The location was the primary reason for booking this accommodation. Everything in Verona is walkable this apartment is central to everything. Light breakfast available, coffee maker even a lovely bottle of prosecco. Shower/bathroom was very modern, plenty of hot water. Apartment was serviced every day and food replenished. of course once the gates close at 7pm the courtyard is yours to enjoy.

Whilst location was our primary reason for booking of course it is very busy around this courtyard and surrounding area. Hence the noise levels from 9am until 7pm are considerable even with windows closed. Therefore it is not a place to relax but we did stay 6 nights which I assume is not the norm. We knew there were no cooking facilites but that would have made this booking perfect for us. I think a table and chairs in the courtyard so you could sit out in the evening would be the perfect touch.

We spent just one night in this suite, and it was truly unforgettable. The location couldn’t be more perfect—right in the heart of Verona, with the magical touch of having the Giulietta balcony visible from the room. The window looks out over the courtyard. The suite itself is beautiful—completely renovated, stylish, and so comfortable. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both modern and welcoming. What made our stay even more special was Michela. She’s a fantastic host—warm, kind, and full of great recommendations. Thanks to her tips, we had an incredible dinner and discovered some fantastic local wines.

Very central, clean spacious and all the little things were thought of. Lovely touches with the fridge full of lovely treats as well as the basics, kitchen fully supplied with crockery,toaster and kettle as well as a coffee machine, and enough for a good breakfast if you needed one.

When the gates were closed and the place was quiet then it was lovely, although at night people wanting to be let in got a bit much. In the day coming back into the apartment with the queue of people waiting to enter the site to see the balcony got a bit much each time. No separate entrance to the apartments from the street.

The room was very cute. Felt like you stepped back in time. The windows faced the courtyard to the Juliette Balcony. Every night when they shut down the courtyard we would get our own private viewing. Our host was great, answered all of our questions promptly. She also reserved us a cab upon leaving.

Unfortunately there was construction going on in the courtyard during our stay. It was very loud at 7am. Hopefully they finish it very soon. Such a bummer for the owner of the apartment.

Everything! Location, room size, cleanliness, decor, comfort, amenities….. and the owners thought of everything down to the specific details of the breakfast requirements and tea & coffee. We were met by the owners as the concierge was unavailable. They are absolutely amazing and helpful people. They even walked us to the taxi stand with our heavy luggage and called one for us. Staying there was the cherry on top of a wonderful Verona experience!

The location is in the gated courtyard of the Romeo and Juliet balcony and feels very special with your own key for the gate. The size of the room and bathroom were above average and cleaned each day. Good breakfast options , toiletries and everything you need for a stay. Special thanks to Michaela who greeted us and provided great advice on restaurants and places to visit. A special place.

Absolutely everything! From start to finish the property is unbelievable! The mix of old & new features really work together .. location is amazing not only do you over look the courtyard but it’s so central to everything. The owners are such a warm friendly family. Gave us WhatsApp updates & recommended restaurants & even went the extra mile booking them for us. To walking us to our taxi & waiting with us .. honestly you really couldn’t ask for anymore. A fabulous experience.. fabulous facilities So romantic & you have the courtyard of an evening to yourself!

Beautiful room in a special location. Being able to wander around the courtyard after hours was incredibly special. Easy to find as the courtyard is very well signposted, we parked just outside Verona centre and walked over - took less than 15 minutes. Special mention to host Michela who was beyond helpful - reccomending the best places to eat and what we should go and see. She even brought us a delicious cake!

The Lavinia apartment exceeded my expectations. You can see Juliette and her balcony from your window all night. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the linens were luxurious and felt amazing to sleep in. The cleanliness was top tier with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was continental type and great, fridge was filled daily with water, juice and milk as needed.

I liked everything.

The location is excellent. Close to all key attractions, and of course, Juliet's House (Casa di Giulietta). The room is a combination of modern chic and classic Itailan. Breakfast has variety and is more than sufficient. Michela, the host, is attentive and responds quickly to guest's queries.

Everything considered, I would say the room is expensive.
