Lovely quiet location but less than a 10min walk to the bus stop to explore other Lake towns. Also 15min stroll into Bardolino with very large selection of bars and restaurants. Great base for exploring. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast selection including fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon and vast selection of meats and Cheeses. Juicer and good coffee

Air conditioning not available at time of our visit( ( 26-28 April) despite great weather.Explained on arrival that unavailable due to local laws until later in season.Our room was facing the pool so had the sun in all day and really did heat up. Noise travelling from room above and next door. , but always travel with earplugs.

Very impressed with this Hotel. Very clean and the staff were all very helpful. The decor is mind blowing! Everywhere you looked it was amazing! From bowler hat lights to stunning wallpaper even the car on the roof with flowers growing from it! Location was excellent. 2 mins walk to the Lake and you could then have a nice walk either way to Bardalino or Lazise along the Lake. Very quite hotel so slept very well. Pool area was perfect as there are plenty of sun loungers around the pool for everyone. Plenty of parking and they even offer bikes to ride around on. I would definitely book this hotel again.

To be honest I can't fault anything.

We loved how spacious the room was (Junior Suite) for me, my husband and daughter. The views were also great - we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to the top floor where the views of the lake were beautiful. We also loved the location which was about 7 minute walk from the lake. Being a bit further back from the lake meant we did not hear any of the traffic noise (the road going alongside the lake is always very busy with traffic!), therefore we would relax on our balcony in peace in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast was also great, with a juice maker, and delicious pastries.

Our room was on the top floor with great views of the lake. It was spacious & comfortable & spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice. The location was about a mile from Bardolino, pleasant 20/25 minute walk around the lake. Friendly, helpful staff.

The weather! Unfortunately we had bad weather on a few days & would have eaten in the hotel at lunchtime/ early evening instead of venturing out but the snack menu was very small & there wasn’t really a comfortable area to sit.

Very nice hotel with a good swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Nice large balcony overlooking the pool and lake. Good bathroom with a large walk in shower. Also very useful is the free bike hire.

Very hard beds. The hotel needs to invest in some mattress toppers.

I am a hotel manager myself so I know what to look for in a hotel and I am glad I chose this one. The Staff was exceptionally friendly and all around very helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice and clean. The interior is well designed and the air conditioning was very useful. Overall we had a great time here :) Would definitely choose to stay here again. Also Nala the dog at the reception was super sweet!

Fresh, nice rooms, nice staff, great breakfast and good pool area. Rooms were very nice.

The only two downsides of this hotel are the noise and the beds. We could hear the neighbors talking, walking, and their TVs both above and next to our room. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable.

Quiet location but a very short walk to the lakeside. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We used the hotel bikes everyday to explore Bardolino, Garda and lasize. Wonderful stay and would love to stay again.

Rooms not soundproof but thankfully people staying there were respectful and quiet. Only brought to my attention when a local beach bar was playing live music.

A personal experience,my room at the top floor was the first to the left of the building and so had the worst view and I found strange that with a pool it had no pool towels

Everything, from the helpfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to help us. The look and feel of the hotel and our room. Wonderful view to the lake from our balcony. Last, but not least our dog was welcome, too.

A cart for the luggage, we had A LOT.
