No, though shame we were not offered a reasonable rate for an unplanned return one night stay the night before flying back home to UK a week later.

The hotel was beautiful and the bags you get provided with towels and robes were super handy. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy. We slept like babies! The breakfast had a great range of food to suit everyone, including gluten free options and some angled directly towards children. The spa facilities were great and we took advantage of the 2 hours use per day. The outdoor pool was also great, even if a bit chilly (we visited end of September so this was expected).

I felt the dinner was quite expensive and lacking in many options. We only ate at the hotel restaurant one night and ate elsewhere on the lake front which was easily accessible so you have options. The plug points also were slightly different to our adapters so this limited how many we were able to use which was a little annoying.

The hotel is just across the road from the Lake, ideal for a stroll to Cisano with its selection of restaurants. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from Bardolino. The hotel breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The evening meals are also high quality and tasty. It was lovely to eat on the terrace. The hotel has several pools and an indoor pool, which are never overcrowded. The pool bar has a good selection of food, drinks and ice creams. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful.

Spa was great and the breakfast was good and a very large selection.

Everything was an up charge. The charged us for brining an ice bucket with ice in it. There was no bucket in the room and no where to get ice. It cost 5 euros for delivery :( The pillows were hard as rocks...they had a "menu" to get better pillows and each softer or firmer pillow was 5 euros If you do not leave the wet spa towels in your room...yes, again a 5 euro charge. We also had to ask for a plug converter in order to use the tea/coffee water kettle that was in the room

The facilities in the hotel were amazing, thermal baths relaxing and we found it easy to unwind. Never busy. Outdoor swimming pools really lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and shades. Food in hotel of great quality and reasonably priced. Rooms were spacious clean with an amazing view. Easy walk to Bardolino or Cesaria. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and full of smiles and passion for the area. A lovely place to be.

Only complaint really was the timing of the shuttle to Bardolino but I guess it was fine to walk.

We were blown away by this amazing hotel/spa. We travelled here by motorbike and it was a brilliant place to stay for explore Lake Garda. The room was perfect. We had a lake/pool view which was gorgeous. The breakfast was 10/10 with plenty to choose from. The pools outside were fantastic, with plenty of lounges and a brilliant pool bar for drinks and food. The thermal spa was nothing short of amazing. We are already planning when we can come back. The car park was very safe for our motorbike.

The facilities are extensive, the property is pretty big. We visited in winter so we did not use the outside part, but that looks also very nice. Breakfast was great! There are a lot of nice spa and sauna facilities. Well located on the Garda Lake.

The overall look, especially of the rooms is very dated. There is also a lot of random mis-matching decoration everywhere. The property is so big, and there are too many signs that are not clear; its making it more difficult finding your way.

The Spa is nice and with plenty of options.

Well in winter there is no indoor connections and if you get a room in the newest part you have to change in the dressing room because it is too cold and too far to get there by foot with your bathrope. Maybe we choose the worse weekend but it was packed and no availability in the restaurant for dinner, so we have to venture outside and got a spot in a close by restaurant after 45’ waiting.

A stunning hotel with amazing facilities, friendly staff and views.

My husband had a back operation before we travelled and was struggling with walking. It is a 20minutes walk from the centre of Bardolino which usually wouldn’t have been a problem for us however there is only 1/2 taxis in the whole area and therefore struggled to get back in the evenings. No fault of the hotel but just be mindful if you need help getting back and don’t have a car.
