Excellent location. Easy electronic code check-in. Blue-stripe for paid street parking available around the place - may need to walk for 5-8 minute depending on luck - at least It's possible to find one in late June. Breakfast is served in nearby collaborated café which was fabulous. The room is very well designed to the corners. Even though not big in size, it offered enough space for luggage, bags and working surfaces.

There's no lift but it's not a big problem.

The most important thing to know about Casa Fola is that there is a correct and a wrong answer to which partnered café to go for breakfast: the "Weine Wolf" was great, while the "Bottligeria Castello" was a major disappointment (mediocre food, super long waiting time). That aside, we had a decent stay, with proximity to the city center being the B&Bs top quality. The host(s) were super helpful and accomodating.

The room was relatively noisy (street, thin walls to other rooms/floor).

We received detailed information on how to arrive at the location via WhatsApp. The room was clean and they provided 2 bottles of filtered water which was stored in the mini fridge. The locker from the room and also from the main door are smart and they provide you an account from where you can unlock the doors. Wifi is quite good in the building. The location is perfect for visiting Verona - right in the center and close to all the attractions. The personnel is very friendly and kind. We needed to leave our backpacks for a couple of hours after the check out and they were very kind to store them at the reception without any additional charge. I totally recommend this accommodation.

Great location, very clean and quiet room, about 10min walk to old town. Bed were nice and two choices to have breakfast. The cafe/wine bar was close by and we had good breakfast there, however one morning it took more than 20mins to get coffee and food since there was only one emoloyee. Luckily we were not in rush that morning.

The electric key… not my favorite. Probably very easy for the place, but not the greatest for guests. Good thing there are two options to open the door, either with a code or a link (need wifi) to open the doors. One time the wifi did not work, same with the code for some reason and the macine said I had too many tries so room is locked now. Not what you wanna hear after a long day and there’se no reception in the evening. Luckily, after few minutes with another try the door opened, but left an uncertain feeling what will happend next time you try to get in.

The best part of the property was Manola's service and attention. Easy to comunicate and always giving the extra mile.✨️ The rooms were big and comfy, electric pot, drinking water, refrigerator, coffee and even some candys. Location is also great. Only keep in mind rooms are only accesible by stairs.

The location was perfect for a week's stay in Verona. We walked past it initally as it doesn't stand out - if you've reached the wine bar at the end of the street, you've gone too far! Our room was spacious, cleaned every day while the bed was extremely comfortable. We eventually got the hang of using the air con so the room temperature was ideal. Breakfast is at one of 2 cafes just a short walk from the hotel - we ate at Bottiglieria Castello where there was an excellent choice for breakfast which was served quickly and set us up for the day.

I would have liked some outside space to sit (although we didn't ask if this was available).

Me and my husband recently had the pleasure of staying in Casa Fola and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The room we had was impeccably maintained, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. From the moment we booked the room they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We met Manola at the reception and she was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to offer recommendations for exploring Verona. The location of the place is also ideal, allowing to easily explore the beautiful city of Verona. It is within walking distance of many attractions, making it convenient to immerse in the local culture. The breakfast provided was also very good. Overall, out stay in Verona was made memorable by the combination of a pristine room and the outstanding service provided by the staff. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay in this charming Italian city.

Great location, just away from main tourist area so quiet but easy walk to everything. Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Great size room, small boutique venue. 1 min walk to river, 5 mins to arena.

A little noisy from room next door but could have been the individuals in there rather than property’s fault.

The host is very very kind, Very helpful. Perfect location. Near everything. Room was very clean. If I go to Verona again, this hotel will be my definitely choice, no doubt!

Just the breakfast, it's a bit confused. We can choose only Bread bucket with only 1 jam & 1 butter, or a bread bucket with Ham and cheese. :/ I really don't mind to pay a bit more in order to have more choices for breakfast. And check out time, I don't know about another hotel in Italy or in Venice, but this hotel we have to check out at 10 am. It's a bit too early for me. But the rest of Stay was totally great
