The location was brilliant, right near the arena and close to all facilities needed. The staff were very friendly and informative giving us a map and lots of information about the city. Room was clean if a little small but this didn’t bother us. Despite being small it was very well stocked with facilities such as hairdryer, fridge etc.

Room was very very hot despite having the air conditioning on full from the moment we got there. Room was in an attic so this contributed to the heat. There was nowhere to store luggage before or after check in and check out. This meant we had to carry luggage around, an alternative luggage storage was suggested to us but didn’t belong to the property so just something to be aware of.

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely B&B. Rooms were spatious and supeclean, bed was comfortable. Room airconditioning and wifi were working perfectly. A small boiler and a mini fridge were available, together with coffee and tea bags. Each room has a different character and is named after an Italian opera! I stayed in room number 8, "Tourandot" and I loved it. Bear in mind that the elevator is small and slow (it is an hydraulic one), but this was the only way this old building could have an elevator. I personally enjoyed the procedure. Special thanks to the Italian young man that welcomed us when we checked in (unfortunately we do not remember his name). He was so kind to wait for us for a late check-in outside his working hours and to give us every detail about the property and about what to do and where to eat in Verona. Also, location is PERFECT in every way, in the middle of the old city and 50 metres from Arena di Verona. I will definitely book here in case I will visit Verona again 😊😎💖

Check-in hours are very limited (2-6pm), but you can contact the property beforehand and see what it can be done. Also, breakfast starts at 8.30am, this made it impossible for me as I was there for a conference starting at 8:45 every morning. But some things can be arranged, like sandwiches to pickup. Overall, just minor discomforts for us and not deal-breakers, as staff is always willing to go the extra mile for you.

I loved my stay in the cosy attic room. The location of this B&B couldn’t have been better with really sassy walking access to the whole city. Communication with the accommodation was easy. On check in we were given a tour and introduction with an extremely friendly host who was really helpful and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat in the city. The room was perfectly clean, a comfortable temperature and had a stunning view over the rooftops. Small fridge in the room with drinks for a small extra cost. Plenty of space for storing baggage during the stay and we were guided to a luggage storage facility after we checked out.

No complaints!

apartment was on a 3rd floor. Spacious planning, however bathroom quite outdated and small shower.

Air conditioner in the apartment was so loud that we could barely use it. Service was a bit rude. We were told check in was between 14:00 - 18:00, you could not come earlier. If you came later, you would have to pay a penalty since STAFF is NOT there anymore. Generally I thought staff cared more about their work hours rather than trying to accommodate the guests. I would not stay there again.

Excellent location. The room was clean and warm - that is not always the case in Italy in October. The breakfast was simple but still just what we needed. Very friendly service. Fridge in the room which is always nice.

As we arrived quite early and the check-in opened only after 14:00 it was a bit irritating to spend 4 hours in rainy Verona and first drag luggage to storage few hundreds meters away. But they had informed about this - so not that big deal. Our room (#6) didn’t really have wifi. The router is probably somewhere in the upper floor and it just doesn’t give any signal in the room unless you went close to the room door. Luckily this is not an issue as 5G connection worked well so own hotspot did the trick. The TV didn’t get antenna signal not that I would have been watching Italian TV. Friday night, until 01:00 Saturday, quite a lot of noise came from a nearby bar - but that’s not hotel’s fault AND we stayed in utmost downtown so we coped with that. Other nights no noise.

This bed and breakfast place is absolutely clean, comfortable, and centrally located! The staff are extremely kind and helpful who provide guests with a lot of recommendations about the city. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are very good. The breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend this place for a stay in Verona!

Everything was great. One thing to bear in mind: you cannot leave your luggage at this place after you check out as they have no all-day reception. However, there are luggage storages close to the place (we used the one in Via Stella), where you can leave your stuff for a good price if you want to do some sightseeing after you check out.

I loved to breakfast in the "secret garden" also the happy hour offer was a lovely bonus. Would be nice to have a small dinner / salad possibility in the hotel but there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The location is perfect. It is central but also nice and quiet. It is also close to la Scala and it was safe to walk back from the theatre back to the hotel. I also loved the artwork of the permanent exhibition of Romano Rui.

Everything was brilliant, fantastic location, room was spacious and clean. The owners greeted us on arrival and were very helpful with giving locations of things.

There were only a few minor qualms which were outside of the owners control but worth noting: 1. The guest/ tenant in the room above was very heavy footed, well into the early hours of the morning, which was a bit annoying. 2. The guests in the room opposite us had been smoking which came through into our room, as non smokers, and given the current heat in Verona, this was not pleasant. Luckily, they left the next day so the smell went away.

The location is unbearable, right in the central part of Verona: drop the car and you can walk everywhere! The room was huge (unlike many regular hotel rooms) and very clean. Price was reasonable for the money. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Minor thing: I always appreciate some complementary water in the place and there was none. (You can safely drink tap water though…so, no big deal). We did not try the breakfast, which admittedly was not going to be freshly prepared so we opted for croissant and cappuccino in a nearby coffee shop.

Lovely b&b. Wonderfully situated as we went to the Opera festival. Stayed in Nabucco, but the A/C wasn't working. Next day we moved to Traviata. Lovely room. Very pleased with the facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Maria at breakfast was lovely to chat to. The manager was also very good. (Sorry, I can't remember her name) Continental breakfast was tasty. We hope to go again next year. We know we're we will be staying.
