Everything was exceptional. The hotel is wonderfully situated on the lake border, we had a room with balcony and could admire the lake landscape and the sunset perfectly. The balcony is in fact a small terrace but large for a balcony exposed to the sun and very pleasant to lie in the sun on and have your juice. There is a small refrigerator in the room. the hotel has a bar which we did not have time to use, the breakfast was rich and savoury. The bus stops to and from Verona are 100 metres away, we bought a day ticket online and used the bus to visit the city. We would have stayed one or several more days but it was still cold for walks and did not really have time but will surely come back.

Very nice hotel just in front of the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can park at the hotel, which is almost a must if you drive as otherwise it is hard to find places. The hotel provides deck chairs for the beach, which is just crossing the street, and bicycles, which were pretty convinent to cycle along the lake to Bardolino and Garda. We didn´t try the spa, neither the sauna (there was a small private sauna in our room!). There is a nice beach bar in front and the sunsets are very beautiful. The road between the lake and the hotel is pretty bussy and in principle loud, but the windows are so good isolated that you don´t hear anything from the street, that was really good.

Breakfast is ok and there is a bit of everything for every taste, but could be better with more variety of fruit. Also, the juices were basically water with powder (as we have seen often in other hotels in the area, anyway).

Clean, unfussy, comfy beds, good shower, balcony with lake views. Breakfast simple but tasty. Restaurants and bars nearby. Bardolino town 5 minute walk. We visited end of April so summer bus services not available till start of May. Still got around though hired car for two days

We like to sleep with the window open but lots of traffic noise continuously even at low season

A lovely family run hotel. Location was great! Our room had a lake view and it was only two minutes walk to the lake. Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was very nice. Room air conditioning system worked very well ( important as weather was very hot outside). Amazing sunset view from our room. Hotel had parking reserved for guests which was very convenient. Minibar was free and there is a nice spa. Great value for money. Totally recommend it.

My husband & I spent a week here & had a wonderful time. Bedroom was clean & roomy & had a sauna. Balcony looked out onto the lake. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice & gluten free options every morning. Staff were very friendly. Couldn't fault it.

Excellent location. Great views of the lake. Boat terminal just opposite hotel. Easy access . Large room with lovely decor. Well stocked bar. Very close to restaurants with excellent choice of food. Wonderful breakfast.

What a fantastic hotel the staff and the owners are amazing , the rooms are big we had a lake view balcony and the view was great , breakfast was great too a very wide choice , i had a couple of massage and this was to a very high standard , parking on site was easy , the location is first class too we could not fault the 7 days we stayed here brilliant place to stay .

Perfect location between Bardolino and Lazise (both in walking distance along the lake),free parking, complimentary soft drinks. Very friendly staff, cozy room and excellent breakfast (choices and presentation).

We are very difficult for noice, so we had to chose a room giving to the back without lake view. But we slept very well and will keep this address for another stay!

Beautiful and super clean rooms. Great character of the rooms. Lovely bathroom. Huge balcony. Almost right at the lake. Just cross the road and you can sunbathe or swim.

Nothing really. Light sleeper so I used ear plugs. Just a recommendation in such case.
