre. We enjoyed our stay there 👌😊
