The location was perfect only a 20 minute walk to the train station and the airport is a 30 minute taxi ride which cost us €40 to the apartment. We arrived early morning and had asked prior to arrival if they could store our suitcases until the apartment was ready for check in however on arrival we were allowed to check in early which was a lovely gesture and appreciated by warm and friendly staff. We were minutes away from the colosseum and other attractions. €25 euros gets you to Venice by train but pay for one way as you can return for €10. We really enjoyed our stay and fully recommend.

I personally do not drink tea and coffee which I must say there was a really good selection with a fancy coffee machine however for me hot chocolate sachets would have been a nice touch but must emphasise this is not a dislike just a personal preference as I couldn’t find a dislike to comment on..

A small cozy hotel in the very center of the old town. Any major attraction is 5-10 minutes walk away. From the train station - 8 minutes by bus and 3 minutes on foot. Dozens of restaurants and cafes around. Grocery store - 3 minutes. The main pedestrian streets with shops are nearby. There is an elevator, but very slow. Newly renovated. Very clean. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is large. The bed is excellent, the set of pillows is delightful. They provide water. The kitchen has everything you need. The staff is wonderful, professional, friendly and helpful - the restaurants they recommended were excellent.

Fantastic location, close to restaurants, cafes and points of interest. Spotlessly clean, with helpful and friendly staff who are willing to assist. They even let us use a room to keep our luggage in as we had a late flight back

Wouldn't say there's anything I didn't like, but the room would benefit from an extractor fan in the bathroom and maybe an iron and ironing board in each room. However, we were given a steamer for our clothes, which was helpful. Please note that you have to climb about 5 steps before you reach the lift, but it's a minor issue, unless you have a disability.

The staff is great. Very kind and attentive. We got a vase with real roses in our room, which was a wonderful surprise when we got back from a walk. The location is perfect, it can't be better. I liked the balcony, it's nice to have a coffee there despite the noise from all tourists and cars. Very well organized place, worth another visit. We didn't try the breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it, except that they bring it to the room (pastry, coffee, etc.).

It's difficult to find negative aspects. I missed having a comfy armchair (as we used the sofa in the living room as a bed). There was enough space in the bedroom for one such furniture.

The location is absolutely fantastic - a stone's throw away from all the top attractions in Verona. There is easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants, yet at the same time since the entrance of the hotel faces away from the main street, there is no issue with noise. The amenities in the hotel were also great and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Likewise, the staff were extremely friendly and considerate and helped us to facilitate storing our luggage past our checkout time and booking a taxi to the airport. Highly recommended - great value for money!

Fabulous appartment in the centre of Verona in a side street but far enough away to be quiet at night. Very near to the amphitheatre (5 mins) Very modern exceptionally clean with great pillows and a large comfortable bed. Everything provided from a small pack of washing up sponge/liquid to shower gels etc. we had a problem with our air conditioning which was quickly sorted by reception. The walk to the station is around 25 mins and very easy. We did it at 7am in the morning but Ubers are available in Italy.

Only air conditioning which was sorted quickly. This needs to be available to guests on hot or cold mode 12 months of the year

This was my 4th stay at Opera Relais De Charme and that’s more worth than any words - everything just right. The staff are amazing, very helpful. My highest compliments to Valentina, who as always was kind, smiling, and responding to our questions and requests, making us feeling very welcome. Bianca and Elena were also lovely and quick to respond to any questions. Location is great, the facilities very good, the size of the room also superb.

Everything was perfect

Incredible location in the heart of the historic centre - but somehow peaceful and quiet - can’t beat it! Room was spacious with en-suite shower room, modern, pretty basic furniture, kitchenette, fridge, etc. and also had a lovely balcony. Air conditioning was wonderful! Communication was great throughout the booking process and the staff on site were always polite and helpful. Easy place to stay whilst doing a few days sightseeing, which there is plenty to do in beautiful Verona! Would recommend.

Bathroom was quite basic and shower screen was flimsy and broken, although the water pressure was fabulous! Bedside tables were tiny in our room. Room was literally next to reception desk, which was slightly disconcerting, but sound proofing was great, so no big concerns.

Immaculate room. Wonderful staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Shower was amazing and beds very comfortable. Right in the centre, but rooms were quiet. Easy access to buses, 4 mins walk from location. 5 minutes ride to train station or you can walk in 24 minutes. There’s a bus at the train station, 199, that takes you to the airport, approximately 20 mins journey. Be aware it comes every 20 mins. We visited Venice and Lake Garda by train. The whole of Verona is stunning and made more amazing by this gorgeous location.

Great apartments! Large, bright, cozy, it even smelled clean and fresh! All attractions are nearby, shops and restaurants too. At first we had some difficulties finding the hotel, because Google Maps led us to a nearby street, so we had to run around and look for the entrance. The apartments has everything you need for a stay. One advice for the hotel is to sharp the knives, they are dull and it was difficult to cut loaf of bread. P.S. for the ladies who plan to stay there - the hair conditioner smells amazing!
