No, though shame we were not offered a reasonable rate for an unplanned return one night stay the night before flying back home to UK a week later.

The communal areas at the hotel are good and well maintained. I was slightly disappointed with the hotel rooms and felt they were a bit basic for the price point. The outdoor pools were refreshing but we soon got used to the temperature. The thermal pools, sauna, steam and ice bath were a fantastic facility to use on some of the overcast days we had and we all enjoyed a massage at the spa. Breakfast had a decent selection and the pool bar suited us for casual lunch & a couple of cheeky cocktails.

The actual hotel rooms were a bit basic for the price and the lunch buffet was managed by some over keen staff.

This is a smashing hotel and spa. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the facilities, the multiple pools both inside and out were great. It was fairly quiet (early May) apart from Bank Holiday weekend, and never a problem getting a lounger etc The breakfasts were buffet style and extensive with choices. Quick service for coffees and tables. The evening menu was too restrictive for us so we enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants either going left or right out of the hotel! The staff were always very helpful and friendly.

The shuttle bus service is a great idea but the timings were limited but its an easy walk so a minor niggle.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by a few standout features. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the outdoor pool area is stunning — perfect for relaxing and soaking in the view. Speaking of views, if you get a lakeside room overlooking the pool, you're in for a real treat! Breakfast was another highlight. The options were great, and the omelettes were made with love — delicious and clearly prepared with love.

However, the room itself could use some updates, particularly when it comes to power outlets and charging points, which were surprisingly limited. In today’s connected world, that was a bit inconvenient. Also, while efficient, I found the reception staff a bit lacking in warmth and personality — a little more friendliness would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful setting with a few areas for improvement.

The hotel kindly did a “happy anniversary” welcome for us in the room including balloons & decorations which was very sweet of them! Great location, 20 minutes walk along the lake to Bardolino Town, 45 minutes to Lazise, and about 1.5h to Garda if you’re feeling adventurous Excellent, varied breakfast Plenty of sunbed space around the pool areas Well kept grounds Lovely thermal spa facilities included in the price Helpful & friendly staff Would absolutely come back :)

Small thing - would personally have liked smaller/flatter pillows for side sleepers!

The hotel was beautiful and the bags you get provided with towels and robes were super handy. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy. We slept like babies! The breakfast had a great range of food to suit everyone, including gluten free options and some angled directly towards children. The spa facilities were great and we took advantage of the 2 hours use per day. The outdoor pool was also great, even if a bit chilly (we visited end of September so this was expected).

I felt the dinner was quite expensive and lacking in many options. We only ate at the hotel restaurant one night and ate elsewhere on the lake front which was easily accessible so you have options. The plug points also were slightly different to our adapters so this limited how many we were able to use which was a little annoying.

Comfortable trendy style ,well furnished,no un-necessary opulence in its furniture abd decor ,but still captivating in spirit .Without exception All the staff have a great attitude and seemed particularly professional especially at the Spa & restaurant .The detox proprietary menu was excellent.Hospitality almost at it’s best .

I prefer to have the wellness plans clearly subdivided into detox ,weight loss or cuisine targeted ( Italian or Mediterranean or German or general under International

The hotel is just across the road from the Lake, ideal for a stroll to Cisano with its selection of restaurants. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from Bardolino. The hotel breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The evening meals are also high quality and tasty. It was lovely to eat on the terrace. The hotel has several pools and an indoor pool, which are never overcrowded. The pool bar has a good selection of food, drinks and ice creams. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

Spa was great and the breakfast was good and a very large selection.

Everything was an up charge. The charged us for brining an ice bucket with ice in it. There was no bucket in the room and no where to get ice. It cost 5 euros for delivery :( The pillows were hard as rocks...they had a "menu" to get better pillows and each softer or firmer pillow was 5 euros If you do not leave the wet spa towels in your room...yes, again a 5 euro charge. We also had to ask for a plug converter in order to use the tea/coffee water kettle that was in the room
