Location is really good The pool and pool area was enjoyed by us all Breakfast was an ok spread, the staff were friendly and efficient The staff in general, specifically the younger ladies were very friendly and accommodating Room with balcony had an ok view

Lack of evening food service Lack of a laundry service- I would think offering a 3rd party laundry service wouldn’t be difficult and would benefit guests staying 5 days plus Hotel seemed more geared towards German travellers- 2 English tv channels ( both news) vs about 6 German Room had lots of dust and fluff under the beds Bathroom lacked hooks/ considerations around usability

Excellent location to explore the region. Less than 5 minutes walk to the lake, restaurants and transport links. Hotel staff were very friendly and always helpful. The arranged our transport to and from the airport at a very reasonable rate. Pool area was clean and there were always spaces. Good selection for breakfast, light lunches available in the day and a well stocked bar.

We had a ground floor room which was a little noisy early in the morning when deliveries were coming in and they were setting up for breakfast. It didn't bother us but we are early risers.

It’s a lovely small and friendly hotel with fabulous staff. The rooms were comfortable, with good air con and a generous choice of breakfast items. The location had great transport links around the lake, and great swimming spots nearby, a local shop for basics and fabulous restaurant choice within walking distance.

The road was sometimes a bit noisy from the pool area but nothing too off putting.

Good sized, unheated, pool in large gardens that overlooked the lake. The main road was between the hotel and lake but as the gardens were slightly above the road, noise was virtually non-existant. Breakfast had a good choice and could be taken on the terrace overlooking the pool. The hotel also had free bike hire. Two minutes at most (probably less) from the autobus stop. Small fridge and safe in rooms. The staff are both lovely and professional.

Like all the hotels we stayed in during our Italy trip the hotel could do with a little TLC but this wouldn't stop us staying here again.

Loved the location . Easy to get ferry’s and buses. Staff were excellent , very helpful and happy to be at their work.

Our room could have had hooks in bathroom to put wet clothes , and more plug sockets for UK devices. We were on the ground floor.

The staff are great, both friendly and professional. Nice pool, nice breakfast. Very near the bus stops and across the road from the lake. Breakfast overlooking the pool and lake is a good way to begin the day. We also like that there aren't many English (we're from the UK).

Could do with more plugs in the room. There is one plug next to one side of the bed and another, nearby, lower down.

San Marco is in a great location away from the main towns and tourists with good restaurants a few minutes away. Great to walk along the costal path to Bardelino or Laize. We loved the free bikes which were available to residence. The rooms are basic, small and very clean. Breakfast was very good. The pool was lovely with great views.

We love a cup of tea and there were no tea making facilities in the room. Luckily we brought our own. The tea at breakfast was not very good either so ended up having the coffee which was fine.

Great location, in between bardolina and lazise- about a 30 minute walk/10 min cycle each way. Nice restaurants across the road. Lovely pool, bar and restaurant. Breakfast was tasty and the view was beautiful whilst eating breakfast. Staff were exceptional- reception, bar staff and cleaners were friendly and helpful. Great pool area to relax in. Our children enjoyed the pool and the ice cream shop next door!

It was heavenly to have such a nice place to stay. The room was good with air condition. We were nearby the pool and could easily jump in to cool off. The location is nearby a small bar which served gelato. We could also easily walk to a few restaurants near the lake. They had loaner bikes so we could bike to the other cities. The breakfast was good too.
