I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Corte Ongaro Hotel in Verona, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Here’s why I highly recommend this hotel: Location: The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area of Verona, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of the city center. It offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility, making it an ideal base for exploring Verona’s historic sites and vibrant culture. Rooms: The rooms at Corte Ongaro are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds and high-quality linens ensured a great night's sleep. My room also featured a lovely balcony with a view of the garden, which was a delightful bonus. Amenities: One of the standout features of this hotel is its rooftop garden and hot tub. It’s a serene spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, offering beautiful views over the city. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Service: The staff at Corte Ongaro are incredibly friendly and professional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful tips about local attractions, their hospitality truly enhanced my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From freshly baked pastries and bread to fruit, yogurt, and hot dishes, it was a great way to start the day. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is clearly a top priority at this hotel. Both the public areas and the private rooms were spotless, giving me complete peace of mind during my stay.

The pillow was to hard for my head.

Verona itself is already amazing, what i liked the most is friendly and caring staff, she had big time smile on her face which was amazing and helped is with everything was asked for.. The rooftop terrace make a person feel over the moon..

The room also really comfortable the problem was the bed wasn't one piece hence it was a bit uncomfortable also the room has a lovely balcony and windows but not being able to leave them open due to mosquitos was not really convenient, some nets on the windows could make the journey even more amazing..

The problem was on the last day First of all the card machine was broken Secondly the lift was not working very well That problems aren’t a big deal

Comfortable bed, very clean rooms. The breakfast was really exceptional, they offered a broad selection from everything. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, they seem like very hardworking people. Would stay here again without a doubt. The location is not the best but easy to walk and close to the bus stop.

Everything was almost perfect.

The rooms were clean and tidy, which contributed to our pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable, which allowed us to get a good night's sleep. Although we did not use other hotel services, we can say that this place is ideal for those who are looking for a quiet and comfortable accommodation for a night or two. We recommend this hotel to everyone who is passing through and needs a place for quality rest.

The apartment was spacious, and the bathroom was very nice. Shades that could be fully darkened were a helpful detail.

The apartment was very nice and big; the only downside was that there was a kitchen, but it was not well equipped. Just one knife, no towels, no sponge or detergent. The bed in the living room was extra uncomfortable, even for kids.

Staff are very friendly and lovely smile. I love my room, it was amazing. - I will come back again. Room is very clean and breakfast service is very good, food is lovely. Outside the hotel about 2 mins walk to the bus stop, travel to railway station about 10 mins. Perfect. Thank you so much.

Nothing at all

The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. The reception staff was very supportive and they are always asking about our needs. The hotel is near to a garden which has different games that children’s can enjoy the rest of the day. In addition, the hotel near to the one of the famous shopping mall.

The location is little bit away from the center and main train station (required TAXI).

Room was perfect for our purpose: clean, really silent, very good locker present for valuables and broad laptop, comfertable bed and very clean shower and toilet.

No complaints from us, just for a future mode of transportation: in the parking garage a facilitity to charge and EV-car could be considered,

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and extensive. The rooms are very modern decorated. The roof terrace is very enjoyable, and a nice addition to the stay.

The location is a bit far from the city, but that we knew. The road to the hotel is next to a busy industrial way, so we advise to take the bus (which the staff is very helpful with!)
