This hotel is a gem hidden in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The decor of the large room is modern, beds are extra comfortable, very kind staff at reception, great breakfast. It is very quiet. The A/C worked very well, which was very important given it was very hot.

The hotel is about 2 miles / 3 km from the center. Of course we knew it when we reserved it, it just makes it a little more time consuming to go to the center / opera at the Arena. However Verona has great bus service and after all it was not a big deal.

My room also featured a lovely balcony with a view of the garden, which was a delightful bonus. Amenities: One of the standout features of this hotel is its rooftop garden and hot tub. It’s a serene spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, offering beautiful views over the city. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Service: The staff at Corte Ongaro are incredibly friendly and professional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful tips about local attractions, their hospitality truly enhanced my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From freshly baked pastries and bread to fruit, yogurt, and hot dishes, it was a great way to start the day. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is clearly a top priority at this hotel. Both the public areas and the private rooms were spotless, giving me complete peace of mind during my stay.

The pillow was to hard for my head.

Verona itself is already amazing, what i liked the most is friendly and caring staff, she had big time smile on her face which was amazing and helped is with everything was asked for.. The rooftop terrace make a person feel over the moon..

The room also really comfortable the problem was the bed wasn't one piece hence it was a bit uncomfortable also the room has a lovely balcony and windows but not being able to leave them open due to mosquitos was not really convenient, some nets on the windows could make the journey even more amazing..

The problem was on the last day First of all the card machine was broken Secondly the lift was not working very well That problems aren’t a big deal

Comfortable bed, very clean rooms. The breakfast was really exceptional, they offered a broad selection from everything. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, they seem like very hardworking people. Would stay here again without a doubt. The location is not the best but easy to walk and close to the bus stop.

Everything was almost perfect.

Breakfast OK. All persons in the breakfast zone took care of us and were very helpful. Esspecially on the day when we had to leave hotel earlier for the trip to Alps. Reception staff also friendly and helpful.

Location is a little further from the center, but close to the fair. Only complaint would be that there were no clean chairs and a hot tub on otherwise beautiful roof. Unusual hotel safe.

The apartment was spacious, and the bathroom was very nice. Shades that could be fully darkened were a helpful detail.

The apartment was very nice and big; the only downside was that there was a kitchen, but it was not well equipped. Just one knife, no towels, no sponge or detergent. The bed in the living room was extra uncomfortable, even for kids.

Staff are very friendly and lovely smile. I love my room, it was amazing. - I will come back again. Room is very clean and breakfast service is very good, food is lovely. Outside the hotel about 2 mins walk to the bus stop, travel to railway station about 10 mins. Perfect. Thank you so much.
