Location was amazing! You'll be literally staying in the city center. Our room was so cute. It wasn't big but it had everything we needed. Old Italian windows, high ceiling which we both adore and a small clean bathroom!!! Our window looked directly on the street which was a big plus. The bed was really comfortable.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was communication. When I say that, I mean that we had a small key situation. There was a girl who gave us our key card when we checked in but when we said that we can't enter our room with that, she didn't believe us and refused to come up stairs and help us out. So we had to go downstairs twice to ask her to please come upstairs and help us out. It turned out that our card actually didn't work, so we waited for another one. I can't blame her, she was really nice and apologized in the end so maybe she just thought that we could figure it out by ourselves.

Amazing location - Extremely close to the arena and shopping area with almost everything being under 15 minutes on foot making it very easy to get around. The train/bus station is a reasonable 30 minute walk which made visiting nearby cities easy and affordable. The property has a lift which was welcomed after a tiring day walking around. Everything was nice and clean we didn’t find any mess or dust during our stay. The two beds were nice and comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice and easy to use. Self checkin and checkout worked when we got the property (even if the pre check in did not show on the machine).

Lacked - Table and Chairs ,Shelf in shower for toiletries and a Fridge. There were exposed screws on the wardrobe and broken sockets by upstairs bed. Online pre-check in did not work (this meant we had to reenter details when we arrived) Was sent a lot of irrelevant information about their other apartments which made instructions confusing. The owner sent a message what came off as a rude message when we asked for clarification on where the room was.

All time check-in! Saw somewhere it said you had to pay for a late check in, but I think that's just very old information that hasn't been deleted from Booking. There is no fee and check-in is super easy. Location is perfect, felt very safe as a woman alone. The lockers in the building are such an excellent service! You get in the building with a code, and you can just use a locker (various sizes) for when you have to stow your bags. I LOVED that free service, really sets the location apart.

Nothing, really. Very complete room. Good shower, enough space for clothes and stuff. Great! Would come again.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Room Verona Ai Conti. The communication beforehand was a little bit confusing regarding the check in, but it worked out fine after arriving at the place. Our room offered enough space for two people and had a nice window and an in-room bathroom. Some of the utilities weren’t in the best conditions (chipped floor in the shower and the toilet seat was a bit loose) but everything was clean and we were really happy during our three night stay. Since the rooms are located in a small street there wasn’t much noise and we also didn’t hear the other people staying at Ai Conti. The best aspect of the accommodation was definitely the location. Directly at the arena, the whole old town of Verona was easily reachable and it was really easy getting everywhere. The only downside, if you’re arriving by car, is that there aren’t any parking spaces nearby. For the price I really can recommend the accommodation and if I should revisit Verona I would book the room again.

Excellent location and the price paid was very fair for the location. If you aren't too high maintenance you should be fine - the room (and especially the bathroom) are looking very tired but they were clean and functional. Good wifi. I was perfectly happy to put up with the shortfalls for such a stellar location.

While these check in processes don't suit everyone they do well here with options for luggage storage. Self check in processes are becoming increasingly common. I would recommend they replace the sofa bed with a second full bed.

The place is in really amazing location. It was close to everything what we wanna see. also around 15 minutes walk to train station, where you could take for example train to Venice for one day trip, and of course bus for the airport. the room and bathroom clean Bed comfortable Check in easy

Other people have had problems with the self check in system, but we were able to use it without any problems whatsoever. The room is spacious and the location is basically perfect.

The front door light turns turn on automatically with sensors when you go the bathroom plus the door between the vestibule and the bedroom is also very squeeky so it's hard to go to the toilet in the night without waking up your partner.

Location was excellent, very easy to get to. Room was very clean and the shower was excellent.

The automatic/computer check in process was very time consuming for 12 guests. It would have been better if we could have checked every guest in earlier that day with passports and ID and just collected the key at 3pm. The line up behind us was pretty long too, so everyone was getting frustrated. Two keys for each room would have been handy too.

Situated in the city centre. Clean room. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Warm.

Check in was a little tricky but I think it was a one off rather than the typical process. It is automated and the wrong box opened meaning there was no key inside, but it was resolved within a minute and partly my fault because I don’t check my emails

Location was perfect. Checkin was ok if you follow the instructions. Room was good.value, clean and large enough. We didn't spend much time in the room, only to sleep, so overall it was great.

The room we had only had a small window which was high up, so you couldn't see out. The aircon/ heating remote was confusing, so the room wasn't very warm (December). We maybe should have asked for a blanket, but didn't get round to it. YES
