No, though shame we were not offered a reasonable rate for an unplanned return one night stay the night before flying back home to UK a week later.

Spa facilities were very nice and the buffet breakfast had a good mixture of continental and hot food. Staff were helpful and the hotel was handily located to Bardolino with an approx 15min walk on the lake path to the town.

Twice, at the pool bar and at the pool deckchairs, someone sat down beside us and started smoking. I am currently pregnant so I had no choice but to move seats. While smoking is outside the control of the hotel, the outside areas could benefit from having "No smoking" sections to prevent this as not everyone wants to sit beside someone who smokes every hour when having a day by the pool.

The communal areas at the hotel are good and well maintained. I was slightly disappointed with the hotel rooms and felt they were a bit basic for the price point. The outdoor pools were refreshing but we soon got used to the temperature. The thermal pools, sauna, steam and ice bath were a fantastic facility to use on some of the overcast days we had and we all enjoyed a massage at the spa. Breakfast had a decent selection and the pool bar suited us for casual lunch & a couple of cheeky cocktails.

The actual hotel rooms were a bit basic for the price and the lunch buffet was managed by some over keen staff.

This is a smashing hotel and spa. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the facilities, the multiple pools both inside and out were great. It was fairly quiet (early May) apart from Bank Holiday weekend, and never a problem getting a lounger etc The breakfasts were buffet style and extensive with choices. Quick service for coffees and tables. The evening menu was too restrictive for us so we enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants either going left or right out of the hotel! The staff were always very helpful and friendly.

The shuttle bus service is a great idea but the timings were limited but its an easy walk so a minor niggle.

The location is brilliant. Very close to the lake Garda. Great staff. Very polite and attentive. The spa is amazing with lots of treatments on offer and a good selection of saunas. The indoor pool is very pleasant. The breakfast and lunch (buffet) were delicious and with a good variety of choices.walking distance to Bardolino center with restaurants, cafes and some night life.

Probably the biggest minus of the hotel is that outside pools are not heated. We traveled in early September and it was already too cold (for me) to enjoy the pool. We traveled with a toddler and there’s a very nice baby pool with a shade above it (very thoughtful, by the way, thank you) but the water in the baby pool was also a bit chilly. Another point is that there’s no babysitting service or baby club (we knew about it, so not really a minus, but to bear in mind for the parents with young kids).

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by a few standout features. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the outdoor pool area is stunning — perfect for relaxing and soaking in the view. Speaking of views, if you get a lakeside room overlooking the pool, you're in for a real treat! Breakfast was another highlight. The options were great, and the omelettes were made with love — delicious and clearly prepared with love.

However, the room itself could use some updates, particularly when it comes to power outlets and charging points, which were surprisingly limited. In today’s connected world, that was a bit inconvenient. Also, while efficient, I found the reception staff a bit lacking in warmth and personality — a little more friendliness would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful setting with a few areas for improvement.

The hotel kindly did a “happy anniversary” welcome for us in the room including balloons & decorations which was very sweet of them! The hotel was beautiful and the bags you get provided with towels and robes were super handy. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy. We slept like babies! The breakfast had a great range of food to suit everyone, including gluten free options and some angled directly towards children. The spa facilities were great and we took advantage of the 2 hours use per day. The outdoor pool was also great, even if a bit chilly (we visited end of September so this was expected).

I felt the dinner was quite expensive and lacking in many options. We only ate at the hotel restaurant one night and ate elsewhere on the lake front which was easily accessible so you have options. The plug points also were slightly different to our adapters so this limited how many we were able to use which was a little annoying.

Comfortable trendy style ,well furnished,no un-necessary opulence in its furniture abd decor ,but still captivating in spirit .Without exception All the staff have a great attitude and seemed particularly professional especially at the Spa & restaurant .The detox proprietary menu was excellent.Hospitality almost at it’s best .
