Excellent location. Only 150 m from bus stop (Porta Borsari, buses 21-24 from D2 platform of the railway station Verona Porta Nuova). Arena di Verona and Piazza Bra are located near. The hospitable owner Monica immediately gives you a map of the old town and explains where the main attractions are. It is very easy to find the B&B. The green door stands out against the background of the house and the sign B&B Amfiteatro is visible if you approach. Compared to other B&Bs and apartments, this one stands out because you can check in right after midday. The room also had seat pads, which are useful if you are attending the opera at the Arena di Verona and have bought inexpensive tickets to the amphitheater.

My fiancee and I stayed at Anfiteatro B&B from 6th–8th June and were absolutely blown away. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Verona, just steps from everything you could want to see. Our room was immaculate, full of italian character, and incredibly comfortable. The shower was fantastic (powerful and modern — just what you need after a day exploring!), and we loved the thoughtful touches like the coffee machine, and a selection of fresh fruit and delicious fresh cakes which made our mornings even better. A special mention must go to Monica, the owner — she was truly outstanding. Warm, welcoming, and full of local tips that made our trip extra special. You can tell she genuinely cares about every guest’s experience. Check.in was very smooth, she maintained contact with me on WhatsApp and made sure she was there when I got into the city at 3.30pm after travelling since 4am. Verona exceeded all of my expectations. The city is unforgettably beautiful and incredibly historic. We can’t wait to return and honestly wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Verona. This place is a gem!

The location is top notch, right in the center of Verona. It might seem a bit noisy, but after 10 pm almost quiet. It's very convenient to reach your stay in the midday if you wish. The room is big enough, decorated in rustic style which we did like. Room was perfectly clean. Monica was the best host we ever met, she even suggested us the restaurants, and those were truly excellent. Light breakfast with coffee is provided, but you eat it in your room, which didn't bother us at all. There are several rooms, in Anfiteatro, but we barely heard our neighbors. I can wholeheartedly recommend this B&B in Verona, couldn't ask for more. Thanks again, Monica!

Outstanding room & location, right in the heart of Verona but still very quiet at night. The perfect spot to explore the city. The room itself was very large and with a comfortable bed and power shower. The owner was also very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It didn't bother me as I always left early to find cafes to eat out, but it looked very basic.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Also, although the breakfast overall wasn't amazing (e.g. the bread wasn't great quality), the cakes and pastries were very good.

Very small location, which is nice, but it can be a little loud in the morning. Since the rooms all connect to the small hallway in which breakfast is served, the host and other guests were gathering there, chatting and preparing their breakfasts while we were still trying to sleep. So if you are an early riser this is no problem, but if you're a light sleeper and want to sleep in it's not great.

Fabulous location just off the main shopping area and the arena. The host is so lovely, really helpful with recommendations and a map of the area. The room was big clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty! We had a lovely stay!

Central location - Above Victorias Secret - the room is fabulous and spacious and the bed is so comfortable. great amenities in the bathroom and a tasty breakfast the next day - Monica the host is so friendly and welcoming

Great location - very close to all the place of interest Juliette’s House, Roman Amphitheatre, Castel San Pietro and shops! Spacious room. Nicely decorated. Confortable bed. Able to store luggage after checking out. Friendly host/manager.

There wasn’t any thing to not like.

Monica is a wonderful host, communicative and helpful. She gave us a quick guide to Verona, considering we were only able to stay one night. The room feels like a palace bedroom, very high ceiling. Small B&B in the family building. Location is very convenient in the old city, accessible by taxi to the door, and around the corner from the Verona Arena. A delicious continental breakfast is served.

What a fabulous place it is . Monica is the best host. Thank you so much. Next time I come to Verona for the opera I would not stay anywhere else
