Big comfortable bed, great shower, reliable wifi and aircon so effective it never needs to be run for more than an hour or so even on sizzling hot days - after that the fan keeps the room pleasant. The hotel is very quiet, lovingly if somewhat quirkily decorated, and offers a good (cold) breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury options as well as plenty of fresh fruits. There's a nice bar for drinks in the evening in the airy lounge or out on the terrace (which is right beside a road, but not a terribly busy one).

Some sort of drying rack to put in the shower would be helpful, especially given many guests are surely spending at least some time most days in or on the lake and returning with wet cozzies, etc. If a view of the lake is important to you, this may not be your best bet - but it really is just a couple of minutes away, at the bottom of the road.

This hotel scores top marks considering the * rating and price. Location is superb, cleanliness, facilities exceeded expectations and it is the host and his team which take this hotel to the next level. The hotel has a lovely bar, terrace and breakfast room, bedrooms are traditional Italian style. It is literally 30 seconds walk from Lake Garda, a short walk from restaurants and an enjoyable 20 minute walk from the town centre along the promenade. I would most certainly stay here again.

There is nothing to dislike - with La Favorita you get more than you expect.

The reception area, bar & relaxation areas were really quirky & interesting. Breakfast set me up for the day with its extensive range of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, breads, cheese, meat, eggs, pastries, drinks. My room & en-suite was adequate with excellent air-con. Overall everything was good. It was my first time travelling and I'm glad I chose this place. It was perfect for my budget. It was quite easy to find, the only problem I encountered was related to public transport (which there is). To be sure just take the line "LN026 or LN034" (preferably from Verona Porta Nuova bus terminal - "B-3"). The personal was friendly and polite. The room was clean! The breakfast was perfect to start the day right :D And of course - just in 1-2 minutes from this place there is a beach with a wonderful view.

The only thing I didn't like (except public transport, which it's not Hotel's fault) would be a small bathroom. I don't mind small rooms, actually i like them, but i didn't expect the bathroom to be that small. That might be the only thing for me.

This hotel is just great. The room we had was very clean and not too small with view on the lake. The bathroom is a bit small but as clean as the bedroom, the double bed is very comfy! We didn't expect the most stylish and fanciest furnishing in an albergo in that category, and yes, the room could be a bit more modern, but this is absolutely not important for us. It was the opposite, we were quite astonished how well maintained the whole place was, including the private parking lot. We enjoyed our stay very much, not only but also because of the very friendly and helpful owners. Also the prices at the bar are not exaggerated. THE highlight is the location of this hotel. The nearest beach with small bars and a small marina with boat-rental is only 150m away. We can highly recommend La Favorita.

Everything was good, even better than expected

lovely hotel in a ideal location, very quiet and just a minute from the lake front and a little marina and a 30mins stroll into Peschiera centre along the lake. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the owner was so pleasant always asking if everything was OK. Great value for money Thank you.

The location was great. Jump off the bus at the bottom of the hill and down, with views of the lake is the hotel. Quirky decor in the lobby, but the bedroom was spacious and clean. Air-conditioned with a lovely breakfast.

Everything was clean and very comfortable. Also, the location was perfect, and everyone was very welcome and ready to help and give any information. There were bikes to rent for 5 euro per day and reception are to have a drink, eat some aperitifs or play some board games. There were also lactose free options for breakfast. We felt very welcome.

This place was amazing, right by a nice part of the beach walking distance to many restaurants. Very comfortable bed, got some great sleep. Biggest thing was how wonderful the host was, he went out of his way to help with everything, breakfast was perfect. Just an awesome place

Bathrooms were a bit cramped, but not a big deal

It was spacious, clean, and modern. Location was excellent - just a few steps to the sand. Breakfast was adequate. They had their own parking lot and we were able to find a parking spot.
