We have stayed here before and we’re very pleased to find it just as good if not better than last time. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are welcoming, helpful, well trained and ensure every guest has a great stay. The restaurant serves excellent food by attentive staff and overlooks the promenade and lake. The whole experience was everything you could want for a relaxing holiday.

Location is perfect, close to restuarants and bars and directly on the lake. Room was very clean and adequate for my stay

I was disappointed at the attitude of the main reception, a week previously I had to chamnge my travel plans and requested to change my booking from two nights to one night. At first this was refused by email, but I then asked directly at the hotel and although they finally agreed to my request and only charge me for 1 night, I felt the attitude of reception was very unagreeable, I believe it could have been the owner running reception.

We liked everything about this hotel, the staff are brilliant, friendly, helpful and very efficient. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. It was along the lakeside with beautiful views and had a great restaurant overlooking the lake. The food was first class.

Directions to the car park along with the code to get in would have been very helpful as it was not easy to find. You are not able to drive directly up to the hotel we hitch made it difficult to find but the car park is not too far away you just need clear instructions how to reach it.

Excellent location, right in the middle of the down and a great restaurant as part of the hotel.

I am quite fit so no issues personally but there were no help toward carrying bags noting there are of course no lifts etc. Also I wouldn’t say the room was super clean but still at good enough condition. To be fair maybe it was a tourist seasons and they seemed to be short staffed

The food is amazing. The hotel is also a restaurant, and its exceptional from the starter to the dessert. The breakfast is also great, it has the best croissant we have ever tried. The guests have breakfast in the restaurant area, with a view for the lake and promenade. The location of the hotel is the best in the city. We have come by car and before our arrival the hotel has instructed us how to get to the parking lot without extra cost. The room was spacious and comfortble.

As the hotel is located in the mainly spot of the town and it also has the restaurant, the rooms are a little bit noisy. For us it was not a problem. The power of the shower water is weak, but the bathroom is clean and modern.

The hotel was stunning with beautiful views, excellent location. Breakfast was delicious, the room spacious and clean. The man on reception was so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to him. I think his name was Ronaldo.

Having to leave such a beautiful place.

The property was very well located, clean and spacious and the restaurant terrace has a beautiful view over the lake. With indoor and outdoor dining, it's a great place to spend an evening. Food at the restaurant is ok, not brilliant but quite good. The breakfast was also good, continental buffet.

There is no elevator so you must carry your own luggage up and down the stairs since there is nobody to help you, perhaps because I went on low season, but to be honest, low or high it shouldn't matter.

The Classique is perfectly placed overlooking the lake on a beautiful esplanade.

It would have been very useful to know in advance that we couldn’t actually drive up to the hotel and arriving late it was difficult to find. Their car park was also difficult to find and needed a code to open the access gate. Advance notice of this would have been hugely helpful.

Perfect place to stay in the city center of Lazise with the best breakfast place you will find nowhere else close to the lake in such nice environment.

All good, nothing to complain about.
