I really enjoyed this residence hotel. The location was great. Borgo Roma is a nice residential part of Verona, and it is very close to the historic center. The room we had was very clean and air conditioned. It had a very large bathroom and a TON of storage. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It would be a great place to stay for a longer period of time. The staff was courteous and helpful and the whole building was well maintained.

My only real complaint was the parking. If you didn't get back early enough at night, you had to park your car in a garage below the ground. It was RIDICULOUSLY small, and the ramp was EXTREMELY narrow and steep. I managed to make it down, but I needed assistance to get back up it. Needless to say, I only used it once a.d refused to use it again. They really should charge for the parking spots to ensure there are enough without forcing people to use such an impractical garage. It was bad enough that I would consider looking elsewhere to stay the next time I'm in Verona and I really loved everything else about this hotel.

We stayed for just one night and our only needs were to eat something and sleep, so we have no complaints in this regard. Everything was very clean and my children were very happy to have their own TV. The private parking was great and the reception was very clear with all the information they gave us.

Our air conditioning did not really work. The fan part worked and we had an additional fan in the bedroom, but we didn't get that cool, refreshing air. We managed by leaving the balcony door opened and the room was cool enough to sleep relatively ok. It would have been nice to have access to a washer.

Spacious apartment with plenty of storage and fully equipped with a balcony. Staff were really helpful with our enquiries. We were able to check in early and left our bags after check out which was super helpful.

It is out of the centre but is close to a bus stop which takes less than 15 mins and 2 euros. There is car parking too if you are driving.

Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had gated parking for our car as well. Marco from reception was very kind and helpful.

There was everything for an apart. The apart was clean. The location is 2,3 km from the centre. We reached Piazza Bra in 10 minutes with the scooters in the vicinity. It was also good to have a car park. It was a safe and good stay for us. We are satisfied.

No problem except the sound of the refrigerator.

Apartment is a little bit out of the city. About 30mins walk. There is also not a great deal in the area either. Helpful staff however will tell you bus times etc, if you don't fancy the walk. We walked up, bus back. Also there was a rock bar across the road. No tourists, friendly locals. So we did experience part of the city we wouldn't have in the centre.

Beautiful, clean, fully equipped apartment with everything you need for a stay with family. There's fridge, kitchen, stove, big nice bathroom, balcony entrance from 3 rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend.

The location is not in walking distance from the old town, but there's a bus just next to the building that will take you without issues. Buy tickets for cash from the driver. 2 EUR per person.

Very helpful and friendly stuff, spacy apartment, in the kitchen there was everything you need. We stayed only 2 nights but really enjoyed the dinners in the terrace. There is outdoor and indoor parking for those who arrive by cars. Right next to the hotel is very good pizzeria.

There was nothing we did not like. Location is a bit far from the center but you can take a bus and get there in some 20min.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious, situated on the second floor of the building. It had a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, the location has both outside parking and underground parking. Easy check-in procedures.

Unfortunately, the bedroom space is occupied with large wardrobe cabinets. Too many and too massive for that small apartment. You can put luggage for 3 families at least. But that is not the biggest issue - the major downside of the apartment is the bed. Which is not a bed. Is a sofa that is extended. And it's not at all comfortable. The mattress is horrible. The two sides of the sofa are at different heights and the person sleeping in the superior part, during the night, slides to the downside. So, in terms of sleep comfort, it's a big no-no, if you have back problems or some other problems related to sleep conditions. Finally, the location is situated on a rather used road with traffic that passes right under your window. And the bikes at night are "wonderful".

The one bedroom flat was very big and so so beautifully bright. It had 2 balconies one with a table and chairs. Everything there that we needed. Staff were very friendly and nice.

It was a 15 - 20 minute bus ride into Verona centre itself but the last bus was midnight and dropped us just round the corner to the hotel. Not really walking distance
