The room was amazing and I really loved the possibility to take pictures of Juliet's statue after the courtyard was closed to the public. Valentino and Andrea at the reception were very welcoming, they gave us lots of advice regarding restaurants and what to see in Verona and they were very kind.They made our stay even better. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will almost certainly visit again.

One of the receptionists whose name I don't recall made an unfavorable comment to one of her colleagues regarding our presence before realising I spoke Italian. It would have been nice to have had instructions for the hot tub as it took a bit of trial and error. The sound of the keycode to enter the room was quite loud and you could hear others as well.

The room, the location, the space, the view! Everything for our stay in Verona was perfect. We were on a driving holiday and the staff at Relais allowed our car into the ztl for a few hours, met and greeted at the car park and helped us with luggage all the way back to the hotel. The hotel entry is in the Juliet courtyard and you get your own special key to the courtyard for zipping past queues during the day and private entry at night. Best location. The bed was comfy and the room was a big size plus our windows and balcony overlooked the courtyard… just awesome.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Verona. And literally opposite Juilete’s balcony! The room exceeded expectations. They have all been beautifully renovated. My sister even booked her next visit here! Rooms felt modern while still holding the charm with details like the original ceilings.

Trying to get in through the line to see Juilete’s balcony was the only negative, but if you tell security you are staying at the hotel they let you take the exit to enter. No breakfast on site but 2 great restaurants are either side of hotel less than 2 minutes walk available. Great breakfast/brunch food

This is an exceptional property. We had a very large suite with balcony on the 5th floor. It was immaculate. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent. We loved our hotel’s private access to the courtyard surrounding the Giulietta balcony. The complimentary Prosecco is a lovely touch. The situation is perfect. You are truly in the heart of Verona. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Arena. The staff were very friendly. The daily replenished free minibar was an excellent touch. I would highly recommend.

Charming, excellent location, unique decor, very quiet room, comfortable. Literally steps within courtyard to Giuletta’s museum and statue.

No cab service directly to or from the property. Very difficult to get cab from property to train station (cab from train to property easy but drops off about 50 yards away due to one-way streets). A 25-minute walk to train and no cab service early AM or cab stands nearby.

Although hectic inside the Juliette house courtyard it’s also a beautiful retreat once you step inside your room!! we were so pleasantly surprised by how she and modern and relaxing the rooms were

The team here are amazing and did all they could to make our stay easy and relaxing. There is no parking as the hotel is very central but the team came to us where we had parked to collect our bags and take us to the hotel. Great service and a really warm welcome.

The location was amazing. As we left on a morning, the courtyard would be buzzing with tourists photographing Juliet’s balcony but once the gates closed at night we could walk down and have it all to ourselves. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing. We should have read the description more accurately and hadn’t realised there was no restaurant/room service but our room was beautiful. The fridge was well stocked with both soft and alcoholic drinks. Tea and coffee were plentiful as well as an assortment of snacks - all compliments of the hotel.

Fantastic location. Room was outstanding and the staff and service 1st class. It significantly contributed to a memorable stay in Verona. We will be back.

Stunning location, entrance in the courtyard overlooked by Juliet's balcony. Bustling crowds during the day, but security lets hotel guests through past the queues. After 7pm the gate is closed to tourists and you have the courtyard to yourselves (great photo opportunities here) and the hotel proprietor serves a glass of wine. Decent size rooms and bathrooms. Great staff with excellent restaurant recommendations. Perfect location for a short stroll to the opera.

If I wanted to be picky I could say that the lift is quite small, but this hardly matters since the rooms are spacious and comfortable once you get there.
