I had an incredible stay at Oriana, and it was truly one of the best parts of my holiday! Everything was on point – the place felt like home with its warm, inviting vibe. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly and attentive, making every moment special. The central location was perfect, putting everything I wanted to explore within easy reach. The place was super clean, and I loved the extra touch of styling my hair with the Dyson – such a fun luxury! I’d definitely recommend Oriana to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

The room was simply stunning: a minimalist design with perfect illumination that created such a relaxing atmosphere. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was a dream—equipped with everything you could possibly need. It felt like a perfect blend of luxury and practicality. Nothing. Everything was spot-on!

We were two couples staying in two apartments for 5 nights. From the moment we booked with the Oriana Homel the communication with staff was excellent and when we arrived at the apartment we were met with a warm welcome and this continued throughout our stay. It was explained to us that as it was an apartment and not a hotel, it was not serviced daily but if there was anything we needed such as clean towels or extra coffee etc we just had to let reception know and they replenished immediately. They were very helpful explaining bus time tables etc as we visited other towns during our stay. The apartment was spacious and was immaculately clean with a huge bed and comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom had two sinks and a bidet as well as a powerful shower and complimentary toiletries. It also had a Dyson hair dryer which was a great addition. The apartment had a small kitchen equipped with everything you needed to cook your own meal as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The best thing about the apartment though was it’s location. It was on a quiet street yet a stones throw away from the beautiful amphitheater and fabulous restaurants. You couldn’t ask for a better location. We had been there two days before trying a little trattoria literally across the street. Would highly recommend you trying this too as a glass of Aperol was only €4 compared to €10 euro in the main square which was only 200 yards round the corner. It’s also a great place to say if you are attending the opera which we did. Can highly recommend a stay here and will certainly go back again.

The only negative for some people may be the church bells as they ring every morning and they also empty the bottle bins in the street early mornings too. This didn’t effect us as we are early risers and hearing the church bells were part of the charm of the city. Nothing not to like about the property itself though.

The hotel is fantastic, the appartment rooms are stunning and very modern with alot of space and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has everything if you do want to use it and also a coffee machine. You could link your phone to the speaker and play your music in every room. The bathroom was lovely and as a female a huge bonus was that the hairdryer they have for you to use is a dyson hairdryer (bonus points for this) The girls at reception were very friendly, welcoming and super helpful. I could not fault our stay here. If you are unsure wether to stay here on not BOOK IT, you will not be dissapointed! oh and the location is brilliant you are two seconds away from the amphitheatre and close to eveything else lots of places around to eat out as well. We loved our stay here and if we are so lucky to come back to Verona, we would 100% stay here again.

nothing we loved it all, I would say just for other travellers staying there. The entrace to the hotel is slightly hidden in an archway that has two shops on either side so you may walk past it like we did :)

Everything was fantastic. On arrival a very friendly greeting at reception by a young lady who welcomed us to Verona and gave all the information we needed, in perfect English. We were given a upgrade too. The apartment was fantastic. perfectly sized with air conditioning so cool enough to sleep durning the night. The bed was extra large and comfy. Plently of fresh towels in both bathrooms which were spotless. On day of departure we were able to leave our bags until our flight and once again the young lady couldn't be more helpful and arranged a taxi. We didn't use the TV as we were too busy out exploring. The smallish kitchen was ample for our needs.

We were startled awake around 6:30 - 7am both mornings by the bin personnel collecting rubbish from oustide the apartments. Nothing the apartment can do as I doubt they can fit sound damping windows due to the building. Beyond that everything was perfect.

Loved this place and wish we stayed one more night. Rooms were VERY spacious and we had room to sprawl our suitcases around and still have plenty of room to walk around. They had a dyson hair dryer so that was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable. Great location along a street with shops and restaurants

We were a bit confused about how to actually get into the hotel because the door blended in with the rest of the wall, with no windows. Just a sign for the hotel and an intercom button. Once we figured it out it was great!

The staff are great; knowledgeable, friendly, and provide great recommendations for food/drink. The location is fantastic. It's about a 2-minute walk to the Arena. Even though it's located on a busy street, you can't hear the noise from your room. This was my second time staying here, and I will definitely be back.

The Wifi isn't very strong or fast.

Loved everything!! Jumped on the bus outside the train station and if left me just the other side of the piazza a few minutes walk … Everything was perfect… luxurious, spotlessly clean and no detail was missed . The location was also perfect right by the arena in a quiet little lane close to all the restaurants . Felt very safe as a solo woman traveller . Definitely recommend!
