The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony was big and cosy, the bathroom was good size and practical, the bed was large and soft, there was also a mini bar with some good price liquids. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. They also park your car in and out of the garage for a price (29€), and help you to load and unload your luggage.

Amazing location next to the Arena! We stayed in the Giulietta room as a family of five and it exceeded our expectations. Two separate (high powered) air conditioners (it was in the 90s! in the two bedroom suite, big comfortable beds (and a comfy convertible couch for our younger child). Great storage and layout, modern bathroom. Charming decor nodding to the romantic tale. We basically had our own apartment with assistance refreshing the room daily. We could have opted in for the continental breakfast, but there were just so many places to grab food that we preferred exploring. One room had two European windows, the other has doors to a tiny balcony. The side street it is on is quiet and beautiful, right off the busy piazza one way and the main shopping street the other. There are two restaurants on the street that are lovely in the evening but never too noisy or disturbing. This was by far our favorite accommodation on our two week trip. We stayed five nights and it was a dream!

Staff were amazing! My room wasn’t ready on check in so they let me leave my bags and recommended somewhere for lunch and when I came back they had moved my bags into the room for me!

This smaller hotel in city center has many positives that we like very much. First, the desk staff was helpful, friendly, welcoming to all and all.other staff seemed to work well together and did their jobs well. The breakfast offered a wide variety of buffet choices. Plus, their self-help coffee machine was appreciated, so there was no waiting for a busy staff member to bring it as in many other hotels. Walk-in showers in rooms were especially good for us as we have some limited mobility. Closet space was good. Hotel location in city center made walking everywhere in the old town possible, even for us as an older couple. One of the two friends traveling with us wanted to workout, so he used and liked the gym facility as a replacement for his usual rather rigorous morning run (which wasn't really possible in city center).

If you are wanting a hotel with bar and restaurant to lounge around in, this one doesn't have that, but there are plenty of places to eat and drink just short walks away in almost any direction.

The most professional, efficient and kind staff I have ever met. This hotel is run very efficiently, it shows in the way everything runs so smoothly. Sweetest staff, excellent breakfast spread. They helped us find a better room despite asking last minute. Our room was in the residences and it was spacious and clean. Great mattress. They exceeded every expectation. Very central location of the hotel close to arena. Lively neighborhood.

Nothing at all, every hotel can learn from them how to be kind, clean, super efficient, professional.

The hotel is a few steps away from the Colosseum. All the attractions are within a walkable distance from the hotel . The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very clean, warm and the size of the room was ok for 2 people. The bed was very soft. The breakfast had a big variety of sweets, pastries, fruits, bread, cheese, meats and more... Also there was an automatic machine with a few choices for coffee and other hot beverages. In conclusion the hotel is amazing and a great value for money.

It's not a negative thing , but it would be nice if there was a pair of slippers for every guest, available in the room.

Large rooms, great breakfast, perfect location to walk around the city, friendly staff that take the time at checkin to tell you about the city and dinning options (even called to make a reservation for us), and they even parked our car for us and took care of the city emissions form. Hint: before booking, you may want to call the hotel to see if they have room upgrades not available online....

Elevator is a little small, but that is just nit picking for something bad to say about this great hotel.

The location is perfect. It was 100m to the entrance to our seats in the amphitheatre. Pizza bar next door was good and very handy. Breakfast selection was huge and good quality. The staff couldn’t be more helpful from the valet parking through to check out. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Verona.

Rooms are a little on the small side and have only a view of the courtyard but that’s not a problem if you’re not staying long and out late each night.

Large suite was very comfortable for family. Wifi was good. Location in Verona by arena was super convenient. Has small “minibar” fridge but we were able to add some things. Had espresso and tea maker in suite.

Staff sent us to a very fancy restaurant (with teens) the first night and they clearly didn’t want us there. Food was good but least interesting pasta we had the entire stay. No hot water the first morning but they quickly fixed it. Turning in the keys every time you go in/out was annoying.

Great location right beside the arena and in easy walking distance from the historical centre. Also in walking distance from the train station. A multitude of good restaurants nearby. Very clean and quiet room with a comfortable spacious bathroom. Great breakfast buffet. Above all exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff.

Only minor criticism: the whirlpool in the bathtub didn't work.
