Fantastic location right by the lake and only a short walk to the main town of Bardolino which has lots of bars and restaurants and also a harbour that you can get boats to other towns around the lake (Simeone is a must). Our room was a junior suite on the ground floor of one of the annex buildings with a small terrace that had a table and chairs and then 2 sun loungers on a grassed area. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included in our rate and is in the main part of the hotel - there was a large selection of both hot and cold food and the staff were very attentive. You can sit inside (air conditioned) or there are plenty of tables outside on the terrace overlooking the lake. There is also a beach area with lots of sun loungers and a very good sized pool. Just beyond the grounds there is a small private jetty with about 4 sun loungers at the end which, if you are lucky, you can grab a spot to lie and relax or, as we did, watch the sunset. We were impressed with all the staff - especially on reception who were very helpful with our queries of booking taxis/restaurants etc.

All good. Food, room, cleanliness, service helpfulness of staff make it very good. Enjoyed the stay a relaxing professionally run establishment. Set dinner good value.

Would have been good to be nearer to town. Not not a real issue and bikes are available. A little pricy but worth it for the quality. Some guests were a little rude but that cant be helped by the hotel.

Room was a bit ‘old fashioned’

Fantastic location right by Lake Garda and just a 10 min stroll into Bardolino town which is fantastic and only a 30 min walk from Garda and 40 min walk from Lazise equaly as lovely towns. Transfer from Verona airport is less than 30 mins and arranged by the hotel at a reasonable cost. Easy to travel round Lake Garda via bus or on Lake Ferry to other towns or further afield to Verona, Brescia or even via train to Milan or Venice for the day. Just the most perfect location ever.

The breakfast was very nice with plenty of option to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, fronting onto Lake Garda and a short walk to Bardolino. Our room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable.

Snippiness of the man in charge of breakfast

The location is fabulous, very easy walk into town. The view of the lake from the breakfast/early evening drinks terrace was fabulous. Breakfast was top notch, and the staff super ftiendly and efficient.

Balcony view was the car park.

As already stated by other reviews for some reason the a/c does not cool the room lower than 23.5 degrees celsius - fortunatly sleeping with open windows was still an option. Parking in the garage seems to be very tightly calculated, as for one it was more or less completely full and it was not that easy to park as the spaces are quite narrow

Excellent breakfast and location. Nice terrace for drinks etc.

Room was a little tired but very large and spotless. Almost high quality but dated. Pool was supposed to be heated but was freezing!
