Fabulous location, the property is very clean, immaculate in fact. The bedrooms are a nice size, plenty of room, the same with the bathrooms (we had two rooms). Extra pillows and blankets are supplied in the wardrobe. Daily housekeeping. A safe is also included in the wardrobe. Just outside of the rooms are three tables and a drinks machine. There is also cutlery, plates, toaster and a kettle in the cupboards, which we didn’t realise were in there/had access to as this wasn’t told to us upon checking in. We also didn’t know what we were supposed to do with dirty cutlery / cups as there are no washing up facilities. Please make sure you ask Francesca to show you how to unlock the apartment door (not the one off the street into the main building, but the one into the apartment) as we had to disturb her as we couldn’t get back in! Really this should be something that she automatically shows people. The apartment has restaurants and bars in close proximity, we found that there was a lot of street noise into the early hours on the Saturday evening so if you are a light sleeper/need silence to be able to sleep, it might be worth taking earplugs.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like, however, it would have been helpful to have known what was available to us in the communal area when we checked in.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to the city centre, excellent for sightseeing. Though the name indicates bed & breakfast there was no breakfast service despite being above a restaurant.

Access to the hotel is just a door next to the restaurant of the same name. There is no access outside the stated check in times. I understood that I couldnt check in at my arrival time but was expecting to have access to a luggage room. As it was I had to hang around for over an hour to gain access as no one answered the contact phone numbers on the door. There were no tea & Coffee making facilities in the room though there was a communal area with a drinks machine which was FoC.

Perfect location - max 10 minutes to Piazza Bra'. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket right next to the hotel. Blackout blinds meant a great night's sleep! The room was cleaned really well every week day. So useful to have a fridge in the room and free coffee machine in the shared area. Very friendly and welcoming host. Very small guest house and I felt very at home here for my 6-day stay in Verona. I would definitely recommend this guest house.

As someone from the UK not used to warm temperatures, I might have liked the A/C on sooner. However, when the temperature did get higher, the A/C came on.

This accommodation far outweighed our expectations. A fantastic location from walking in from train station to wandering into piazza Bra. It no longer offers breakfast but there are facilities to make hot drinks in a communal area where we also had lunch which we bought from the very handy and large supermarket just up the road. There was a fridge in our room where we could keep lunch items and water cold. The AC was a fantastic facility considering how hot it was and the bathroom was very well appointed. The owner was very welcoming despite our late arrival and it really was the perfect place to stay for a few days exploring the wonderful city of Verona.

There was some noise from local restaurants and traffic if window open. The door into the apartment was tricky but there was a knack which we learnt over the few days we were there - pull the door towards you while turning key.

A small, cozy hotel run by a very kind and welcoming lady. The rooms are fresh, recently renovated, and clean. Perfect location between the train station and the city center – both can be reached within just a few minutes on foot. There is also the option to leave your luggage, which is very convenient. An ideal place to explore the city by walking everywhere. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The family who run this B&B were very kind and helpful. I called to ask if we could drop our bags and they said yes and when we arrived they told us we can have the room early. The air conditioning was very good! I needed that since it was so hot, so that was for me very important, the room was super clean, the bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good! There is no breakfast ( we knew that) but you can have coffee for free in the common area, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area though.

The beds were not too comfortable, but after a long day and being so tired we were able to sleep well.

My husband and I recently stayed at B&B Teatro Ristori Verona and had a wonderful experience. The owner made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality. The place was spotless and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, with restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend B&B Teatro Ristori Verona to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Great that there was free WiFi. Perfect location for my visit as I was going to a concert at Teatro Ristori.

Check-in was not until 4pm. I would have liked an earlier check-in. Although it is called a B and B (bed and breakfast), it seems that there was no possibility to have breakfast there. There are cafes locally, but I would have liked the option of having it there. (I must point out that I WAS aware breakfast was not included.)

Absolutely fabulous location. Very safe for lone ( female) travellers with a huge number and range of nice eateries round the corner and all the sights within a stroll. Nice big room, excellent bathroom. Drinks machine in foyer. The landlady was kind enough to keep luggage until the evening. Excellent value for a pricey destination. Lovely building and gives a real feeling of being somewhere interesting.

This is really central and a bit noisy as I had the windows open. Other rooms may have been quieter. Just a preference thing.

The apartment is very close to the Arena and the historical center of Verona, there are cafes and restaurants in a close proximity, it also looked a safe area. It is 15 min walking to the train station

We had some issues with the key for the front door, phoned the host, she never picked up the phone neither returned the call. It was a bit noisy in the morning from outside.
