Great Location! Rooms are very pretty, large and have everything you need. Lots of Storage space aswell.. there were more than enough towels provided. Everything feels very safe and well organized. Breakfast did its job and tasted very well... room service in general was very professional. Staff was very kind aswell, the Junior Suite is very structured and i really liked the interior. Bed and Couch are VERY comfortable :) Would definetly return.

The Junior Suite is missing one shower door - water splashes out of the Shower and gets all over the floors... really annoying. Minibar couldve also been a bit colder. Some Corners in the Bathroom could use a bit more cleaning. The Price i had paid (around 350€) for 2 nights in the junior suite was a real bargain! If i wouldve paid the more common price of around 700€ for 2 nights, i dont think i wouldve gotten this Suite.

Before arriving the staff organised a gift for our anniversary and also a great value luxury transfer. Rooms were immaculate with very comfy beds. Loved the breakfast in room, great quality and the staff were happy to help even when we forgot to order! Loved the location, right next to the arena and all the nightlife which helped in the heat of the day for the occasional refresh.

Location is amazing, right in the centre which does mean a midday siesta is a bit difficult for a light sleeper. Expected given the location.

The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the center of Verona, within walking distance to all cultural points and on the next street to the shopping area of the city. And there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Also hotel provided a list of recommended restaurants and helped with the reservations. All three restaurants from the list, that we tried, were superb. The room itself was amazing - very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was big and comfy with clean and fresh linen. The breakfast was served in the room and was very rich.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, they gave me amazing food recommendations, and were very cool in general. The breakfast was incredible,was served to my room, at a time of my convenience. This was a great touch , which is only seldom offered at this price. The room was perfectly clean, the toilet was spotless clean , and sealed with a 'clean' sticker when I arrived. The beds were comfortable , the room was spacious, and the place was quiet at night. So yes, I would definitely come visit this place again.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were very accommodating when we arrived early and were able to offer us a temporary room for my two year old son to nap in while we waiting for our room to be finished. The location is amazing and couldn’t be better, we had a little balcony onto the street which was very picturesque.

Nothing, we loved it all and will be back if we stay in Verona again.

Location is perfect, few steps from arena, good for walking in the city centre. I travelled lightly with no suitcase nor car, so cannot comment on access with these. Premises very clean, new and nicely decorated. Coffeemaker, minibar aplenty. Staff very nice and helpful with what to see, etc. Appreciate these.

Just some noise from the common area, hall/stairs, and other apartments, the walls are thin.

Perfect location to visit the opera in the Arena. 50m walk there and back. Nice espresso maschine on the room. Room is spacious and bed comfortably. I can recommend.

Drop off of luggage in front of the door is possible but you are blocking the narrow road. They offer a temporary spot around the corner, which is absolutely OK and also help with the luggage. Still parking at the property is not possible.

We love staying at your hotel. The room was very spacious, beds very comfortable and we love our breakfast in the room in the morning. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but I would have love to stay longer. I will recommend your this place to my friends.

It's not your fault about the parking situation, this was our first time in Verona so we didn't know how the city was laid out so we thought we were going to have parking at the hotel, but the staff was very helpful and we did valet parking. They took our car and brought it to us right when we requested.

Very central location. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Lovely clean modern rooms.

Our room was above a main street and it was noisy with passersby most of the night. This is no fault of the hotel just something to be aware of if staying in a room over the main street. It didn't go quiet after the shops closed as it is a main route used all night.

The room is very spacious, recently renovated, with a comfortable bed and attention to detail. It is practically a small loft apartment (but without a kitchen). The location is perfect.

The price of parking is too high, €30 per day seems abusive to me. It is more than you can pay in Zurich, one of the 3 most expensive cities in the world.
