From the first contact to the final morning, everything was friendly and welcoming. In this family run hotel. They are quite rightly proud of their business and it shows. Refreshing change from corporate anonimity. Room was spacious. Quiet. View from bed and balcony superb. Breakfast was fabulous. Amazing choice plenty of seating areas. Coffee great. We had coffee on the terrace each night when we came back from the town. Didn't eat here in evening but food looked great. On last morning, owner offered to run us down to bus station with our bags. All staff , think mostly family We loved our stay here and will definately return.

Instructions to find hotel on foot from bus station were not clear. Most folk were in private cars. Other than that Absolutely nothing

We were five adult members of one family traveling together. We rented two rooms. One had a queen bed. The other had two twin beds and a fold-out sofa. We selected this hotel because of its proximity to the Verona train station. Basically, you walk down one train platform to the end, go through some outdoor hallways, and then you are at the hotel. It took less than ten minutes to walk there. The hotel is located close to Verona's main bus station This made it easy to catch a city bus to various attractions. The front desk staff were cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our rooms were clean. The air conditioning worked and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious. Finally, even though this hotel was located next to the train station, the rooms were quiet. I highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived a little late for breakfast, but still around 1 hour before the "official end" of breakfast, but there was not much selection available, and we really felt a bit like we were disturbing the guy who was in charge of breakfast by showing up!!!

Very kind staff that addresses all issues immediately, good location if the proximity to the train station is important (although around 20-25 minutes walking to the city centre), quite well-maintained rooms.

The breakfast buffet is quite basic (e.g., no vegetables such as tomato or cucumber), and the Wi-Fi signal breaks often (although, it probably depends on the room).

Fantastic location! Would be better if the signs to the hotel in the train station were better. Ended up walking along the street instead of off Platform 1 which was phenomenal as it was undercover for 99% of the walk! The Receptionist was so friendly! The breakfast room was beautiful with lots of fresh croissants, cheese and meat.

- Location next to the train station is super convenient if you have to catch an early train or when you arrive late. - Room was clean and beds comfortable - Although the train station is near, you don't hear any noises - You can easily walk to the city center (+/- 25 min)

- Staff at check-in was not super friendly and didn't mention anything about breakfast, which we had included in our booking. So we had to find information about that ourselves. - Breakfast room is not very nice and options are limited.

Located at the train station yet you couldn't hear the trains. A super spot to stay if you are in Verona. A quick walk to the bus and then you are into town and all the sites. Very good breakfast and nice staff. Would use it again if I was in Verona. So good to walk off the platform and there it is, when you are dragging luggage. The bathroom was nice too

There are no views because it is at the train station but the bus stop is so close you just get on it and go into town to see all the cool stuff. The bed was a little hard but it didn't stop a good night sleep and I woke up feeling good

Location. I would only recommend this hotel for those looking to use Verona as a base and take multiple train trips. You have to walk through. the train station to get to the hotel. The area around the train station lacks good restaurants and cafes etc. It feels safe though as there are lots of police always around.

The location is very ideal, right beside the main train station. There is a passage through the train station (platform 1 and follow the signs to the hotel). Bed and pillows were comfy. The room was quiet even though the hotel is beside the train station. Room is spacious. The arena and other tourist attractions are about a 30-minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is ample if you're not looking for anything fancy. Shout out to Sampat at reception!

We wish there was a hook or something to hang your bath towel in the washroom. Complimentary bottled water would also be nice.

Affordable place to stay in Verona. A bit far from downtown, still walkable friendly to get there! Train station and bus stop (Flixbus) are close. Cereal in breakfast was delicious!

As most hotels close to a train station, they tend to get lonely in the afternoon, still the area felt safe. Flush toilet had a leak, reception sent someone to make a quick fix to it,so thank you!
