We (my mom and I) keep returning year after year because this place is absolutely immaculate and there is literally nothing that could be improved. Super easy to find, a 3-4 minute walk from Arena di Verona. Simone and his family are fabulous and their hospitality is unparalleled. The rooms are huge, there is a fridge in all of them, some of them come with a terrace. The rooms are immaculately clean, communication with the owners is easy. There is a big supermarket downstairs and the air conditioner deserves special praises in the Verona's scorching heat. It works like a charm and it really is much needed and appreciated (and so is the elevator as the property is on the third floor).

Absolutely nothing I can think of.

Simone was very nice, helpful and communicative. One of the best hosts I've ever had. Location is 10 out of 10 close to the main attractions and to public transport. Also, a Supermarket is 1 minute away. Cleanliness was top and free tee, coffee and some sweets were available all the time. I would go back without hesitation if I have another chance to visit Verona.

We had a little misunderstanding at arrival. So, the check in time should be advised very precisely as Simone isn't always in the premises. The heating system could be better. But, I guess it's not a big issue for Verona's weather :) You have to go through the corridor to get to you your private bathroom (as shown in the pictures)

Room only, but coffee machine, cups, plates and cutlery provided. Almost next door to good supermarket with excellent bakery. Very good location, walking distance for nearly all the sights. Very friendly, informative and helpful host. The tourist office was good too. 20 minutes walk from main bus station, reached by 7 euro (single) 199 bus from the airport - N.B. buy ticket before boarding or pay cash on board.

Nothing, really. Beware the bolito misto - mixed meats - a good regional dish, but lots of meat! Sirmione on Lake Garda is lovely out of season (I suspect too busy in summer to be enjoyable), but plan travel from Verona ahead to make the most of your day; the 162(?) bus goes all the way to Sirmione ~1hr, two train companies, Italo and Trenitalia, 15 mins to Peschiera then catch the 162 bus.

Great coffee shop across the street, grocery store 50 feet away and Veronas best restaurant L’Oste Scuro just a block away!

Some seedy characters like hanging out on the church steps across the street but they seem to go to bed early so our evenings were quiet

We had a lovely triple room with a balcony and a private bathroom. The bedroom and bathroom were both large and airy, and the beds were very comfortable. The host met us at the door and helped us with our luggage. There was a common area where you could make tea, and there was a coffee machine and fridge in the room. Extras like this are great. The location is excellent, very close to the Verona Arena, easy walking to the major sites.

The opera rooms are perfectly located approx 3 minute walk to the arena. A lovely peaceful neighbourhood with great supermarket next door. We had a wonderful warm welcome, and were shown to a lovely big well equipped room. The private bathroom across the corridor was spacious, modern and like everywhere else spotlessly clean with great attention to every detail. Communal tea making facilities with an abundant choice of teas, and coffee making facilites in the room. Crockery and cutlery provided in the rooms for self catering breakfast....excellent idea. This place is hard to beat.

Spacious room with balcony overlooking the Casa del Mutilato. Fall asleep with the philharmonic orchestra practicing nearby, if you are lucky. The host is friendly and helpful, even organising close and cheap parking for us nearby. Short walks the excellent restaurants and the sights of Verona.

Great location, just off the main piazza by the arena, park and cafes. Bonus was the fridge, coffee machine and balcony with table and chairs. Friendly host were very welcoming!

Although we were aware of the separate bathroom, it was a bit awkward as all four rooms have their own external bathroom and all shared the communal area to get to them.

Wonderful apartments. Everything is thought out down to the smallest details. Nothing superfluous, but everything is in place. Excellent interior design and finishing. The best housewife in the world. Professional and attentive attitude to any customer questions. The best stay experience.

This accommodation was perfect. The host, Simone (and family) were exceptional and could not do enough for us. The rooms (bathroom is a separate external room) were large, clean and comfortable and both rooms had balconies. The BnB is located just outside of the old city walls, and a less than 20 minute walk from the train station.
