The apartments are very comfortable and clean. Big bonus is the private fenced parking. We had a car and worked great for us. There is a bus stop 50 meters that will take you downtown. Not a location you can easily walk to the city centre. We did and regretted it (not a nice route to walk)

The apartments on the main floor are nicely adapted for the disabled. However some things can become a nuisance for the non disabled: the toilet hight is quite uncomfortable and the toilet flushing system is a pain (trying to prime a wall button several times to engage the system in like you're at a pinball machine..)

The facility has sent me an text message prior my arrival with very clear instructions how to access the accomodation as well as parking space. The lady at the reception was very busy at the next day but she tried hard to fulfil my requests regarding the invoicing.

The room was noisy, bathroom obsolete and mattress terrible. We had unfortunately woken up not recharged for the next day that included traveling. Only one of three staff speaks english. I asked room maid where is the bathroom on the ground floor and she answered just with gestures that she doesn't know. The lady on the reception was on the phone thus we left the facility and sopped at the nearest gas station...

I really enjoyed this residence hotel. The location was great. Borgo Roma is a nice residential part of Verona, and it is very close to the historic center. The room we had was very clean and air conditioned. It had a very large bathroom and a TON of storage. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It would be a great place to stay for a longer period of time. The staff was courteous and helpful and the whole building was well maintained.

My only real complaint was the parking. If you didn't get back early enough at night, you had to park your car in a garage below the ground. It was RIDICULOUSLY small, and the ramp was EXTREMELY narrow and steep. I managed to make it down, but I needed assistance to get back up it. Needless to say, I only used it once a.d refused to use it again. They really should charge for the parking spots to ensure there are enough without forcing people to use such an impractical garage. It was bad enough that I would consider looking elsewhere to stay the next time I'm in Verona and I really loved everything else about this hotel.

We stayed for just one night and our only needs were to eat something and sleep, so we have no complaints in this regard. Everything was very clean and my children were very happy to have their own TV. The private parking was great and the reception was very clear with all the information they gave us.

Our air conditioning did not really work. The fan part worked and we had an additional fan in the bedroom, but we didn't get that cool, refreshing air. We managed by leaving the balcony door opened and the room was cool enough to sleep relatively ok. It would have been nice to have access to a washer.

Spacious apartment with plenty of storage and fully equipped with a balcony. Staff were really helpful with our enquiries. We were able to check in early and left our bags after check out which was super helpful.

It is out of the centre but is close to a bus stop which takes less than 15 mins and 2 euros. There is car parking too if you are driving.

Very clean space, large windows and bright area, very comfortable bed. Apartment location is in quit neighbourhood, the terrace is very nice.

Parking area is rather narrow and sometimes you cannot find a free spot, so you have to park in the street. A bedroom is not a separateroom,, it only has glass partition.

Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had gated parking for our car as well. Marco from reception was very kind and helpful.

A bit far from the city centre but there’s a bus that takes you there in 15 mins.

There was everything for an apart. The apart was clean. The location is 2,3 km from the centre. We reached Piazza Bra in 10 minutes with the scooters in the vicinity. It was also good to have a car park. It was a safe and good stay for us. We are satisfied.

No problem except the sound of the refrigerator.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped room. Staff friendly and helpful. Verona is a lovely city.

Apartment is a little bit out of the city. About 30mins walk. There is also not a great deal in the area either. Helpful staff however will tell you bus times etc, if you don't fancy the walk. We walked up, bus back. Also there was a rock bar across the road. No tourists, friendly locals. So we did experience part of the city we wouldn't have in the centre.
