The most gorgeous welcome from the staff, as well as “guard dog” Mia. We were here on a cold winter’s day, so the roof terrace wasn’t open but we had exclusive use of the hot tub up there as the sun set - just wonderful! Great spa experience as well. Breakfast is excellent, and the room was lovely and comfortable. Porters were on hand to help with luggage, and nothing was a problem at any point during the stay.

Check in advance re the roof terrace as it was closed during our stay due to low temperatures. Also be aware that not all rooms/apartments are on site, as we almost booked a lovely looking stay at their sister building 800m away.

Pleasant - well located, with the benefit of hindsight a better option than the main hotel which is closer to the Arena, but would have been more difficult with parking. The room was well presented.

We felt somewhat cheated by the sneaky advertising on Booking.Com in that we didn't get to see the fine print until after we booked - it wasn't clear that we were being allocated to a different venue/location. The price of EUR500 for the room was steep given we were at the 'second choice' venue.

Breakfast was outstanding and staff super friendly! Rooms small but all we needed. I love that they welcome dogs without a fee. Location was perfect.

The hot tub on the rooftop wasn't hot enough, not even hot actually.

Lovely staff, apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Access via booking to the hotel spa and jacuzzi. Access via the hotel reception staff to the rooftop bar which is lovely if not a little pricey

The apartments are a short walk from the hotel and the arena, not great if mobility is limited. The spa is overpriced at 20euros a head for 75min. Theres no shampoo etc supplied at the spa and it’s really just a small sauna, a Turkish sauna (that smells damp) and the jacuzzi out on the rooftop. It was nice enough but I wouldn’t pay 20euro each for that again if only getting 75min there. It is nice to get it to yourself though

The location is unbeatable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Robe and slippers were provided even in the standard room. The valet parking was efficient.

I understand the need to cram as many rooms into a hotel floor as possible, in order to maximise the investment. But they have overdone it. The standard room was way too small. Perhaps it would be OK for one person, but my wife and I got tired of literally bumping into each other at the slightes movement. The only place I have seen hotel rooms this small was in Japan.

It was located very close to the arena and is walking distance from the attractions such as Juliet’s house and 15 mins walk from Ponte Pietra. There are lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the service was impeccable. I was allowed to check in early and I was given a lovely, fresh cappuccino while I waited for the key. Although my room was small, as it was a single room, it was modern and clean and had wireless charging for my phone too. I also had a partial view of the arena. That was a bonus as I just booked a normal city view room. The best feature of the hotel by far is the stunning rooftop bar . This has unparalleled views of the arena and is popular with guests and members of the public. I would definitely return. The staff were so kind they even gave me complimentary bottled water to have in my taxi when I was leaving.

I loved everything

The location was perfect. We stayed in the city for two nights to go to the opera at Verona Arena, the hotel couldn’t have been any closer! Our young adult kids didn’t attend but took some amazing pictures from the rooftop bar… that’s how close it is!! Great location for seeing all the sights in Verona. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Great breakfast, lovely setting in the outdoor area with a beautiful olive tree in central display. We were travelling around Italy with family in a large nine seater people carrier. I’d booked parking there then panicked about the size of the vehicle, especially after reading previous reviews regarding how tight it was for space. I didn’t need to worry… we were given detailed instructions how to get to them, ( not the route the sat nav had given us) it was narrow but we soon realised this is something the Italians take in their stride! As soon as we pulled up outside they were out of reception… “do not worry anymore, we’ll take it from here!”..Cases removed and the SUV taken into the underground car park for us and it was tight but he made it look so easy!!. We met friends for the opera and I managed to book two great restaurant minutes from the hotel and arena, perfect.

The rooms were slighter smaller but given that you’re in the centre of a city, spending most of our time out and about that didn’t bother us. Great showers and really comfy beds.

I have stayed with my wife and son in an apartment in a separate building (it is called "Aparthotel Verona House", address is Stradone Antonio Provolo 3 Verona). Although the concept is a little annoying scheduling an hotel room and then you are told that you are in a separate building, but once you are there - the actual place is really excellent. You can check-in right there, the rooms are a lot more spacious since they are a little off center and clean. The breakfast is excellent and it is in the actual aparthotel. Location is also very good - a 5 walk from the arena. Overall - highly recommended!

They did not mention we could check-in in the aparthotel and that the breakfast is in the aparthotel. This was not clear beforehand. We checked in at Milano-SPA and then had to walk over to the aparthotel (they took care of our luggage and gave us cold water to the 600 meter walk)

This hotel was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and ideal. The rooftop view and restaurant was incredible to eat dinner at and enjoy a glass of wine. The morning breakfast was delicious with so many options. The family was very happy with breakfast. What stood out for me at this hotel was the lovely staff members. Everyone was so delightful and accommodating. We really felt taken care of on a personal level. They quickly responded to all of our needs. I was even communicating with them during the day via booking messaging for needs and requests. They responded within a few hours. Really wonderful hotel. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again!

Fantastic location to Arena Di Verona. Wonderful team in reception, breakfast & rooftop bar. They couldn’t have been any more helpful or attentive. Superb customer service! Early check in & 12:00 checkout was really appreciated. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Amazing rooftop bar with stunning views of the arena. Absolutely stunning bedroom (we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a rooftop pool room). It made our wedding anniversary so special. We cannot thank Team Hotel Milano & Spa enough for making our stay so memorable! Highly recommend this hotel & their superb team!
