Staff were very pleasant. Pool was excellent and never overcrowded. Welcome drinks offered to all 5 of our family members upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Prices at pool snack bar were excellent value, e.g. €4 for a well-made Mojito cocktail. All beds in our apartment, including pull out sofa, were very comfortable. Pillows were of a decent standard too. Laundry service was free, with complimentary detergent provided. Tennis courts free to use, including complimentary rental of rackets and tennis balls. Complimentary bicycle rental on property too. 5 minutes walk to nearest restaurant, (turn right out of property and first left after path ends). 5 minutes walk to Lidl supermarket and excellent pizzeria above it. 10 minutes walk downhill to centre of Lazise old historic centre with an abundance of shops and restaurants. With so many added extras at no cost, this was a wonderful resort to stay at.

We stayed 4 nights in the economy apartment and would have loved to stay longer. The apartment is well-equipped and nicely arranged, and the terraces are wonderful. The pool was great — clean, warm water and a good size. There’s also a separate pool for kids, plenty of sunbeds, and the waterslides were a big hit with the children. Breakfast was good, with enough variety, and the prices were reasonable. There’s a Lidl supermarket within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and supported us with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Great location, just 15 min walk from the city centre. It was very clean and the kitchen had nearly all the necessary utensils. But do bring a sponge to wash dishes and a dishcloth. There was a lidl a 7min walk away and the bar inside the Residence offer bk at good prices. Staff were super nice. Plenty of grass and space for children to run around.

Walls are paper thin walls - you could hear people sneezing and talking clearly on the other side. Nothing much to do about it I guess

Two large pools, quite many sunbeds and umbrellas, small bar/eating place by the pool, underground parking garages, fine apartment with reasonable equipment present, cleaning and towels included, aircon, close to Lazise city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful also by late arrival and early departure outside opening hours.

Apartment had one sleeping room only, so two were sleeping on an extractable sleeping couch. Couch would work with two minor kids, a bit sqeezed for two teens though. One pool area next to building site, quite noisy.

Nice clean facilities, helpful friendly staff and quiet location. A supermarket (always very busy and quite small) is reasonably close.

The apartment we stayed in could have had one or two extra lounge seats.

The property had most facilities to cook and do a longer stay. Semi equipped kitchen and fully furnished apartment with backyard and a little outdoor place as a part of the apartment. There were pool and outdoor activity area, tennis, basketball and foot ball court available with reserved parking for each apartment

1) The walls were too thin that you hear sounds from neighbors. We heard people next door and above us all night and that was annoying. 2) For a stay of 4 nights, there were no housekeeping. 3) there was no hand wash soaps available which I think should be a must have. 4) could have provided salt n pepper in the kitchen

The apertment is renoveted and looks great. Suitable for family, large and cozy. location was good with the car to star trip in garda. I recommend to families, but keep in mind that is only an appertment not an hotel.

Not clean. Livingroom was full of ants. we have beeb 6 nigths and cleaning is not included in their service. I asked to switch towels and they only allow to change towels once in 3 days.

Nice little resort within walking distance from Lazise. It has all you need: modern apartments, space for kids, private parking, pool, breakfast... Front desk was friendly, helpful, and professional. Our small group (2 families) was impressed, and we regretted that we did not have more time.

The Economy Apartment was great value for money for us (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant). Less than 30m to the pool and bar/café. Very well maintained hotel/resort. Lots of options for the kids. 10 min walk to Lazise, which is gorgeous and not too crowded even in July.

Great location . Short 15 minute walk to Lazise and Lidl about 5 minute walk away. Friendly staff. Great pool for kids with slides . Pool bar had great drinks and fab prices. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay 🇮🇹
