Booking and communication about the property was fantastic before we arrived. I was confident about accessing the B&B with clear photo instructions. The hot drinks facilities were appreciated on arrival after travelling! The room is romantic, but not over the top, and a little quirky - great for couples or friends. The kitchen area is well stocked, the shower is powerful and hot, everywhere is spotlessly clean and the bed is so comfortable!! The location is perfect. Quiet enough to sleep but close to good restaurants and bars and a good central location for exploring. A couple of standout points - the digital tourist map we received along with clear directions to the viewing point gave us a great head start on exploring, and breakfast is in a cafe across the road which is very popular with locals. Those two things enabled us to feel immersed in Verona from the moment we arrived and made our time there stress free.

Lovely room, very clean and comfortable with a good air-con unit. Great location for city. Host was very helpful and responsive over a WhatsApp chat. Liked the breakfast being at local cafe’s (but see below).

Easy check-in. Reponsive staff (we didn't meet them, but they communicated very well). Great location- easy walking distance to the Arena di Verona, Duomo, and other attractions. Quiet (our room was in the back of the building). Enjoyed the smart TV. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower. Enjoyed coupon for breakfast at the bakery next door. We had a great stay!

The room is well decorated and cozy. A bit small, but fine for a (some) night's sleep. The bathroom is is nice and clean. The location is pretty close to the old town's city center. Easy to reach the main sights by foot. The communication with the host Francesca was amazing. Everything was explained very well and detailed. So where the recommendations what to see in Verona.

Amazing location and host who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was perfect for 2 adults and a 12 year old touring the sites of Italy. Literally minutes walk away from the Arena and Juliette’s balcony 🥰. Perfect breakfast across the road. My partner left his sunglasses and Francesca messaged me straight away and arranged for us to pick them up a couple of days later . 100% recommend this apartment.

A great stay in a fantastic apartment! The space was spotlessly clean and had all the modern conveniences you could wish for, for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect to see all the sites and the host could not have been more helpful. Her communication was fantastic and she made every effort both before, during and even after our trip. The introduction/instructions were very detailed and informative. The host was very friendly. The apartment was modern and clean. The location was excellent. The light breakfast at nearby cafes were nice, and there were plenty utensils for self-catering.

Be aware there is no lift - only stair access. The macerator in the bathroom is a little noisy when the shower is running.

First of all, I really liked how attentive the management is. Francesca was very helpful and communicative. Check-in and check-out were easy. I think the bed was quite comfortable, and the room was clean. I had 2 breakfast vouchers (for 2 nights) for the cafe right under the B&B and right across the street. Both had nice brioches and good cappuccino.

The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere, less than 2 blocks from the Verona Arena therefore close to the square and shopping, also a local supermarket 1 block away. Excellent communication via WhatsApp, they responded quickly. they gave us breakfast vouchers for 2 different coffee places right outside the door,Very convenient coffee, croissant, juice and some sweet pastries.

Amazing place - definitely staying here again on our next trip to Verona! Very stylish and modern, it is done exceptionally well! Super clean, nice design, and despite the small size has all the amenities one needs (we were especially happy about a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room!). Very central, yet quiet. A public underground parking is within a 5-min walk across the bridge. Francesca was a wonderful host - sent us all check-in details in advance, and was very responsive to the questions we had.
