Really lovely room, and amazing location near to Juliet’s balcony. Spotlessly clean, with comfortable bed. There was a cute little dining area by the window. The host was really helpful during check-in and recommended lots of places to go. Please note you use a code here to come and go and communicate with the host after check-in via WhatsApp.

We loved it! The only thing I would suggest is getting a new, wider shower head as we couldn’t get it to direct properly in the shower.

Loved how quiet the neighborhood was. This large room is located on a side street off a main thoroughfare and is tucked away in a courtyard, so none of the street noise gets to the room. There are two restaurants very nearby, but they close early and make only a soft din. Loved the location in the heart of old town. The room was spacious.

Our “Giulietta” room shared a wall with the Romeo” room. Sadly, the wall between the rooms is paper thin. So when the couple next door get all romantic, it’s audible, as are their more prosaic conversations.

Rooms were super comfortable, great central location without being loud, the staff were really helpful and accommodating - giving us recommendations on what to do and where to go for food, and providing storage for our bag when we needed it. We were even given some history of the building itself which we loved!

Only issue was with the shower head, it was a bit weak and hard to use as it sprayed everywhere. Not so much of an issue as we were only 1 night but might have struggled washing long hair if we were there for longer

Two beautiful apartments in the heart of Verona, but still perfectly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, with a fabulous restaurant just yards away. The staff were incredible, from arranging airport transfers through to storing our luggage on the last day to enable us to shop one last time. Verona is lovely and a wonderful city to explore on foot, the Basilica di San Zeno Maggiore is a must see. thank you for a wonderful stay, we shall return.

We loved staying here. It was one of the most central options. We could’ve possibly chosen while still being able to call a taxi to come pick us up. Should we want to get outside of the city. The host was absolutely fabulous and she walked us through what was around our area and gave us a map with recommendations. She even helped us make food reservations, we stayed in the Romeo room and should we ever come back to Verona- It will be the only place we stay.

The character of the residence being as historical building with its beautiful preserved ceiling . Beautiful touch to the room and to the entire experience. Michaela welcomed us so warmly, navigated our very challenging parking with our SUV, provided suggestions to attractions and even helped us make reservations to some very nice restaurants. Excellent service! Thank you Michaela! We stayed at the Juliet Room and it was a very spacious room that came with a comfortable bed and amenities (coffee machine, refrigerator, wine glasses, complementary snacks, etc). Excellent location close to the shopping district, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic and the host’s recommendations were very welcome. The cushions to use at the Arena performance were bum savers! 😄

Some fresh milk in the welcome pack would have made our day. ☺️

Exceptional service, perfect location and impressive facilities. The best accommodations during our Italy trip. I'm coming back in the future. The bed was very comfortable, which was not the case for other places where we stayed.

Paper thin walls, two nights disturbed sleep, lack of water flow when adjacent suite using water. Steep stairs to access.

Great location. Very well appointed and comfortable. Charming historic details. Very attentive service either superb communication. Our third time staying here and definitely will return on any future trips to Verona.
