The location was perfect only a 20 minute walk to the train station and the airport is a 30 minute taxi ride which cost us €40 to the apartment. We arrived early morning and had asked prior to arrival if they could store our suitcases until the apartment was ready for check in however on arrival we were allowed to check in early which was a lovely gesture and appreciated by warm and friendly staff. We were minutes away from the colosseum and other attractions. €25 euros gets you to Venice by train but pay for one way as you can return for €10. We really enjoyed our stay and fully recommend.

I personally do not drink tea and coffee which I must say there was a really good selection with a fancy coffee machine however for me hot chocolate sachets would have been a nice touch but must emphasise this is not a dislike just a personal preference as I couldn’t find a dislike to comment on..

Excellent apartment hotel. We were upgraded from studio to one bedroom apartment, which was more spacious, but still had a balcony overlooking street. Bed very comfortable and air conditioning excellent. shower was fantastic and lots of quality complimentary shower gel etc. Kitchen facilities were great and allowed us to make a decent breakfast every morning and drinks/snacks if required throughout the day. Plenty room in fridge for beer/wine/food. Staff at front desk were really nice and very helpful. Cleaning staff were brilliant, keeping the room spotless and replacing towels every day. Apartments in ideal location, as all tourist sites no further that 15 minutes away. Lots of great restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes walk away. Osteria La Mandorla is a great wee wine bar only 3 minutes away. It does wine, beer, spritzes and polpette snacks. If you're in a hurry Corte Farina restaurant is a minute away round the corner. The staff are brilliant and the food is really good. Particularly the Pizzas. Sam Matteo church restaurant another minute away is excellent too.

Not so much "didn't like", but could be better. Lift could do with upgrading. Some knives for spreading butter, as opposed to sharp knives would be good in the kitchen. However, both very minor things and didn't detract from our overall excellent experience.

A small cozy hotel in the very center of the old town. Any major attraction is 5-10 minutes walk away. From the train station - 8 minutes by bus and 3 minutes on foot. Dozens of restaurants and cafes around. Grocery store - 3 minutes. The main pedestrian streets with shops are nearby. There is an elevator, but very slow. Newly renovated. Very clean. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is large. The bed is excellent, the set of pillows is delightful. They provide water. The kitchen has everything you need. The staff is wonderful, professional, friendly and helpful - the restaurants they recommended were excellent.

Its location is second to none. So close to the arena as well as bus links to train station. Lots of places to eat nearby and gelateria! Lovely big rooms and it is kept so clean too. Good facilities in the rooms with bottled water being supplied every day. Staff unbelievably helpful from arranging transport from the nearby airport to sorting luggage too. This was our second time staying here and we will be back. Lots of possible day trips from Verona including Bologna, Venice and Garda. Wine tastings a must too!

Only thing to note is there is about 8 steps up to where the lift is if you have anyone with walking difficulties. Apart from that the place is perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in a 2 bedroom apartment. As a family of four with two very small children it was exactly what we needed, it had the concierge and cleaning facilities of a hotel but the space and convenience of an apartment. The rooms were a good size, tastefully decorated, had good storage, and kept nice and clean. Kitchenette had a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc so was really useful for breakfasts and dinners in when needed (fridge was a good size too). The staff were very helpful and obliging, giving us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and bakeries nearby to buy breakfast food. Our flight landed in the morning and they were able to have our apartment ready for an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated and a real life saver with two extremely tired little ones. We were also able to leave our luggage after check out and they helpfully printed our paperwork for the next leg of our trip. The location is excellent, very central and surrounded by fashionable shopping streets and we were able to reach all the sights in the old town on foot. The nearest decent sized supermarket was about 10mins walk away but some smaller ones nearby, and lots of cafes and restaurants around. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend for anyone travelling as a family.

Only a minor thing, and very toddler specific, but we noticed that the windows seemed very easy to climb out of so would definitely keep them closed if you have little ones running around (which is fine as the AC is very good). Similarly, the only latch on the internal door was below the door handle and very easy for little hands to reach. I was a bit worried my escapologist 2 year old would break out of the apartment in the night and would have preferred to have some kind of chain or latch higher up on the door so out of reach.

The location was perfect for enjoying everything the original town had to offer. It was very close to shops, cafes, historical areas of interest and the arena. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well presented. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

A bigger lift that took more people and luggage but it wasn’t a problem for us. It could be for other families with elderly folk or young children who use pushchairs or wheel chairs as you would have to make several trips to get people and luggage to your room. Despite that it wouldn’t put me off. It is just a minor point that doesn’t affect the overall very positive experience of the hotel

We returned to this wonderful hotel after a previous stay, and once again it was absolutely perfect. It’s rare to find a place that consistently exceeds expectations, but this hotel truly does. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, well-organized, and exceptionally comfortable. I want to extend special thanks to Ms. Valentina for her outstanding and genuinely kind service. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless. Her warmth, attention to detail, and helpfulness truly made us feel at home, and it’s a big part of why we chose to come back. Every aspect of our experience—from the beautiful, well-maintained rooms to the excellent amenities and friendly staff—was just as wonderful as we remembered. Returning felt like visiting old friends in a place you know you can truly relax. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-quality hospitality and service. The hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, you can reach all the main attractions with a short walk, there are a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes close by. The staff was very friendly and there is an elevator, which helps a lot of with the luggage. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and the mini kitchen was very handy. The bathroom was also very spacious in general, with a good shower - a bit small, but following the Italian standard.

Because it is so central, it can be very noisy on the streets and unfortunately it’s possible to hear everything from the room. There was a little bit of noise from the front desk and the other rooms as well, so not ideal for light sleepers.

The location is really good but if you come by car like we did it is easy to miss the first time. We had no problems finding a parking spot in one of the public parking spaces. Verona is an adorable town with a ton of cozy restaurants with amazing restaurants. The place was spot clean and the beds are amazingly good. Staff is wonderful and went their way to wash and iron some of our clothes within a day.

I'd say that my two room apartment has a spacy bedroom and living room but the second bedroom and bathroom are on the small side. A spacious living room does very little for the apartment - it isn't cozy enough to want to spend time there. The space could have been better allocated to the second bedroom and bathroom. Which bring me to my biggest gripe, the bathroom. There is no lock on the door. Even more inconveniently, there is no room to put your bag with toiletries let alone two bags (if you come as a couple). Toiletries are provides but we all use our own (electric) toothbrush, right?

Fantastic location, close to restaurants, cafes and points of interest. Spotlessly clean, with helpful and friendly staff who are willing to assist. They even let us use a room to keep our luggage in as we had a late flight back

Wouldn't say there's anything I didn't like, but the room would benefit from an extractor fan in the bathroom and maybe an iron and ironing board in each room. However, we were given a steamer for our clothes, which was helpful. Please note that you have to climb about 5 steps before you reach the lift, but it's a minor issue, unless you have a disability.
