Lovely hotel, clean, and good location

Great location Great staff and wonderful Breakfast. Stayed in a newly renovated junior suite in the annex.

We had a corner junior suite that overlooked 2 other balconies which meant less privacy and the positioning of the corner room meant there was very little natural light in the corner junior suite Also the hotel policy to charge 100 euro a day for my 17 year old daughter who came with us and stayed in the same room - seems a bit profiteering…!

The staff were all lovely and helpful, property was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised at the new spa facilities. Pontoon onto the lake is a nice touch and there was plenty of loungers within the hotel grounds with only a few steps to the lake. Great location on the water and an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Bardolino.

The style of the main building is quite dated but the room was in excellent condition and it wasn’t an issue at all. Parking is quite tricky but there is a larger car park available around the corner if the one at the hotel is full.

The renovated rooms were decent size in Europe. A family of 3 were very comfortable there. we loved the beds and the closet space which allows us to put all of our suitcases away. What a difference it makes! The wellness/spa was so nice. We used it every day - it was very relaxing to use the varies cold showers and hot steam room at the end of the day.

The spa hours could've been longer. It's open from 2pm to 8pm? It would be nice if the facility was open from 10am to 10pm. Wifi was not available around the pool area.

Short stroll to bars & restaurants, bike hire was great value for money, beach bag & towels to use during stay were fab, no problem to change for clean towels at reception, the wellness suite was lovely (newly refurbished) beds were so comfortable I've never slept so well away from home, the birthday cake in my room was a pleasant surprise.

Pool was smaller than I expected from the pictures but the Lake was our favourite place to swim anyway!

All staff were first class, service was exceptional at all times. A couple of our children are coeliac and the gluten free options were very good, both breakfast and dinner. We had two of the recently refurbished suites, which were very good and adjacent to each other. Location is excellent. If we were going back to the area we would definitely stay there again.

View from the rooms wasn't great and the balconies were a bit small, but only a minor issue.

not knowing what to expect. Bardolino is like a seaside resort on a lake. excellent and very busy restaurants in the village. hotel well located. swimming pool area is going to be upgraded......that is to say enlarged generally. Hotel food good as well. staff attentive and very friendly. Extras all reasonably priced.

The hotel is in a perfect location .It's run seamlessly! All the staff couldn't do enough for you .My room was comfortable and quiet .The room and hotel was kept impeccably clean and the pool was the same and was a perfect temperature. I had a thoroughly fantastic stay and know I will return asap

Fantastic location right by the lake and only a short walk to the main town of Bardolino which has lots of bars and restaurants and also a harbour that you can get boats to other towns around the lake (Simeone is a must). Our room was a junior suite on the ground floor of one of the annex buildings with a small terrace that had a table and chairs and then 2 sun loungers on a grassed area. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included in our rate and is in the main part of the hotel - there was a large selection of both hot and cold food and the staff were very attentive. You can sit inside (air conditioned) or there are plenty of tables outside on the terrace overlooking the lake. There is also a beach area with lots of sun loungers and a very good sized pool. Just beyond the grounds there is a small private jetty with about 4 sun loungers at the end which, if you are lucky, you can grab a spot to lie and relax or, as we did, watch the sunset. We were impressed with all the staff - especially on reception who were very helpful with our queries of booking taxis/restaurants etc.

All good. Food, room, cleanliness, service helpfulness of staff make it very good. Enjoyed the stay a relaxing professionally run establishment. Set dinner good value.

Would have been good to be nearer to town. Not not a real issue and bikes are available. A little pricy but worth it for the quality. Some guests were a little rude but that cant be helped by the hotel.
