Our stay at Residenza Borsari was wonderful. Our host - Michela, could not have been more welcoming. We were late to check in but her communication was brilliant and directions to get in perfect. She was there at breakfast to greet us and was so personable and chatty that she was a great bonus to our city break. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city centre, close to all attractions and restaurants. However as the accommodation is so quiet you would not know that you are right in the middle of the city.

The room was beautiful. We had a room on the first floor that was decorated new within the last year. It was big and had a beautiful bathroom and balcony. The breakfast was wonderful. We were offered scrambled eggs in addition to the continental buffet. We were able to get into our room early and leave our luggage the next day until our late train. Our host was wonderful and offered a coffee before heading to the train station. I would definitely return for a future stay in Verona! What a beautiful city!

Nothing - it was the perfect stay!

Residenza Borsari is in a lovely, well-located building, and the bedroom we had and all the common areas are very elegantly furnished. It is a bit like staying in the home of a wealthy relative. Our room was large, with a sitting area and a balcony overlooking Corso Borsari. It was very comfortable and quiet. Michela was a charming and very helpful host. She provided honest advice and excellent (and not typical) suggestions for how to spend our limited time in Verona.

Nothing. Both the accommodation and the host were exceptional. We would love to return to Verona and Residenza Borsari!

Ideally located, beautiful, spacious and comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. If arriving by car, you can drive into the pedestrian zone to unload your vehicle. They will turn your license tag into the police to avoid tickets. Once unloaded, park at Arsenale Parking and take a short walk (about 5 minutes) back to the hotel.

Residenza Borsari Unrivaled location in the heart of the old town, this quirky accommodation has a style all its own. The rooms have everything you need - comfortable bed, good shower and wine glasses for that must-have drink on the balcony overlooking bustling Corsa Porta Bosari. Nice touch is the book of dining and sightseeing suggestions in the room by host Michela.

Just fantastic! What an incredible location. Walking distance to all historical sites, restaurants, shops and cafes! Very quaint entering through large wooden doors. Beautiful rooms, luxurious lounge and wonderful breakfast dining room. We had a lovely warm welcome and felt right at home immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay, a really special birthday treat!

Residenza Borsari was an exceptional property and unique in its personal attention to detail made special by the hostess Michaela. The comfort, cleanliness and architecture, along with outstanding furnishings made this a wonderful stay. The breakfast, beds, fluffy white towels, beautiful marble bathroom, ambiance and locality were perfect, thank you.

Everything was perfect!

Gorgeous bedroom and bathroom, with plants everywhere. Loved the way the bathroom mirror doubled as a to screen! The proprietor was so kind and flexible, coming specially to enable us to leave our luggage early, and letting us leave it at the property all day on the day we left. She went out of her way to help us!

Host was very nice and helpful. On our day of departure our flight was at 10.30 pm and host allowed us to use room all day even the bathroom in late afternoon after the room had been cleaned already. This was for no extra charge.

We have just had a wonderful 4 nights at the Residenza Borsari. Such a beautiful little boutique hotel. Perfect location. Lovely old building. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Lovely bathroom, with marble walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. Delightful little balcony. A massive thank you to Michaela, she was there to help us with everything. We will definitely be back & will recommend this hotel. Thank you Michaela.
