The location is amazing, very close to the main city-centre and only 15 mins walk from the Porta Nuova Train Station. The lady on check-in was very kind and helpful and explained how everything worked clearly. The room was basic, but exactly what I needed as a solo traveler.

The main issue is the noise. I don't know what it is about the infrastructure here, but the sound really carries around the entire apartment. I was in a room right at the end of the main hallway and I could hear everytime anyone entered or exited, used the bathroom and opened or closed their door. I could even hear the video that one of my neighbours was watching through the bedroom wall. If I stayed here again, I'd definitely pack some earplugs - I'm a heavy sleeper and I was woken up 3 times in one night. I finally managed to get to sleep at around 2am. They need to update their information on the rooms - My room was listed as having air-conditioning and it didn't. I just slept with the window open and it was fine, but my room did not have Aircon.

Meticulous attention to detail at this lodging. 'Salvatore" was very professional. Sparkling clean. Very nice free espresso machine (grinds beans already loaded) and also a refrigerated water dispenser machine. Great wi-fi, TV, AC. I know (if coming from Porto Nouva stazione) taking lines 11, 12, 13 will get you there (Piazza Bra). I thought it more convenient to get off one stop before bus goes under the big arch and entering Piazza Bra. I loved the place. Nice gold-looking sign ("Cittadella") outside the building where the keypad is.

Espresso machine operating instructions frustrating (maybe it was me, or maybe not?) I managed to only successfully use it once. Note: beware of lady trying to "help" you use the bus ticket vending machine at the stazione. Actually, the walk going there (10-15 mins) isn't bad either, even with heavy backpack.

Staff contacted me via WhatsApp a short while before I was set to arrive, vey helpful if you need help or info about getting to the hotel. On arrival I was welcomed and shown around, given a map and useful info about the city. The room (on the street side) was spacious, clean and comfortable. It held a double bed, a single bed, a table and chairs, a comfy chair, a desk and a small wardrobe. The bed was comfortable, if a little harder than I'm used to. I slept well in it anyway. There were shutters before the windows that effectively kept out all the lights at night, but even if you open them no one can look in because of the sheer curtains. Privacy provided with a stylish and cosy look. I booked a room with a shared bathroom. There were two large bathrooms next to each other, both clean and well-equiped. They are shared only by a few rooms, meaning you are unlikely to have to wait to be able to use the bathroom. There is a coffee and tea service in the hallway that you can use at any time, plus a small microwave which was surprisingly powerful. Teabags, sugar, sweeteners etc are provided. The hotel is in an excellent location, in a side street off a larger road (where you will find ample choice in restaurants and cafés), only a few minutes walk from Piazza Bra, so very central. If you walk straight ahead from the front door, there is a small park where you will find a friendly café frequented by locals, underground parking and a sizeable Aldi. I walked from the train station with a backpack, and though I'm not athletic by any means that took me only about 10 minutes. The route is safe to walk and simple to navigate with Google Maps. Mostly you walk up the large Via Porta Nuova, which has very wide sidewalks on either side, then turn right near the end. You will then find the hotel on your right. There is a small elevator, useful with luggage or when you've been out walking all day. All in all very good value for money, I would definitely recommend!

Mostly the street outside was quiet enough, but you are very close to the Arena (amphitheatre). So if there are concerts you will hear sounds. I was there for four nights, and only needed earplugs once.

if neighbors are talking in their rooms (next to or opposite)), you can hear almost everything in your room. So my score is 9 (not 10)

It has everything you need. Quiet street. Close to bus lines and sights. Spacious room. Excellent A/C. Excellent café and restaurants nearby.

Walls were a little thin so it might depend on how loud people are in next room, but I had earplugs. Could also hear upstairs person moving around.

A fantastic place to stay! Located in the centre, few minutes away from Piazza Bra and a 15 minutes walk from Porta Nuova train station, easy to find. The property is located in a side alley, away from the main street, therefore it is quiet and safe. It is on the second floor and there is both stairs and lift access. It is an apartment turned into a guesthouse; there are 2 bathroom shared between about 4 rooms so there was never any wait. The bathrooms were spotless. The room was clean and comfortable, spacious for a single one. There was a chair, table and even a small fridge, which is very handy during the warm months. The guesthouse has an area with coffee, tea, water, and a microwave for communal use. The lady who checked me in was super friendly, gave me a map, explained where all the important sites were and also provided me with restaurant recommendations. Overall, it is an amazing spot and great value for money and I would absolutely stay there again!

We booked this accommodation as it was an easy walk from/to the train station and Verona’s main tourist attractions. A twin room was provided as requested; large with comfortable beds and pillows. There were two well maintained and clean bathrooms off the shared corridor. A shelf along the corridor accommodated a filtered water dispenser, coffee machine, kettle, tea/sugar, cups and glasses for common use. For those that like self catering, an Aldi supermarket is situated across the piazza.

Really fantastic place to stay! The location is superb, staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s very clean. I also like how secure it is, I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The property also has many facilities like a drinking water dispenser, a coffee machine, etc.

I honestly don’t really have any suggestions to make. You get a ton of value for the price that you pay. Even the shared bathrooms were very clean and I never had an issue where they were full when I needed to use them. It’s just as good as an en-suite room.

We were in apartment 2 (yellow one), and the bed mattresses were very good. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean. It's close to the city center.

The "kitchen" place on the 2nd floor was missing some space to prepare food. However, it was manageable.

Excellent location, not too busy/noisy but very close to the city center. Extremely polite staff! The room was more comfortable and spacious than expected, which was a great surprise. They even offer free filtered water, which can be a luxury in this city. Perfect value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
