They were caring and supportive on my arrival dealing with checking in promptly considering the complexity and time need to resolve.The customer centric approach delivered by staff on my contact was remarkable and so their knowledge of English to reach me and Italian to reach the manager. On departure I treated nicely and it has made my day despite the rain. Thank you very much!

The use of light green puff was an eyesore 😅 no offence, but use a puff cover with some tones of blue or light blue would make a better connection with the wall’s blue and light-blue elements. Additionally, consider some wooden like or blue/light blue rugs to give it extra touch, since the naked parked could be transition to these additions well. These could reduce amount of neutrality in the room design. Cheers

In this hotel you will meet very kind and helpfull personel. Rooms are very clean. The hotel is located near the speedway but even in night it is hard to hear them cause it's good muted. There is only chance you will hear some people on the corridor, but it is still quiet. Area near the hotel is calm and seems safe. Not far from hotel is AGIDEO, local huge shopping center, so it is easy to do shopping without long trips. Remember to look on VeronaCard if you want to see some museums or churches.

If you travel by car this problem will not affect you so much, but to go to old city by bus you must be ready for more than a half a hour of travel. Weekly buses are stopping not very far from hotel (61 line for our trip), but weekend and night buses (like 92 or 98) have a bit more distance to walk to them, but if you are not afraid of seeing Verona from other angles than only old city, then what is more important, it is still fully possible to travel in weekend and nights too.

It was clean, the building had a nice logo/writing on it which I like in a hotel. Comforting lobby is something I look for in a hotel which I found here

Only the distance, which I knew before. But there’s also always room for improvement so maybe the shower can be a bit cleaner. Other than that no complaints

We have appreciated the room size and the bed comfort. Location is practical close to the highway exit really close to the most important access to the city center. Staff super kind and helpful.

The bathroom is small with a small shower.

As usual, comfortable rooms, excellent bedding. Staff always professional and agreeable. This time, when they saw I had my dog with me, they switched my room and put me on the ground floor to make it more convenient. I really appreciated their kindness.

The breakfast room is a little too small at times. There was no room for me to sit.

Conveniently positioned near the autostrada, classic B&B hotel, really very helpful staff. We arrived early and still were able to check in. Thank you!

The place is great but is pretty far from any buss station. The public transportation in Verona is not bad but the busses have long waits between them. Consider that if you plan to go without a car.

Polite, efficient staff. Clean, spacious room. Pets accepted. What more can you ask for?

Tepid water in the shower. Not appreciated in winter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious bedroom, cool in the hot weather. Drinks and ice available in reception which was a nice extra. Lots of gluten free options at breakfast.

Nothing really - just to be aware that it’s on the outskirts of Verona.
